"We did the online check-in, filling out all the information ahead of time. We requested an early check-in. While the room wasn’t ready the time we requested, we got a few texts and emails before our requested check-in time letting us know that the room wasn’t ready yet. I appreciated these confirmations even if we couldn’t get into the room as early as hoped. I believe check-in time is 3pm, we got a message at 2:40 saying our room was ready. We ended up with a room in the Sago Cay building. It was an upper floor room with dormered ceilings and one king size bed. The little balcony was cozy and had a wonderful of view of the Magic Kingdom and Contemporary. Upon entering the room, to your right is the bathroom that is itself divided into two rooms. One room has the toilet and tub with a very nice, updated showerhead – it’s a little small but it’s functional and has an vent fan. The larger room has two sinks with lots of good space for all your stuff. The number of complimentary toiletries was surprising – more than I remembered getting at another Deluxe with added goodies like dental kit and after sun lotion. The room also has a hamper for your towels – a nice touch. There was also a little rug by the vanities – this was certainly nice to have under your feet and to keep them dry. Really well thought out touches. Across from the bathroom is the closet, nothing huge. It does come with two bath robes and GF embroidered slippers. The main room was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed (we made a request to get a king bed, most rooms don’t have one) with some nice towel art. Across from the bed was a good size Samsung TV (with a regular Samsung remote), and a mini fridge under that. There’s also a pull-out sofa, a desk, and a rolling table. I was a saddened that we weren’t able to stay in the main building, but Sago Cay was relatively close to everything. It was just a short walk to the main building where you’d pick up drinks or ride the monorail. The path to the Magic Kingdom is actually closer to this building although we wanted to pick up something from Gasparilla so we had to backtrack. The walk to Magic Kingdom is a bit longer than it is from the Contemporary but it’s a very nice walk and when we went was totally quiet, no wait to go through security or anything. Being on the monorail is also nice to get to EPCOT, everything else is accessible via Disney bus which you sometimes have to wait for but usually not too long. It's worth exploring the main building. I’ve known about the gingerbread house for a while, but I didn’t know about the Easter eggs! It was very cool being able to walk through and see all these amazing creations. There’s a lot of cool stuff to take in from the shops, the Enchanted Rose, and just the general atmosphere. On our last night we dined at Narcoosee’s – our first time there as well. Wow – what a great spot and what a treat! The view during the fireworks is pretty awesome as they lower the lights and pl"
"Spend 5 nights here with my husband and 3 kids (13,12 and 9). I was only doing animal kingdom and magic kingdom as stayed at a different hotel for the other 2 parks and water park. This was my husband and I 15th wedding anniversary so thought we would treat the kids and us to this hotel. The hotel on the outside is very pretty and we enjoyed our stay. Mouse keeping every day and making animals out of the towels were great too. At the other hotel mouse keeping was every 2nd day so this was good. The view we had was great. The staff were mostly very friendly. One thing that could be better was the pool and the area around the pool kept closing ( I understand they need to do it if there is thunder and lightning within the area) but this happened and there wasn’t any bad weather and they took ages to reopen it. As the pool and area round it is very comfortable and lots of umbrellas. They are doing the hotel up the now and will be even more beautiful. Getting to magic kingdom is great. 1 stop on the monorail, 5 minutes on the boat or about a 10/15 walk. Would definitely return!"
"Excellent hotel with very good customer service. The rooms have a good size. Good variety of food from different restaurants. The location is extraordinary with the train, boa, and bus transportation to the parks."

"The hotel's privacy is very good, the waiters at the entrance are very enthusiastic, the lobby is full of gorgeous Italian opera, and the hotel is very large. It takes a short distance from lobby to our room, but it is more convenient to check out directly by text message. . We entered the hotel early in the morning and directly stored our luggage. We took the water bus outside the hotel and went to Universal Studios. There was no delay. We received the hotel's text message to inform us of the room number at 3pm. The small mistake was that the room card that was applied for in the morning could not be opened at night, and the husband returned to the front desk very hard to re-apply for a new room card and then returned to open the door. Remember to check if there is a complete bar code and check-in date on the room card. This is used as the basis for express. We were told there was a problem after entering the park the next day. It took half an hour to find someone. It was very troublesome. Attention!"
"Hotel hardware is good, the decoration is very style. The lake view room has a great view, especially the pool is satisfying! The shaped swimming pool has water slides, and there are artificial white sands on the artificial beach. The children play very well. Many Europeans and Americans take their children there for a holiday. The hotel room card is the express card of Universal Studios. Check-out is not necessary to return the room card and take it directly to Universal Studios. The hotel staff is very nice! I started thinking that the ring was in the room, told the service staff to help find it, and told me that I didn't find it a bit disappointing. Later I found that I was mistaken, and I was in my own bag. Recommend this hotel! perfect!"
"Breakfast is invincible, the hotel is Italian style, and many restaurants downstairs are not too expensive. There is a pier next to the lake. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the world. Apart from being expensive, there are no disadvantages"

"The room is large and the bed is large. It is very convenient to go to Universal Studios, but the room is not on the far side. The coffee machine in the room is kind of American and doesn't like it. The room card can be used as a quick pass for the park, but it may be possible to buy because the Universal Pass has a quick pass, and it is not limited to the number of items, so the hot items still have to be lined up. The hotel pool looked good, but didn't have time to play. There is also a very expensive hotel parking, $28 a day."
"It is the best hotel if you are going to Universal Studios. Although the price is high because it is a high Greade hotel in Universal Studios, you can use the Express Ticket (approx. 100,000 won / person) in Universal Studios with Hotel Room Key. This is the closest hotel, which is a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Universal Studios and a 10 minute boat ride. The outdoor swimming pool is open until 12 pm, so it can be used conveniently after going to Universal Studios. Safety staff are always on hand to keep children safe."
"Close to the world, there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. Even if the room card is fast and convenient, the room is in the middle of the cabinet. The overall feeling is better. The nearby Chinese restaurant friends are more delicious, and there is a supermarket next to the friends. Buying water and daily necessities are very good. Convenience"

"Hotel environment is good, facilities are slightly old. The room card is a fast-pass card that can be used in most amusement programs. Check-in queues are scary and have never seen a hotel check-in that requires such a long queue. The hotel has a small catering service with Chinese food and hot sandwiches. Yes, Americans should know that hot sandwiches are actually better. A four-day room was booked. Due to the epidemic, United canceled the flight and could only change the visa to return home in advance. Ctrip was inefficient, contacted for a long time without results, and went to the lobby to communicate by itself. The hotel agreed to refund the two-day room rate. Americans are indeed first-rate. The only thing is that if the hotel can show the daily opening times of Universal Studios and Adventure Island in the lobby, the daily opening times of these two places are actually different. Change often"
"I don't know how the hotel is so good to say that there is a bathtub in the room. I didn't find it at first sight. The front desk reception was very unfriendly to the Chinese. It was very tired in the middle of the night. After the reception, the front desk said that it would disappear for more than 10 minutes. The other two counters were good. Didn't come out... The room was on the 1st floor, and the window was completely weed without any landscape. It’s not because I’ve only arranged for a day. Global hope that there will be a fast-passing ghost to live in this hotel. The satisfaction is only clean and tidy..."
"This time I met a hurricane in Orlando and stayed for 6 consecutive days. The hotel is very large, the environment is very good, the facilities are complete, there is a parking lot to charge, and it is very convenient to go to the park. The showers are the size of an old cruise ship with really terrible pressure - clogged heads. My bathroom on celebrity apex was better. The restaurants are 4+. The pool was crazy busy, bad smell from garbage cans…. The worst part is the JW guests are getting in without the same price. They had no controls for who was there. They also sell very cheap memberships - $400 a month. There was a very nice 4th of July fireworks show, but again you could have paid JW prices for it."
"Hotel location is remote, driving is not convenient, close to JW Marriott. The room is OK, but it is still far from the luxury hotel. "There aren't many types of breakfast, and they are expensive. If you have low requirements for breakfast, you can have a light meal on Lobby's floor, bread and milk. Should not be an extra bed, this is not very clear, because our family is two big and three small, all set two twin rooms, each bed is very large and very comfortable. Waldorf is better than the Hilton next door. There are so many people without Hilton and a lot of quiet. The hotel is about 7 kilometers away from Disney. There is a free bus to the park at the entrance of the hotel, but we must be optimistic about the time."

It is the best hotel in Orlando and the service quality is first class. The hotel can directly send packages to our city, so many toys bought in Disney don't have to worry about inconvenience. The hotel has its own golf course, children's club, a variety of activities and facilities, surrounded by forests, not too many people, the environment is very comfortable. If you like Spanish food, be sure to try the Capa restaurant on the top floor. The environment is comfortable and the dishes are very good. We went to eat twice. The restaurant manager I met for the second time was very nice. I kept confirming the meal with us and recommended delicious desserts. I lost my mobile phone in the restaurant and he personally sent it to the room, which was very moving. In addition, although the hotel is not so close to the theme park, the shuttle bus is also very convenient every day. Confirm the schedule of the bus. If you choose a room facing the park view, you can watch Disney's fireworks show for free every night. It is worth seeing. All in all, value for money. If you come back to Orlando next time, you will definitely choose this hotel!

The hotel is located right next to the Millenia mall. It's sparkling new, has a helpful counter staff. They helped me with my requests and they were done on time. I didn't know that they did the room cleaning after a 24 hour request, but they helped me out and got it done within 2 hours. And the cleaners did a great job as well! The rooms were sparkling clean, had a great work station, reasonably well furnished kitchen with new appliances. There was a counter cum tabletop for eating, and the sofa was very comfy to sit on. Bathroom was great, with a walk in shower area. Their pool area was great with a large plus sized area with Palm Trees, and reminded me of the pool of Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai. Outstanding! Only suggestion I could make is: please make the legs of the small dining table a little less sharp, as we scraped our legs on it several times. Other than that a superlative stay!

Medium to the top. Around the hotel are similar family suite types, the prices are similar. It is better for a family to go. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants nearby, walking distance, very close. Walgreen, cvx are open 24 hours, bought the daily eat, use, cook in the hotel to eat, very economical. I am a business trip, not suitable for booking this hotel, but because it is close to the exhibition hall, I booked it. Family travel is more suitable for booking such hotels.

We stayhed here to see family after the holidays. Similar to the Castle Autograph in Orlando, this hotel is below standard for an Autograph. It is worn out (but less so than the Castle). I would say it is a tad dingy and dirty. Service is also mixed. I asked for fresh towels on day three of our stay in the morning. The Bonvoy app said they were delivered. But nothing was delivered. When I called downstairs that night, they rushed up some towels. There is no also complementary water in the room for Bonvoy members. You have to ask for waters at checkin. I don’t know why this bothers me so much. Its not that hard to put water in the room. They stock the minibar with it (for $5/bottle) and when I asked, they said I could use the minibar if I had to. The upside is the hotel is super popular at night. Its like covid doesn’t exist anymore. There is a nice vibe downstairs although I’d avoid it as I’m terrified of catching the virus due to a pregnant wife. The downside was breakfast. It was a nightmare on our first day. The hotel doesn’t have enough staff so we were asked to wait ten minutes before being seated. Then we waited another 45 mins before being served. Other tables were seated and served before we were even offered coffee. At one point, there was a line of people out the door waiting for breakfast. All of them left. The hotel also ran out of bred. I know the hotel industry is suffering with labor and supply shortages. The manager, Nicole, was doubling as our waitress but she was part of the problem. When I posted a review on Google and Tripadvisor pointing out breakfast took over 90 mins (close to 2 hours), she called me the next day at 9am to tell me she cares. I appreciate the effort, but the buck stops w her for being a poor manager. And who calls at 9am for guests on a holiday. There was plenty of front of house staff from what we could tell (we owned a sit down place in London at one point). She said they were redoing breakfast and had a solution. Her idea was to turn it into an open buffet with unmasked (and possibly unvaccinated) guests serving themselves. I think a better alternative would have been to have a served buffet. Just my two cents. We walked down to a nice coffee shop about 15 mins away and ate there. On the last day of check out, our keycard didn’t work. This is normal at Marriotts where the card times out to the original time. When I went to ask the guy downstairs for an update to the card, he said he couldn’t possibly honor a late checkout, even for a platinum or titanium member. But the Bonvoy app told me I had a late checkout confirmed. He then told me he is in charge of the app and told me that was impossible, and asked me to show him my app. I did and it was pretty clear in the app that I had a late checkout confirmed until 4pm. I don’t see why he felt the need to argue. We actually had a second reservation for another two nights, but we cancelled it to switch to another hotel. In these troubled times

We have booked this hotel in the month of NOV 2021 for 5 days. This is an apartment style living hotel which we loved. Very close to Disney World. We always book our hotels near to the destination as we travel with kids who are very energetic and cannot wait to get to the destination. Coming to the hotel, it's home away from home. It's like a studio apartment. We never saw a hotel providing the kitchen utensils and cookware, but here I was surprised to see all the utensils. They provided utensils for a 4 member family. Plates, Bowls,Spoons,Forks,Knives,Spatula and cookware. We also had a coffee maker and small coffee machine, instant coffee packets and sugar packets. They also gave dish liquid, kitchen towel rolls 2. Complementary breakfast is available. Due to COVID-19 we are not allowed to sit in the breakfast area, one person can go pick all the food. I don't know about pre COVID-19, but during our stay we got a simple breakfast like Bananas, Orange Juice, Cupcakes and Oat Meal Bars... Luckily we had one store nearby where we got Indian groceries. We bought rice, lentils,Ready to use curries and some Rotis. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Dry cleaning with Additional charge, Common Laundry with Additional charge.Room were maintained very clean.Very friendly front office. They have shuttles to get to all parks of Disney and Universal Studios. Very easy to check out. We just called the front office and told them we are leaving. No need to drop the key. We kept the keys as a souvenir :D . We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta and would love to book our stay with them again!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone...
