The room is very clean and spacious, the location is about one kilometer from the subway station, one subway stop from the Crocs expo, there are many small supermarkets nearby, and the response is very fast. There are fewer types of breakfast, but it can be seen that it is carefully prepared. An aunt in the restaurant saw that we would say ”hello”, very kind, suitable for changing with the front desk. When checking out, the front desk rolled his eyes as soon as he listened to English, and the other one would at least translate with a translator.

This is a great hotel for the price. It's a 15-minute walk to the metro/MCD, there are grocery stores nearby, and the rooms themselves have crisp, new, white linens and towels. It's fairly quiet, and the hotel is staffed by a normal crowd. On the first floor, there are tables where you can sit and have a snack, a microwave, and a luggage storage room. Water coolers and an ironing room are available on each floor.

The location is awesome, just on the pedestrian street behind the Opera House. The door is the restaurant and bar street. The windows are full of eyes and the windows are instantly quiet. The room was small, but it was warm and comfortable, and I slept the most sweet thing I had in Russia for a week. Go right and turn left to the subway, which is up to five minutes. The disadvantage is that there is no elevator, the corridor is narrow, but the salesperson helps to carry the luggage, the service is awesome.

The location of the hotel is very good, the bar, the restaurant, the living supermarket and the KFC are also there. The street view is very beautiful. It is not far from the attractions such as the Red Square. The facilities are complete, there are kettles, refrigerators, etc. The top floor room has skylights and is quite romantic. The fly in the ointment is that there is no elevator, everyone should be mentally prepared.

Our stay was incredibly satisfying. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. It even had a balcony! Just remember to close the door at night, or it can get noisy. We skipped housekeeping for three days, and when they finally cleaned, they gave us 3 bottles of water. When we called for water in between, they brought 5 bottles – so generous! The breakfast truly lives up to its reputation as the best in Moscow hotels; the variety was endless, we couldn't even try everything. And the service was impeccable, absolutely fantastic! The doorman was very friendly; on our last day, he even used his own phone to call a taxi to the airport for us and confirmed the price with the driver. A huge thank you to him! Highly recommend! Getting around was also super convenient, very close to the subway, Red Square, and the Bolshoi Theatre.

Two of us tried Ziya Seafood Restaurant, ordering two salads, two main courses, and some soft drinks, which cost 30,000 rubles (over 2,000 RMB). The prices were on the high side.

Zaryadye Park, the Tretyakov Gallery, and numerous cafes and restaurants are also nearby. The service is excellent, and the staff are genuinely caring. It was my first stay, and I loved everything. I got a very spacious room, and the comfortable mattress allowed me to get a good night's sleep after a long flight. The housekeeping was impeccable. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast; there was a huge selection, even including pancakes with red caviar, and Asian and halal dishes. I will definitely return when I have another trip to Moscow.

It's my first time experiencing a security check just to get to a hotel lobby! The lobby is huge, and the lady who checked us in looked like a doll! Then you take another elevator up to your room. And guess what? We booked for three people, and they had already made up the sofa bed for us! The service was incredibly satisfying! Breakfast was quite expensive, so we didn't book it. Instead, we went to the 'Green Supermarket' nearby and bought a bunch of food for the next morning.
