I came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome

The newly opened hotel is in a very good location and can reach many attractions on foot. The hotel is renovated from an old building, and the lobby and restaurant are like a big garden. The room is not big, but the stone and wood are very design. The service is great.

Super good. The environment, location and breakfast are all very good. Not far away is the Trevi Fountain in Rome. If the car you booked is not allowed to enter, just contact the hotel in advance and it can be solved

All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the room service staff could not speak English, but the service was very good. Communication with translation software immediately sent what we needed. The restaurant dishes are very tasteful and the breakfast is rich in variety.

It is the most satisfying hotel in my European travel for more than ten days. The decoration is very delicate and the breakfast is very delicate! I like it very much, shopping is very convenient, and all the snacks and drinks in the mini bar will not be charged extra.

I finished my trip to Italy at this hotel.
I had already seen all the major tourist attractions, and while staying here, it was good to rent a bike and go around the neighborhood, visit the park, etc.
The only regret is that it is not a fixed taxi fare area to the airport.
The breakfast and room condition are the best!

Superb service, from each and every single member of the staff - from front desk to the restaurant and bar. We needed to stay an extra night and got a very effordable offer by the super lovely manager, Federica, in an upgraded room.
If room size matter, the upgraded room we got for our extra night was closer in size to a 'normal' hotel size room for two.
Their 'regular' room is a bit on the smaller end.
Other than that we had a great time.

Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy, with everything available. The service is very good, and the waiters are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is very good, but not completely self-service. Only the bread and pastries are self-service, and the rest need to be ordered from the waiter. Because the order is made, it is freshly made and the taste is very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Rome.

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.FromNZD 420

This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table.
The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat.
The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price.

A little dificulta to be found, as there were no signs explaining where the hotel entry was, in a big wood door that locked like a residential building not commercial. But the location is great!
Clean place and nice room.
Only complain was we were put in a room right next to the receptionist desk, people coming in and out and we could hear literally everything, people talking and walking. Once kindly asked to the receptionist to be moved as my partner has trouble sleeping with noises, he was rude to me saying that there was no more rooms available and no other options, acting like we were just a bunch of teenagers. The most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Several bus stops nearby - we use buses to go to Colosseo, Borgese, piazza Navova, and metro for Vatican. Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the historical part of Rome.
One thing that was not convenient is the central regulation of the conditioner (due to the historical type or building) - you have to call the reception to switch it off. All the other stuff is really good.FromNZD 143
