The public areas of the hotel are all in a great environment, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The restaurant on the second floor has great breakfast. Of course, the reception and service in the restaurant are also great. The hotel's swimming pool is on the top floor. The infinity pool can also see the Persian Gulf in the distance. There is also a hot spring pool. The scenery and service are so comfortable that you can't walk. I recommend you to come here.

I booked several rooms at once, and the comrades just didn't eat breakfast. The room was very spacious, bright and luxurious. They didn't let it go to the swimming room gym. Hotel location is relatively remote, away from the city traffic is not convenient, but the hotel environment can still have a holiday feeling, the waiter is also very courteous, breakfast is OK, but the dinner buffet does not provide other drinks slightly insufficient.

Everything is good, food, accommodation and transportation are all very good. The surrounding environment, how should I say, is still very different from that in China. However, you are in Kuwait, so there is no need to compare it with China. There is no comparison. Basically, the environment in Kuwait, hey, you will know it after you come and see it. Relatively speaking, it is quiet and comfortable here, because after all, it is an early house with complete facilities. It is better and less modern. I recommend the gym, sweat steam and dry steam on the 23rd floor. The swimming pool is too small to go there. It is all on the 23rd floor.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and the hallway ceilings are quite low, making it feel somewhat dated. The elevators are also small. Although it's a five-star hotel, it might be a letdown compared to the Le Méridien downtown. We initially booked a twin room, and the space felt very cramped. We later requested to change to a larger king room, and the view of the hotel's village from the window was quite nice. Ambiance: Its strong point is the private beach, which is perfect for a family vacation. Across the street is the Galleria Mall, and the night view is really stunning. The village has many restaurants, a pool, a gym, a lawn, and even a small pond with lots of turtles. Service: My family said the breakfast was good.

Our stay at the W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island was, overall, top-notch and truly a benchmark for trendy luxury hotels. Being here during the F1 season really highlighted the hotel's advantages – our room overlooked the Yas Marina Circuit, so we could clearly see the cars doing test laps without even needing to go to the grandstands. The subtle roar of the engines created an incredibly intense race atmosphere, which was a huge thrill for any motorsports fan. What was surprisingly good was the soundproofing. Once the windows were closed, you could barely hear the outside roar, and the room remained quiet, perfect for a restful sleep. The half-board package we booked, which included dinner, was also quite good. There was a wide selection of dishes, catering to both international tastes and local specialties, and the service was attentive, prompt, and naturally friendly. The hotel's environment maintained its usual high standards, boasting a very stylish design. The themed decorations during the holidays were well thought out; the Halloween-specific decor added a playful touch to the common areas without feeling forced. The location is also very convenient. All in all, it was a comfortable stay that met all our expectations.

This hotel is a mixed bag, to say the least. The room was very basic, outdated, and overly spacious. The hairdryer was practically a treasure hunt to find. The windows were filthy; even though you could technically see the pool and ocean, the dirty glass made the view almost pointless. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and nobody even bothered to check if we were registered guests. And get this: the best-looking sun loungers by the pool, the ones with the prime view, were actually pay-per-use. I've honestly never encountered that before.

Not my first time at the hotel. I love going there and its an easy drive from Al Ain. I always enjoy the pool area. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. But this time I was a bit disappointed. The room kettle has rust inside, thus having a hot beverage in the room was not an option. But my biggest irritation is that they decided not to have coffee sachets in the room. So now I must call room service for coffee. 1. Room service dont answer 2. Called reception for coffee 3. Coffee arrived cold 4. This would be the cherry on the cake. I had to pay 22aed for the coffee. So next time I must travel with half my kitchen for a coffee in my room. Its is totally not feasible for a couple to have to spend that much for a room coffee and its not common sense....an arab country and no coffee in the room.

Mostly the stay was pleasant, except that we were put on a floor (given an upgrade, which was appreciated) with predominantly families and before breakfast or later in the evening/night it was noisy (people talking loudly, doors banging). At breakfast would be great if things like alternate milk could be available, rather than asking, as not everyone can or likes drinking normal dairy milk, plus would be great to have all dishes named and main ingredients listed, so to give an idea about unfamiliar food. Nice hotel, will recommend and consider again.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel itself is nice, although the building feels a bit old. Everything was clean and comfortable, so no major issues there. The only downside was the air conditioning, it wasn’t very strong and the room felt a bit warm at times. The location is absolutely excellent. It's right next to the large Al Wahda Mall, and there's a Lulu Hypermarket conveniently located downstairs, so you can find anything you need and dining options are plentiful. I booked a rate including breakfast, and it was incredibly rich and varied, with Chinese, Western, Indian, Pakistani, and Arabic options, all with Chinese names on the menu! The room was spacious, cleaned promptly, very tidy, and had a great view. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.
