The homestay is very beautiful, and there is an elevator, the room is a little old, and the bathroom and the ceiling of the room are not sealed, it is connected, so that someone goes to the bathroom too loud, and the sound of the air conditioning in the room is also very big, but very close to the beach and Kenting Street, very convenient

When we first entered the hotel, they first asked for money saying that children are paid, then we opened trip.com and showed them and convinced them that we paid in full. It was hard to convince them. The pool was closed, I had chosen the hotel especially for this feature, but they did not allow it even though the pool was ready and said that we had to wait for the next day!!! Solerno was an excellent and beautiful place to stay. The Grand Hotel was our Hotel and was in an excellent location. You could walk to restaurants in old town in about 15-20 minutes from our Hotel. A short walk from the Train station in Solerno. Check in/out was sp easy and quick. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Tiled floors were gleaming in Room and hallways. Very impressed. Had a lovely Seaview Room. Sea just across the road. Continental Breakfast was lovely. Sweet and savoury offered. Really enjoyed our stay.FromMYR 398

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. We had a two-room suite, which was spacious and clean. You should be aware that the hotel is located four train stations away from the center of Salerno. Trains run every half hour, and a ticket costs 1.3 euros. The sea is across the road, but all the beaches there are private and behind tall fences. On weekdays, it's 15 euros, and on weekends, it's 20 euros. There's a small free beach about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk tried to charge us 10 euros more per person for the tourist tax than she should have. But then we recalculated everything, and she said she made a mistake. It was an unpleasant experience though. The room has a stove, but it's useless. We had three plates, one spoon, three forks, and a knife. There was no frying pan, kettle, or mugs – none of that. On the other hand, there was a large refrigerator with a freezer. One of the air conditioners wasn't working, but after we complained, it was immediately fixed. They even came back later to check if everything was still working. A day later, we lost hot water, but it came back right away after we reported it to the administrator. There's a supermarket and cafes nearby. All in all, it's a livable place, and any issues are quickly resolved.FromMYR 264

The RarityArt Mini Hotel was great. In a wonderful location to central Salerno, the Ferry terminal and the station.
The check-in staff and the cleaning staff were friendly and so helpful and the unique design of the rooms was fun.

事前に連絡頂いていた通り、工事の足場が組まれていました。
海側のお部屋を予約したため、海を見れることを期待しておりましたが、足場が組まれていたため見ることが出来ず残念でした。
海側のお部屋を敢えて予約する必要はないとおもいます。

This is a homestay in a residential building facing the street. There is a small sign at the door, so it is easy to miss. There are about 6-7 guest rooms, with a shared living room and dining room. The room was spacious, the bathroom was super big, and there was a small balcony overlooking the street.
The downside is that the sound insulation is poor, which is a bit of a pain for people who sleep lightly. You can still clearly hear the sounds of cars and people on the street in the middle of the night.
The room is cleaned according to the guests' needs and towels are changed after 2 days. Remember to confirm the arrival time with the landlord in advance, as we have temporarily moved to this place. The kind landlord came specially, but had already guided us to check in before that.FromMYR 340

Never lived in a commute, thank God, but saw on TV. So this is the commute. A large apartment with several separate rooms, each with its own sauna, but zero sound insulation. The hostess is cute but very demanding for the regime and energy saving. The room is a teapot and capsule coffee maker. Breakfast is loudly said, a nearby cafe cup of coffee and cruisan, delicious but little. And very cold, the conde in the heat mode does not heat, the ceilings are high. This is a hotel where I stayed for two days because I went to the south on my honeymoon. The location was great right next to the station and close to the ferry dock. However, the assigned room was on the first floor and it was a bit uncomfortable because it was a structure that could see all the outside without closing the window. It was right next to the station and there were a lot of people outside, so it was a pity that it was very noisy. Instead, the friendly staff and service were so good. I booked for three nights. I changed to this room for the next two nights. There is no living room, but the balcony can see the sea. It is also very good. Others are the same as the room with a living room.

A great place in the old part of Salerno near Duomo and the botanical garden of Minerva. Before the opera where we actually arrived, go 9 minutes, to the station farther, but also close. Charisms added that the rooms were located in the ancient palace of San Massimo. The room is comfortable, quiet, warm, what's important in December, with high ceilings. A typical Italian breakfast with a coffee machine in the room, there is a refrigerator. It's clean and everything is new. Thanks to the staff.
