For a resort that starts at ~$2,000/night this place falls very short in various areas. For an all inclusive resort there were very few dining options (it was either the sur house or the pool side bar). Most of the staff were really friendly but we did feel like the housekeeping staff weren’t too professional at times (once they opened the door to our room even when we told them to give us a few seconds to get to the door). Although the resort is in a beautiful location, I don’t know if I would consider this place luxurious.

The room is very good, the mountain climbing venue is good, and the food is OK. Next time I have the opportunity to try the camping area, there are few quiet people, and the entire hotel park is suitable for family travel.
