At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Hotel in a nice place, close to the train station. Hotel staff helpful. Rooms ok - nothing tragic or crazy. In the rooms themselves there is a fridge with a bottle of water (0.5l) and a small juice (~0.200 ml) - these are paid drinks, but no one told us about it. We also did not find any price list. Breakfasts very poor - dry, cold scrambled eggs (if you can call them scrambled eggs), cold sausages. Small selection of cold meats. Sweet pastries on the plus side. Very comfortable stay. Nice, clean room certainly no complaints in that respect. Location is outside of the centre of Salerno, however a half-hourly train can be caught 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, which gets u into Salerno in 15 minutes, and u can be at the tourist ferry terminal in 25 minutes. A small number of restaurants around and a supermarket is 2 minutes away.
Breakfast was very basic but was sufficient enough. Not too bad for the price point and definitely cheaper than Amalfi Coast, but the easy access to Amalfi Coast made it worth the stay.FromPKR 16,340

Hotel location is very good. Close to train station. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Self service laundrette wad nearby so getting your clothes washed and dried is not difficult. Shower area has no wall mounted soap dish or rack so we have to put our soap on the shower area floor and bathing become not so enjoyable. We tried to use bath towel more than once but that becomes difficult as there is no towel tail for hanging the used towel. The hook on a location a bit far from the shower area was not good for hanging towel as the towel drops easily after it was hungFromPKR 23,112

This is a homestay in a residential building facing the street. There is a small sign at the door, so it is easy to miss. There are about 6-7 guest rooms, with a shared living room and dining room. The room was spacious, the bathroom was super big, and there was a small balcony overlooking the street.
The downside is that the sound insulation is poor, which is a bit of a pain for people who sleep lightly. You can still clearly hear the sounds of cars and people on the street in the middle of the night.

A great place in the old part of Salerno near Duomo and the botanical garden of Minerva. Before the opera where we actually arrived, go 9 minutes, to the station farther, but also close.
