As an established hotel, despite its age, the property is impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and feels remarkably upscale and grand. The hotel offers both breakfast and lunch buffets. If I recall correctly, it's $60 per person, and the selection is extensive. For an international hotel buffet, it's quite impressive. The service was also excellent; staff proactively offered to help with our luggage. We tipped, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, truly making us feel valued. The entire ground floor is dedicated to entertainment and gaming. Overall, the service standard in Las Vegas is consistently high.

Wynn Las Vegas delivers exactly what it promises. Polished luxury without feeling stuffy. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and genuinely comfortable, with one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in on the Strip - if not the best. I had strip view, 35th floow. Basic king room, just asked for a good view at checkin. The pool area is fantastic - get there early (or late afternoon) for shade. My booking came with $60 in daily food credit, which I used for the dinner buffet and it was great. The second best buffet after Bacchanal.

The front desk of the hotel is in an inconspicuous and small place in the Caesars Palace. There is a cigar bar next to it. The smog is filled and we don’t feel good with our children. With the 4-year-old Vain aircraft delay, check in at 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel front desk said that we have to wait 15-20 minutes, because the hotel manager needs to go to our room to check whether the cleaning of the room has been completed. I was shocked when I heard it. Isn't this work done in the afternoon before the guests stay? It was close to the early morning! During the check-in period, other guests checked in and got the room card. I asked again, the indifference of the front desk indicated that the other party was staying in a superior suite. I was just a common room, and the attitude was very bad. I immediately called Ctrip, the front desk saw me call Ctrip, and then called the manager to urge. I asked the front desk to let the manager contact me. The front desk said that the manager could not go to the guest room. If you want to see the manager, he would be in the lobby. I said, please ask the manager to call me. After half an hour after entering the room, I did not receive a call from the manager. Instead, Ctrip made a phone call to follow up and said that the hotel had set up a ”free upgrade” for me. I said that I didn't see any upgrades. Later, Ctrip followed up. The hotel said that the room type was not upgraded but arranged a room with a better view. I am really huh, huh, because the curtains are the opposite room, the sense of sight is strong, it is impossible to open the curtains, do not mention any landscape. I took the initiative to call the front desk and ask for a manager. The customer service said that I would tell you something, and then exempted one night of taxes and fees. It is still a mediocrable attitude. I asked the manager to call to apologize. The other party said, ”You still have to find a manager to do what you want, I have already given you.” Throughout the process, I never mentioned asking for compensation. It was the other party’s initiative to waive the one-night tax, as if I contacted the manager to figure out their cheapness. I flew with the baby for 15 hours to the United States, showing him more than 40 US dollars in taxes and fees? ! The attitude is as bad as it seems to be ours. Later, the manager finally called, the background was very noisy, I don't know where he was calling. It’s a sigh of gas when I hear the manager’s phone call. The manager said, ”If you wait a little, we will give you a tax.” The implication is that I have gotten a little cheaper. The fault is not me, the compensation is also proposed by the hotel. Why can't I say sorry to the guests with kindness and sincerity? It is absolutely impossible to stay in this hotel again in the future.

Awesome customer service from Danny at Nobu. First time staying at Nobu in Caesar’s and got a free upgraded room. Was only there for a night since I had a flight in the morning but had a pleasant experience. Definitely worth checking out the place. Room was awesome. Definitely look forward to returning next time.

You can see the big globe directly from the hotel, and it's connected to Wynn. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's breakfast service is also good. However, it can get quite noisy on weekends because there's a very famous bar downstairs that's usually lively until 4-5 AM.

The front desk gave me an excellent room with a great view of the 'big ball' outside the window, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was also very good, and the room was clean and bright. I'll definitely be back again.

Well it’s Caesars palace! A phenomenal hotel in a great location right in the middle of the strip. The sheer size does mean you have to walk a lot depending on which tower you stay, and to the self car parking garage. The rooms itself were huge. I got the Augustus tower on floor 36 with a beautiful view of the strip road. The prices within the hotel were obscene however. The fact that parking is $20 dollars is genuinely crazy. They’ve practically outpriced any average traveller and has become crazy expensive throughout the city. Aswell as the prices in the rooms for a single bottle of water $8!!! The casinos were great and had a great atmosphere there (although I left with a net loss of $1200 😧) All in all, it was a great trip, and I can finally say, I stayed at Caesars Palace!!!!

Four Seasons Hotel has always been my favorite. The quality service, comfortable beds, and safe environment make people feel happy. Four Seasons Las Vegas is the seventh Four Seasons I have stayed in and the third Four Seasons overseas. The hotel shares the same property with the other two hotels. The location is not in the center of the gambling city, but it is convenient. Although it is not extremely luxurious, it also brings the beauty of quietness in the bustling city with a reasonable density of residents. The decoration is the same style as always. The foyer reminds me of Four Seasons Marrakech, and the lobby reminds me of Four Seasons Hangzhou. The interior decoration is plain and comfortable, similar to Four Seasons Singapore. The overall service is indeed relatively difficult to say the best. It is friendly but not considerate enough. Looking down at the city that never sleeps at night, a blue swimming pool is also a different scenery. It is also refreshing to swim a few times during the day. Staying here for a while in the impetuousness is considered to be a quiet corner.

Highly recommended for those who appreciate quiet! This is the only hotel without a casino, so it's very quiet. While it doesn't have a casino, it's very close to the mall and Bellagio, making taxis very convenient. The rooms are also very new, with a great view. I especially recommend the breakfast, which includes poke rice and chicken soup, which is delicious. I'll stay here again next time I go to Vegas; the rooms are much newer than those at the Bellagio.

The hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating. Some employees, particularly at the Zen Restaurant, often have an unfriendly attitude and rarely smile. Additionally, the restaurant options are limited, and despite operating hours, room service is not available 24/7. I will not be choosing this hotel for my next visit to Vegas.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Strip. Cons: The experience went downhill from there. The interior design feels surprisingly generic and doesn't live up to the 'premium' price tag. Service is a roll of the dice—some staff are great, others are frustratingly impatient. The biggest issue was a major overcharge on our deposit. When we tried to ask about the refund, we got four different stories from four different employees. Especially from an extremely impatient and stubborn staff named Ruby kept on repeating the same sentence without listening to my questions. The complete lack of clear communication was unprofessional and wasted our time. For the price, you can find hotels in Vegas that have their act together.
- Jace Li
Good location for sure. Really nice comfortable pillows! Bath room is big. The worst part is that they don’t provide free water! No kettle to make tea or coffee. Very disappointing for this much of a price. You can get these little water bottles if you play at the casino. Water is free but you have to tip the wait staff. No water fountains anywhere in the hotel to get water except at the gym! Or you have to pay extra to access their lounge. When I checked in I found a pair of cleaning gloves at the sink. Otherwise the room was clean enough.

Loved my stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas! 🏨✨ The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — perfect blend of comfort and style. The vibe is upbeat yet relaxed, with great dining options and a lively pool area that feels like a hidden oasis in the city. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. A chic alternative to the typical Vegas resort — definitely worth staying! 🌆💫 #VirginHotelsLasVegas #VegasStay #ModernLuxury

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

The breakfast is delicious. All the things are exquisite and beautiful. I can see that the boss is very attentive and the room is very clean. Even the bottom of the bed is not dusty. Nice room , clean hotel , elevator can be very slow at times , shower leaked onto the floor , but the staff was excellent , overall great hotel , we would definitely stay again

The rooms were advertised as newly renovated, but they didn't really feel all that new. I paid extra for a room with a stadium view, and a big plus was how spotless the windows were, making them perfect for photos. The pool, however, was incredibly crowded. Downstairs, the food court offered a Panda Express. Being able to check in before noon was fantastic, especially considering how hot Las Vegas gets!

Having stayed at this hotel 13 years ago, I decided to book it again this time, but unfortunately, the experience was a far cry from what I remembered! 1. **Bottled Water**: There's no complimentary bottled water in the room. Guests have to go to the front desk to collect it, and each bottle is minuscule, only 296ml! You're also limited to just one or two bottles per person per trip, which means a daily trek downstairs just for water. 2. **Minibar Sensor Trap**: All food items in the room, both in the minibar fridge and on the shelves, are equipped with sensors. Simply moving an item from its original spot registers it as consumed/purchased. This policy is incredibly unreasonable. I merely picked up a bottle to look at it and was charged! A single bottle of mineral water costs $24 USD. Upon check-out, I discovered I'd been charged for three bottles. The front desk informed me they needed to 'verify' the charges before processing a refund to my credit card, and couldn't even provide an estimated timeframe for when the refund would be issued. 3. **Missing Towel Incident**: A huge warning: Do NOT bring your own white bath towels! I hung my personal towel behind the bathroom door, assuming that hung towels wouldn't be taken for cleaning (as most hotels only clean towels left in the tub or laundry basket). When I called the hotel, they claimed they needed to 'investigate' with a third-party laundry service to see if my towel could be located. If not, they'd compensate me, but I have little hope of a resolution for this matter. 4. **The Oshow**: The 'Oshow' in the hotel's West Tower costs around 2100 RMB per person. While the performers were very dedicated, I couldn't even recall the plot from my previous viewing, and overall, it lacked any significant appeal. The sound, lighting, and special effects felt quite dated. 5. **Delayed Check-in**: Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we weren't fully checked in until 3:30 PM. We booked two rooms, but one wasn't ready until 5:00 PM, and only after I called to inquire! As compensation, the staff provided each person with a $25 meal voucher, valid at the hotel restaurants.

The living room in the suite was very spacious and impressive. It was my first time staying in their classic suite, and I was quite pleased. I definitely hope to stay here again! The location is super convenient, right in a bustling area. It's across from the Bellagio, diagonally opposite Caesars Palace, and just a few hundred meters north to the LinQ Promenade. Even though the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are still quite functional, offering great value for money. The commercial area downstairs is also vibrant and convenient. My only complaint is that the walk from the parking garage to the front desk is quite long, and it's a bit of a hassle dragging luggage over uneven ground. Paying for parking at the front desk was cheaper, and you can just use your room key to exit the parking garage, which is really convenient. I booked a room facing the Eiffel Tower, but at check-in, I was given a room on the backside instead.

Overall stay was great! Of all the hotels on Fremont Street this is my favorite! We stayed in the Gold Tower and the room was great. Bed was really comfortable, came with a useable fridge and even included some free bottled waters. The only drawback from this room is it had no view. Apparently they gave us the only room that the window was blocked. Also, now you have to request service on your room, but overall the room was still great. The pool is still one of my favorites, and restaurants in the ****** are decent. I would higly recomend staying here. Just a suggestion, the Rush Tower and Gold tower are the upgraded rooms. The Carson Tower are very basic.
