The front desk service attitude is good, check-in is fast, and there is no extra charge. The only dissatisfaction is that the bed in the standard room is really narrow, and the mattress is very high. I fell off when I turned over. There are three local restaurants in front of the hotel, which are relatively expensive and the taste depends on the person. It is relatively remote and there are not many Chinese restaurants.

Good value for money. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and fast food options (KFC and Burger King) nearby, and a subway station is right outside. I would definitely consider this place again on my next business trip. The only downside is the limited breakfast options.

Very good service , staffs are good n polite, can speak n understand fluent english , very helpful for doing the staying registration form for foreigners plus luggage storage service are very friendly too . waitier is very willing to offer help for us , we stayed 4 nights here , location is the closest one to the train station, which is convenient for traveler to make a train to st peterberg , the-lobby is wide not crowded n u can relax here until the train shows up , highly recommend.

Had a great stay here! The room was clean and comfortable with a nice cozy setup. Facilities were decent and well-maintained, everything we needed was there. The breakfast buffet had good variety with both Western and local options, and the food quality was surprisingly good, especially the fresh pastries. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, solid choice for the price point and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located when we want to visit VDNH. I like the location of the hotel despite the proximity of the Temple with the cemetery. To the subway of VDNH directly 500 m. Near the magician. Five-piece etc., as well as a cafe. But the hotel itself is delicious kitchen in the cafe. Good hotel 👍

We were given the smaller room amongst the newly refurbished selection ie no separate lounge area and only one sink in the bathroom instead of a his and hers. It’s a wonderful room nonetheless, full fledged minibar and fancy finishes but two things really annoyed me: 1. The shower is splendid but even though you close the door, the water spills out onto the whole bathroom floor nonetheless and this is a crucial design mistake 2. The LCD buttons are way too complicated, there’s no logic in how to turn what lights on and off, how to open the curtains in the morning and turn the heat down. Sometimes we don’t have to reinvent the wheel. But overall the hotel is a historical luxury on prime location.

The previous Ukraine Hotel has a very distinctive architecture and many people come here to check in. The facilities and hygiene in the room are very good. The hotel is a bit old, but its location is great; you can see the ice cream cone right outside. However, for a high-star hotel, it's surprisingly rip-off. I broke a panel and asked for 15,000 rubles (1,500 RMB) in compensation. The front desk clerk bluntly said that was just my deposit, implying they'd deduct as much as I had in my deposit. The bedside table, with its flimsy bottom panel right next to the floor, couldn't be more fragile. I can only say that if they're trying to scam me, they should have some morals.

The front desk was filled with beautiful women 👩🏻🦰 and handsome men 👱🏻♂️, a real eye-catcher 😍. Breakfast 🍽️ was very filling, 180 ¥ per person, which was different from what Ctrip listed. 🥩🥓🧇🫕 was delicious, and I always ate until I was stuffed. 🪥The towels were changed daily, 🛏️ and were very soft and comfortable. 🏨The interior was also beautiful, wonderful 👍🏻.

The hotel was really easy to find, and the lobby had such a great vibe! Our room was spacious and clean, and it even had a small balcony with a truly beautiful view. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was having to climb in and out of the bathtub to shower. There wasn't a separate shower area, so you had to shower in the tub, which made a mess with water everywhere.

The location is great, the city center is only 2 subway stops away from the Red Square and the business district CBD. Of course, we walk to the Red Square is also a way to roam Moscow. The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy area, and about 7-8 minutes' walk from Line 2 subway station. The hotel room is not big, but the facilities are complete, very warm, and the bed is very comfortable. The chicken soup in the restaurant is delicious. The front desk was very considerate to help operate the taxi-calling software, and successfully caught the high-speed train to St. Petersburg (it takes about half an hour to take a taxi from the hotel to the high-speed rail station)

This time I took my parents and children to Moscow for a trip. This hotel did not disappoint me. There is a subway station right at the door. It takes five or six stops to Red Square and the Kremlin. It is even closer to Leningradskaya Station to St. Petersburg, only two stops away. There are many pizzas and barbecues across the street from the hotel, as well as Vietnamese rice noodles. There is a Chinese restaurant called Hong Kong on the top floor of the hotel. The price is a bit expensive, but the view from the window at night is very good. You can directly see Moscow's CBD. Figure 12 is a real shot outside the hotel room window. Figure 3 is the entrance of Leningradskaya Station. Figure 4 is the rocket in front of the All-Russian Exhibition Center.
