The public areas of the hotel are all in a great environment, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The restaurant on the second floor has great breakfast. Of course, the reception and service in the restaurant are also great. The hotel's swimming pool is on the top floor. The infinity pool can also see the Persian Gulf in the distance. There is also a hot spring pool. The scenery and service are so comfortable that you can't walk. I recommend you to come here.

I booked several rooms at once, and the comrades just didn't eat breakfast. The room was very spacious, bright and luxurious. They didn't let it go to the swimming room gym. 15 min walk into the city, 10 min walk to corniche, lots of restaurants and food options within 5 mins. 15 mins from airport with no traffic. Rooms dated but clean, hot showers, comfy beds.

Hotel location is relatively remote, away from the city traffic is not convenient, but the hotel environment can still have a holiday feeling, the waiter is also very courteous, breakfast is OK, but the dinner buffet does not provide other drinks slightly insufficient.

Hard to fault really; I’m a regular guest here. It is more costly than some other hotels but the quality is worth paying for.

Gymn room is large with wonderful view outside. In addition, there are a lot of machine. There is rich of food for breakfast while the restaurant is large enough for guests to relax with the meal. The hotel provides free bus to the main attractions and with the request the hotel also provided us return bus back to hotel, which is great.

I was hesitant after reading some reviews, but decided to give it a try. The hotel isn't far from the bus station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite extensive, and the staff were quick and responsive. The hostess at the restaurant was very friendly. The water pressure in the room was decent, but it was a bit tricky to control the hot and cold water – it was either scalding hot or too cold, making it hard to find the right temperature. No need for a travel adapter, the hotel provides them. The room was spacious and felt very regal. There's an airport shuttle stop less than 3 minutes away. My only real complaint is that the hotel needs to better manage guest behavior. Today, I saw a woman in a headscarf washing her feet in the sink in the LG restroom. The staff tried to talk to her, but she ignored them. Guests like that should really be blacklisted.

The Hotel upgraded the stay and gave a sea view room which was amazing. Rooms are spacious in the suite. Coffee cup was only 1 instead of 2 Can focus on more maintenance as found rust in the toilet. All in all good stay. Will visit again as value for money considering the location and basment parking was also comfortable.

The room facilities were so-so, but it was clean enough. The main advantage is its proximity to the airport. Although the shuttle bus was a bit old, it was incredibly convenient. We arrived in the early morning and saw the shuttle right outside, and it took us to the hotel very quickly. It's a good option for a short layover, but be aware that it's quite far from the city center.

Getting around was not very convenient, but then again, transportation in Abu Dhabi in general isn't very convenient. The only public transport option is taxis, which are very expensive. A taxi to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque costs around 60 RMB.

I arrived quite early just to drop off my luggage, but the first thing I was told after informing them that I had a reservation for that night was that I needed to pay for an early check-in, which I hadn't even wanted. They should have asked before assuming the situation. Also, when I was waiting to check in, another lady arrived and they attended to her first. Then, while I was showering, I discovered that there was no conditioner. I tried to call reception, but there was no answer, so I had to get dressed and go to reception. To top it all off, the people in the room next to mine decided to have a party. They were talking, screaming and laughing so loudly that I had to call reception again at 2 am. I also found the area around the hotel quite strange, with lots of people sitting on the pavement and the street dirty. The room is nice and big but it’s too old and wasn’t that clean. This being said, if I ever return to Abu Dhabi I will not stay there for sure!

Staff were really friendly and hotel overall was great. However, I will say that the service was appalling. Particularly the room service. Several times over several days, I had called up as not mugs were put in the room, radio didn’t work, no spoons/stirers were there (for example), but no one came. Two times I had to go down to the desk and ask personally and other times, I just forgot about it. This is just a few issues we had. My thoughts and opinions were shared with staff on checkout and an apology was given, but a good will gesture would have been nice, particularly since I had a list of bad experiences.
