This "Little Pink House" is in The Harbor Condominium complex in the heart of Rodney Bay and looks out over all of the beauty of Rodney Bay Marina. Boat slips available directly in front of the house (very small extra fee). The Rodney Bay area hosts many restaurants and bars that can all be reached within a 3 minute walk. Gorgeous Reduit Beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. The house is in a gated community and has night security guards even though the entire Rodney Bay area is very safe and you can walk everywhere safely. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. You have a full grocery store, liquor store, casino, shopping mall, bars, restaurants, excursion tour company, etc. All of this action is available for you or you can choose to sit on the gorgeous patio in the peace and quiet and watch the boats in the bay. It is truly the best of both worlds. If you are a "drink coffee on the patio while reading a book" person or a "drink beer while partying with the locals" person, you can't beat this location. The house has everything you need to make your stay super comfortable from a washer / dryer to a fully furnished kitchen including an oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. you have it all. We love our Little Pink House and can't wait to retire in it full time. Until then we want to share it with you. Panoramic view is situated in the peaceful community of Bonne Terre and is designed in two levels with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The gorgeous villa is located a mere five minutes drive from the buzzing hub of Rodney Bay where all the necessary amenities can be found. The upper level consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room laundry room and two bedrooms. The living room and dining room are of an open plan while the kitchen is slightly detached.
The master bedroom is dressed with a king sized bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of draws and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower and single vanity. The other bedroom holds a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom consisting of a step-in shower and single vanity.
The lower level houses the other two bedrooms which consist of queen sized beds and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom they share has a step-in shower and two single vanities. There is also a designated sink with counter space along the hallway between the bedrooms for washing of smaller items. A romantic moment can be shared from the patio which is decked with lovely outdoor furniture basking in the fantastic view of Pigeon Island and beautiful sunsets. Theses bedrooms can be accessed via a flight of stairs leading from the pool area or the laundry room.
