The space

From the moment you walk in, your eye is drawn outward to the endless view. Whether you’re gazing at the sun rising behind Mount Rainier, watching ferries cross Puget Sound, or seeing the Space Needle shimmer at night, Finestra offers the most iconic vantage point in Seattle.
The home’s stunning floating staircase rises three stories behind a wall of glass, connecting light-filled living spaces with intimate retreats. By day, natural light pours into every room. By night, the skyline sparkles, providing a magical backdrop for everything from quiet evenings by the fire, to celebratory dinners.
Luxury Living, Inside and Out
The top-floor great room serves as the heart of the home, where Brazilian tigerwood floors, mirrored accent walls, and a Carrara marble fireplace create an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with a Wolfe range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and Miele dishwasher, flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making entertaining effortless.
French doors open onto an expansive view terrace, where you can sip a morning espresso while the city wakes up below, or dine alfresco-style as the sun sets behind the Olympic Mountains. A built-in BBQ and outdoor fireplace invite you to linger longer, perhaps with a glass of wine under the stars.

As the evening winds down, slip into the executive lounge and bar just off the main level. With its Calacatta marble waterfall island, backlit iron cabinetry, and mirrored finishes, the lounge is an ideal space for a nightcap or a quiet conversation. The Primary Suite is a serene retreat, with a massive king bed, fireplace, spa-like bathroom with soaking tub, and private view deck for morning reflections or evening cocktails.
Bedroom Two features a Tommy Bahama king canopy bed, private en-suite bathroom, a writer’s desk, and smart TV, ideal for peaceful solitude or catching up on work.
Bedroom Three is beautifully styled with Restoration Hardware furnishings, its own en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and an adjoining bunk room, perfect for families traveling together. A private deck invites you to greet the day or toast the sunset.
On the first floor, Bedroom Four offers another luxurious king bed, private bathroom, and a walk-out deck surrounded by greenery and soft views—ideal for guests desiring extra privacy.
The fifth bedroom is located in the private casita, complete with a queen bed, its own living room, kitchen, and full bath. With a separate entrance, it’s perfect for a nanny, in-laws, or long-term guests.

Health and relaxation take center stage in Finestra’s private 1,200-square-foot fitness center. Equipped with hand weights, resistance and cardio machines, yoga mats, and more, this space offers a true gym experience at home. After your workout, retreat to the private massage room. Guest access
You have private access to Finestra and all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. You can access Finestra any time with our secure lock box with keyed entry and garage remote code.
Other things to note
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.
PARKING
Guests have access to the three-car garage. Additional Our driveway can comfortably fit up to six cars along with parking on the street for a total of 10 cars.
QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.
OUTDOOR CAMERAS- Cameras are located on both driveways and front door.
SMOKING
To keep Finestra fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $1500 fee will be applied to your reservation. We ask that you do not smoke at the property or exterior of the property.
Absolutely No Firearms or Weapons allowed inside the property.
