Reviews From Real Travelers
Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed. My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too. Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

Hotels in the United States are too old, but this hotel is in a good location. All the attractions in the city can be reached on foot. The hotel is on Fourth Street, and the beach is just below First Street. The hotel has a very small balcony, which is why I chose it. The balcony is very small, and can only accommodate two people at most, but it is OK. The disadvantage is that the drain in the bathroom is very small, and the water goes down very slowly, and you have to stand in the dirty water to wash your feet 😂 In addition, it is convenient to live in the city, but it is close to Third Street, which is too scary at night. It is recommended to go in and out with more people.

Welcome to Finestra, a 7,000-square-foot private residence perched at the crest of Queen Anne’s prestigious South Slope. Framed by floor-to-ceiling glass and surrounded by sweeping views of Seattle’s skyline, Elliott Bay, Puget Sound, and the majestic Mount Rainier, Finestra is a luxury home designed to elevate every moment of your stay.

Named for its many windows, Finestra is truly a “window to the light," a place where architecture, design, and setting align creating an unforgettable stay.

The space
A Home Where the Views Are the Star
From the moment you walk in, your eye is drawn outward to the endless view. Whether you’re gazing at the sun rising behind Mount Rainier, watching ferries cross Puget Sound, or seeing the Space Needle shimmer at night, Finestra offers the most iconic vantage point in Seattle.

The home’s stunning floating staircase rises three stories behind a wall of glass, connecting light-filled living spaces with intimate retreats. By day, natural light pours into every room. By night, the skyline sparkles, providing a magical backdrop for everything from quiet evenings by the fire, to celebratory dinners.

Luxury Living, Inside and Out
The top-floor great room serves as the heart of the home, where Brazilian tigerwood floors, mirrored accent walls, and a Carrara marble fireplace create an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a Wolfe range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and Miele dishwasher, flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making entertaining effortless.

French doors open onto an expansive view terrace, where you can sip a morning espresso while the city wakes up below, or dine alfresco-style as the sun sets behind the Olympic Mountains. A built-in BBQ and outdoor fireplace invite you to linger longer, perhaps with a glass of wine under the stars.

After Hours at Finestra
As the evening winds down, slip into the executive lounge and bar just off the main level. With its Calacatta marble waterfall island, backlit iron cabinetry, and mirrored finishes, the lounge is an ideal space for a nightcap or a quiet conversation. Nearby, a temperature-controlled 1,500-bottle wine cellar completes the experience for oenophiles.

A Sanctuary for Rest and Renewal
Each of Finestra’s five bedrooms offers comfort and privacy, with bespoke design and luxe finishes:

The Primary Suite is a serene retreat, with a massive king bed, fireplace, spa-like bathroom with soaking tub, and private view deck for morning reflections or evening cocktails.

Bedroom Two features a Tommy Bahama king canopy bed, private en-suite bathroom, a writer’s desk, and smart TV, ideal for peaceful solitude or catching up on work.

Bedroom Three is beautifully styled with Restoration Hardware furnishings, its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and an adjoining bunk room, perfect for families traveling together. A private deck invites you to greet the day or toast the sunset.

On the first floor, Bedroom Four offers another luxurious king bed, private bathroom, and a walk-out deck surrounded by greenery and soft views—ideal for guests desiring extra privacy.

The fifth bedroom is located in the private casita, complete with a queen bed, its own living room, kitchen, and full bath. With a separate entrance, it’s perfect for a nanny, in-laws, or long-term guests.

Wellness in the City
Health and relaxation take center stage in Finestra’s private 1,200-square-foot fitness center. Equipped with hand weights, resistance and cardio machines, yoga mats, and more, this space offers a true gym experience at home. After your workout, retreat to the private massage room. A tranquil space to schedule a personal masseuse and enjoy full zen vibes without leaving the house. Let us know, we have a great therapist to recommed.

A Location Like No Other
Located just steps from Kerry Park, Finestra is walking distance to Seattle’s most famous sights. Visit the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, or Chihuly Garden and Glass. Catch a concert or hockey game at Climate Pledge Arena, or explore the charming shops, restaurants, and cafes on Queen Anne Avenue. A historic hotel with a large enough room, divided into two areas: living room and bedroom. The location is also convenient, and you can walk to the famous Pike Place Market and its surroundings. The front desk service is also very good. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and normally check in at 4 pm, but when we asked about parking, we were arranged to check in as there was a room available. The experience was very good and it will be my first choice next time I go to Seattle.

The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending.

Parking charges at hotel premises is very costly at USD61 per night including all relevant charges/taxes. There is a open space public carpark just next to the hotel costs only USD30 including charges/taxes. Nevertheless, hotel location is good and easily accessible by walking to many shops and places to eat. Importantly, hotel surrounding is safe.

This West Seattle hotel is located in downtown Seattle, offering a convenient location for daily commutes and exploring the city. The rooms are also good, meeting most accommodation needs. One drawback is the frequent presence of homeless people outside the hotel, which slightly impacts the experience. Other than that, there are no significant issues. The overall experience is generally satisfactory, making it a good choice for those seeking a central location and willing to tolerate minor imperfections.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Hotel is located right downtown - right across from the Seattle Public Library, and about only 15 minute walk to Pike Place. The building is definitely on the older side/a bit dated inside - but with that being said everything seemed clean and there was no smell of mold or smoke. The staff that we interacted with were fairly friendly - if you are tech able, they do request that you check-in and check-out on the kiosks that they have (honest fairly easy system). We received 2 bottles of water in the room, which we found to be a nice touch. Our room did have a bit of a cleanliness issue (like other reviews have stated) in terms that we found hair behind the bathroom door, and the comforter-between-sheet did have some fairly long strands of hair (*************************) that either were from improper cleaning or could have been from static when cleaning (giving the benefit of the doubt). Our shower head was semi-broken and sprayed water on the ceiling (which they offered to have maintenance fix, but we were only there for one more night so didn't bother) and our bathroom door did not close (forgot to mention to staff). Overall for the price it is good, but do not go in with expectation of full-service hotel - as they do state that it would be an additional charge for housecleaning (except if you are staying for more than 7 days, then I believe then you get a complementary service). But with that being said, if you require garbage disposal, any hotel sundries, or additional towels then you can request them.

This is a very new hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a sea view room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay, with many guests, but everything was orderly. It's about a 7-minute walk from the subway station after taking one subway line from the airport. The breakfast quality was good, but the variety was a bit limited. It's also quite close to the cruise terminal.

This property has its pros and cons. It definitely has a certain demographic that it plays to, or is probably more tuned in to. That demographic is young people in their 20s and maybe early 30s. It’s very hip and clubby like. PROS Clean Polite and helpful staff Extremely comfy beds Priced nicely for a smaller budget Decorated very college dorm like Technology was pretty cool CONS Ridiculously small rooms The bed is against the wall on one side so you have to crawl over your partner to get out of bed. There is no parking. It’s very expensive on the street or in a lot. The hotel does not have its own parking. You kind of feel like you’re in a club with the kind of music they use as background music.
