The location is absolutely fantastic! From the balcony, you get a stunning view of 'May Fourth Square' and the seaside buildings. It was so pleasant to have breakfast out there. Getting around is super convenient, whether by subway or taxi. Downstairs, there are noodle shops, dumpling restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops. The beach is just across the street, making for a lovely stroll along the coast. The pictures on the platform are accurate – what you see is what you get. The host was very responsible and provided helpful tips for getting around.

The apartment has a great location, close to May Fourth Square. The room facilities are new and quite modern, and there's a large balcony where you can see the May Fourth Torch symbol. At night, you can enjoy the brilliant lights from the room. It's the best value-for-money apartment around!

Note: To have a good experience in a private bath, be sure to ask the store to give you advice on how to use hot water before you check in, and then carefully study the system in my picture 7. Otherwise you'll end up like me, who almost caught a cold after being exposed to cold water for 10 minutes. I turned on the water and forgot to turn it off, and the water got cold halfway through washing. The room is nice. If you think the bed is too small, you can try removing the headboard cushion. The cushion is flexible. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good. For less than 400 yuan, I was able to satisfy my craving for a VIP private bath. The room also has a projection screen so you can watch movies all night. It's much more cost-effective than some private soups. With the same amount of money, you can only soak for less than 3 hours in many private hot spring restaurants. One can choose the cheaper smaller bath room. The store I chose said it could wash 4 people, but they are quite fat, so I feel 3 fat people is the limit. Overall, I recommend you to try it. But remember to learn how to use the hot water system first!

Had a fantastic two-night stay! The 70-square-meter room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. The host was incredibly warm and attentive. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Golden Beach, which saved a lot of time and effort. It's a perfect fit whether you're a couple staying briefly or traveling solo.

The price is particularly suitable for the double-storey apartment, the eldest sister is warm and thoughtful, and the parking is very convenient! The room is clean and tidy! Also with kitchenware! like! Must!

I have to give a shout-out to the butler! Their communication was gentle and patient, they sent detailed check-in instructions in advance, and answered all my questions throughout my stay. The room was spotless with no hidden corners, had great natural light and views. It's also conveniently located for dining and shopping. The service details were exceptional, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Five-star recommendation!

The facilities are well-maintained and look new; switches, air conditioning, and faucets all work smoothly. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It offers great value for money.

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station and right above MixC mall, so shopping and dining are a breeze. The facilities are decent too, with a washing machine and fridge. My only issue was that the toilet seemed to have some standing water, not sure why.

The room is very spacious, the location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is downstairs, the supermarket. Outside the community is the lively Golden Beach Phoenix, shopping and eating are very convenient. After crossing the road, it is the beach. You can play in the water. After playing, you can go back to the place to take a shower. You don't have to find a place to take a shower and change clothes.
