At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Encountered a few minor problems, but the lady boss’s service was too good, and they were all resolved. From a hearty breakfast to a variety of warm tips and introductions. When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

First Hotel was in centre city ( I didn’t had great experience ) and I chose this on the second time when I return in Ho Chi Minh ….
Don’t be put off to chose this …even if is not in the centre of the city ….you get a grab taxi cheap and in 10 min you are in the city centre if you like
I recommend this hotel …… great breakfast with lots of variety ….

Overall, a very good experience, especially the location. It's very central and incredibly convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with both Vietnamese specialties and a variety of Western options. As an established five-star hotel, the service and English proficiency of the staff were superb. My only gripe is that the housekeeping wasn't quite up to par. I stayed for six nights, and they hardly replenished the shower caps – I only got one for the entire stay! Also, the conditioner wasn't refilled after the first day; it was never topped up. In short, the room cleaning and replenishment services didn't meet five-star standards, failing even the most basic resupply needs.From£72

Historical feeling in this hotel smack in the middle of town by the theatre. Room has an old charm feeling but in good shape and well cleaned and nothings missing. No noise from street or neighbours. Abundant f&b and shopping around. Dinner in the steakhouse was quite pricey but tasty, breakfast was good but the room is underdimensioned. First morning was a disaster and people basically elbowing their ways through. 2nd morning was better though.

Beautiful, clean, stylish hotel with an incredible breakfast provided, and a nice and reasonably priced rooftop bar too. Large, comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Location very handy for the main sites like the war remnants museum and independence palace (easily walkable).

Great hotel in a very strategic location—it was so easy to get around the city from here.
A special shout-out to Emelyn at the front desk. When I was late for my reservation at the Blank Lounge in Landmark 81, she helped me called them to verify and hold my booking, although Blank Lounge refused and asked me to walk in reserve again. That kind of service is priceless!

A very nice urban hotel with many tourist locations within reasonable walking distance. The staff is helpful and sweet, rooms are clean.
Breakfast is ok, it lacks variety and simple food in my opinion. But afternoon tea is fantastic.
The swimming pool is not big and the suntanning area has limited place, but it was right in our floor, so we enjoyed it as much as we could. The gym has no AC, so it was mostly useless for me, as I always lack air everywhere.
Our room had a whole other room with a dedicated kitchen and washing machine and living area, which is fantastic. But it is placed very to some kindergarten around the corner, which was very load and audible.From£47

I have stayed at La Vela Hotel on several previous occasions and have always liked it, particularly for the SPA and the spacious gym. Its location is very convenient, being only 10 minutes from the airport.
My Luxury room was quite large, an improvement over the Standard room I had in the past, and it featured a balcony on the 21st floor. However, the in-room amenities could be improved; for example, by adding an espresso coffee machine and higher-quality toiletries.
The breakfast was very good with a large choice of food, and it's served on the 25th floor with a great view. I also tried the VIP lounge at T2 floor, which had a good food selection. I would suggest they add wine to their evening drink offerings.
The rooftop swimming pool is exceptionally large and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The gym is spacious, but on this visit, I found the treadmills, a key piece of equipment for runners, to be poorly maintained. They seemed to have too much oil or the wrong type of oil on the belt, making them dangerously slippery at speeds over 10 km/h (faster than a 6:00 min/km pace). It felt like running on ice. As a runner, this significantly affected my overall evaluation.
The SPA remains one of the hotel's best features. A consistent negative point, however, is the elevators. The waiting times are far too long because there are too few elevators for the size of the hotel, and they are quite slow.From£87

This hotel really amazed me with their superb services from all the staffs. The check in experience was so warmed. The evening snacks very delicious. The room is just perfect for us, as we spend most of time outside. The soundproof may not be good, but that doesn’t bother us much. Ppl may find it inconvenient cos the lobby entrance need to climb stairs, but worry not as the staffs are always there to assist carry your luggages, etc. I’m definitely will be back to this hotel next round.From£44

We did not have a perfect experience from this stay at Somerset HCM hence no full marks. Apartment - we were allocated a non-ideal ground floor 2 bedroom apartment facing the swimming pool, we requested for a change of room at the point of check in but were denied repeatedly. There was a pool party at the pool with a high noise level. We made a complaint, the reception then offered a room change for the next day but we declined having already unpacked & settled in. There is no pool view as we had to close the curtains throughout the stay for privacy reasons. The TV in the master bedroom was not working at all, we made a request, they repaired the TV after a long time on the second night but it was spoilt again. We gave up & did not made another request. The TV should have been checked that it is in order before allowing guests to check in. Other than these 2 negative points, the apartment was simply great. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with a washing machine, microwave and conventional ovens, crockery & kitchen utensils. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well equipped too. Housekeeping is great, apartment was cleaned and refreshed well daily. Location is fine. It may not be that convenient to shopping, food & places of interest but it is not a problem at all in HCM as it is so easy and affordable to take a Grab to anywhere. For info, we stayed 3 nights and paid higher than average rates for this 2 bedroom apartment.From£103

During my stay at M Village Hotel Thi Sach, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and service the hotel offered. The hotel looks exactly as pictured and the room is very spacious for 2. Upon our arrival, the staff are very welcoming and helped us carry our luggage up the small step of stairs. They also had a brief introduction of Vietnam and the area we were staying in. Subsequently, they even sent us some recommendations through WhatsApp. We also requested for another chair in the room which they happily provided. Throughout our stay, the staff were very responsive and helpful and typically repl within a few minutes. The gym and rooftop pool are also well maintained and lounge is really pretty.
