The hotel is decorated in a gorgeous style, with English Victorian style reflected in the corridor chandeliers, exquisite glass, and marble columns with elegant carvings. The garden and the greenhouse tropical plant elements in the lobby provide a sense of vacation. The location is within a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West Station and East Station. There is a large lawn in front of the gate for paragliders to land (paragliders can scan the QR code to make reservations). During the day, you can see the misty Eiger and Jungfrau mountain groups. If you want to go to Jungfrau, you can take the train from Interlaken East, but the recommended route is to go to Grindelwald terminal station (within 30 minutes), take the cable car up the mountain from there, and then take another route back to Interlaken East. The hotel is equipped with a 20m indoor swimming pool, several small soaking pools, outdoor soaking pools, and contact spa service facilities such as saunas. But the venue is not large. Indoor tennis courts need to be reserved in advance, and equipment can be rented. The internal environment is of medium level. Try to arrive on time. We arrived late at noon and no one opened the door for us. The breakfast is average, I feel that the breakfast in Swiss hotels is average, and the juice is not good. The interior design of the room is good, but the view outside the window depends on the room type and luck. The angle of the window outside the window of many rooms is not facing the mountain, but facing the hotel's internal garden. If you want to take pictures of the balcony scenery with the mountain view, some small hotels are more photogenic. It is worth mentioning that you must remember to choose the right number of guests. I chose a single person and wanted to stay in a double room, but they said they would charge 100 francs.

The hotel boasts a fantastic setting, nestled on a hillside north of Lake Thun. Be aware that reaching the hotel involves a 20-minute drive up a winding mountain road, so it's best suited for those traveling by car. Our family room was a spacious and comfortable loft, fully equipped with kitchen facilities including an oven. The highlight is definitely the room's balcony, offering panoramic views of multiple snow-capped mountains and Lake Thun, which are particularly stunning at sunset. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Interlaken.

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops around, and you see tourists from all over the world. The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!

The hotel is not far from Interlaken West Station. The room is quite large and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The soundproofing of the room is average. The breakfast is quite rich. Other aspects are pretty satisfactory.

The room was quite spacious, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was also good. The only downside is that if your room faces the street, it can be a bit noisy. However, since you're usually exhausted from traveling all day, it's not to the point of being unable to fall asleep. If you're a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room not facing the street.

Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

Clean room and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly—chatting with them was genuinely enjoyable, and they gave great recommendations and helpful local tips. Breakfast was good overall, although the selection felt quite similar each morning. The bathtub was a comfortable size. Little balcony I also appreciated that there is an elevator serving every floor, which made getting around easy with luggage. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Interlaken.

This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip. We originally booked a classic double room, but it seemed like we were upgraded to a suite. Although the room had a bathtub, there was also a separate toilet, so bathing and using the restroom were not an issue. The hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost (East) station, just a few minutes' walk, which was perfect for our trip to Jungfraujoch the next day. For dining, we could take the bus to Interlaken West station, and the hotel even provided each guest with a free bus pass. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. If you wanted a cappuccino or latte, the staff would prepare it in the kitchen and bring it out. The dining room has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, so enjoying breakfast by the window must be very relaxing.
