I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay.
The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation.
Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Every thing was nice except the door access was not working for many rooms that we reserved.
