Banyan Tree was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's amenities, including the spa, exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend the Banyan Tree enough - it's the perfect choice for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

Having a great stay at the Macau Banyan Tree hotel. The room service was looking so fantastic, with suite provided the amenities of in-room offspring/bathtub which is a key highlight for this hotel. Also, the price was reasonable. The staff was very nice and serve our needs with caring heart. I definitely will come to stay again next time.

I have to say, the design of MGM Cotai is truly artistic; walking through the atrium always feels like a treat. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM, but you can get in line about ten minutes early. The young man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. However, the short-haired young lady at the next counter, who was assisting an elderly couple, seemed less competent. She struggled to explain things clearly and even had to call over a colleague for help. Later, when I checked out, it happened to be her again. My room charges were over by 0.6 MOP, and she insisted I pay the difference. As I was getting my money out, another young man at an adjacent counter, who was helping another guest, immediately said it wasn't necessary to pay. The difference in service experience was quite significant. She really needs to improve her work efficiency. My room was cleaned daily, and there was also a turndown service. However, the air conditioning in my room was incredibly noisy, so I couldn't use it at all during my stay; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Room service was always responsive and very quick. If I have the chance, I might choose MGM Cotai again.

The front desk staff seemed a bit new and check-in was slow. Even though I showed them my child's ID, they didn't proactively note down that we'd need amenities like slippers for the kid. I had to call down to request them after we got to the room and realized they weren't there. I wouldn't really recommend this place if you're traveling with children. On the bright side, the shopping downstairs is super convenient, and the vouchers and minibar were pretty good. Room service was excellent too. Breakfast portions were huge – I didn't realize and ordered too much, which felt a bit wasteful. Hopefully, next time they'll mention the generous sizing. The food itself tasted really good though.

Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .

The room facilities and beds are all neat and clean. There are many restaurants near the hotel and the transportation is very convenient. There are not many tourists staying now, so the hotel environment is quieter than before. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, worth recommending and will come again next time.

One of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

Booked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.

Our recent stay at The Londoner Macao with our child far exceeded expectations. From before arrival to after departure, every detail showcased professionalism and warmth, truly setting a benchmark for luxury hotel service in Macau. Upon landing, we were met with a pre-arranged pick-up service by Adraina from Guest Relations. After checking in, she thoughtfully booked us breakfast at The Manor and reservations at one of the hotel's star restaurants. Our transfer driver, Regan, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. To make things easier for me, he specifically waited at the customs exit. After dropping us off at the hotel, he made sure our luggage was delivered and neatly arranged before leaving. Krystal from Guest Relations was equally warm and attentive; she processed our early check-in in the morning. From guiding us and assisting with luggage to answering all our inquiries, her professional and courteous demeanor made us feel at home right away. The room's amenities and cleanliness were impeccable: spacious and airy, with new and complete facilities that exuded quality. The housekeeping standards were exceptionally high, with our room being cleaned actively two to three times daily, always pristine and comfortable. When my child wanted a bath, Aaron from housekeeping handled it swiftly and provided perfect service: he not only thoroughly cleaned the bathtub but also contacted colleagues to bring disposable bath liners, and thoughtfully added bath salts and bath bombs. He truly paid attention to our child's small needs, showing meticulous care in every detail. Thanks also to Sally and many other staff members whose names I didn't catch for your excellent service. The dining experience was a continuous delight, offering both great value and an exceptional experience. The complimentary buffet breakfast had clear sections and a rich selection: the Eggs Benedict station consistently delivered excellent, flavorful dishes; the sashimi section was fresh and plentiful. A full range of Chinese and Western hot dishes, noodles, fruits, and drinks were available, all delicious and substantial, making for a satisfying and worthwhile meal. The afternoon tea at The Manor was exquisite and delicious, with both aesthetic appeal and great taste. My child loved it, and the elegant and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect choice for a relaxing break. I highly recommend the restaurant's bar. Although I couldn't enter the bar area because I had my child with me, I still enjoyed equally excellent service in the outer section. A big thank you to Jin for taking beautiful photos of me and my child at the hotel's best photo spots 🫰, and to Rock, William, and Gab for making our evening so pleasant with your fantastic service. On the day of departure, Adraina and Krystal from Guest Relations proactively asked for our pick-up vehicle's license plate number and arranged for our luggage to be loaded in advance. Because my pre-booked car was late, Regan and Cindy had us rest in the lobby while they tirelessly looked for my car, ensuring our luggage was safely loaded before coming back to call us. Just before getting into the car, Cindy, a lovely lady, even gave us a farewell gift. We reluctantly departed under the watchful eyes of these two staff members, a perfectly thoughtful and attentive end to our stay. I've stayed at many hotels, big and small, but I would give The Londoner a perfect score. From check-in to check-out, every employee at The Londoner wasn't just performing their job but genuinely striving to provide service, making 'feeling at home' the most fitting description. This experience far exceeded my expectations and beautifully concluded my entire trip!

This was my first time staying at The Londoner, though I've stayed at the Conrad before, which is in the same building. The rooms at The Londoner are incredibly spacious, all suites, and the housekeeping staff is incredibly thorough. Macao's service really sets the standard! They deliver three meals a day to your room, all of high quality, including various seafood dishes and drinks – a true feast! Derek at the concierge desk provided exceptional service; he even remembered my dinner order and reminded me about it the next day. He's incredibly attentive to guests, truly excellent, big thumbs up! 👍

The hotel's service started right from the moment of booking confirmation! Customer service called to inquire about all our needs and details, confirming everything and promising to do their best to meet our requests. At 3:30 PM, after passing through the gate, we smoothly boarded the complimentary shuttle to the hotel. A staff member guided us through check-in, and the bellhop helped with our luggage. The reception manager personally escorted us to our room, meticulously explaining the guest privileges we were entitled to, as well as the surrounding environment, dining options, and transportation. Upon learning that we already had a full itinerary, they very kindly and friendly wished us an enjoyable stay. The hotel is luxurious, grand, and elegant, with everything in perfect order. There was no disturbance, yet smiling staff members were always visible when help was needed. Any time we required assistance, it was quickly and efficiently handled through a WeChat conversation with our butler. Undisturbed, yet service was ubiquitous. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the air conditioning was comfortable and quiet. Facilities were comprehensive, including 220V power outlets. The lighting could be freely adjusted from bright to dim, which was very pleasant. We booked a non-smoking room, and there was no odor at all. Both the living room and bedroom were equipped with air purifiers. The bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathrobes were incredibly comfortable! There was also a small box in the safe for conveniently storing small loose items, which was a thoughtful touch! Dining options catered to all budgets; the food court was economical and tasted good, or you could head to Rua do Cunha for many other choices. This stay was an incredibly satisfying choice for our trip! 👍

I stayed here on Christmas Eve, on the 31st floor, directly facing the Eiffel Tower. The room layout is the same as The Parisian's Champagne Suite, but the decor style is different. That one is pure white French princess style, while this one is traditional Chinese. The hotel was very thoughtful, providing festive snacks, and the room faced the Eiffel Tower, offering a great view. The toilet in the bathroom is standard, whereas the Champagne Suite has a fully automatic one. The showerhead is also standard, while the Champagne Suite's shower has a rainforest head above and two side jets, totaling three showerheads. Other than these differences, it's pretty much on par with the Champagne Suite.

Zaha Hadid's futuristic, flowing architecture gives the public areas an incredibly artistic vibe – every photo you take here looks amazing. The guest rooms are spacious with luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing. I really appreciated the smart facilities and complimentary mini-bar. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the border and airport, making travel very convenient. Located within City of Dreams, you can easily find dining, shopping, and entertainment right downstairs – the facilities are incredibly rich. The only minor drawback was having to wait a bit for the elevators during peak hours. Overall, it was a truly luxurious and high-quality stay.

Booked Morpheus for our wedding anniversary, and the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise and excellent service! The room was as spacious and comfortable as ever; stepping in immediately put me at ease. We had fruit, desserts, and fresh flowers, all a lovely touch. The 40th-floor pool is perfect for photos. Morpheus will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Macau.

Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!

Even though I'd seen pictures beforehand, I was still pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The service was thoughtful, and we received a welcome fruit platter. The garden view was beautiful. There was a slight hiccup with a last-minute change to the guest name, but the front desk sorted it out in advance, which was a relief. Breakfast was really nice! 😋

Mandarin Oriental Macau truly stands out in the luxury hotel market with its unique 'no casino' policy, unparalleled sea views, legendary Asian service, and top-notch dining and spa facilities. This time, I brought my 88-year-old mother for a holiday, and we even captured the most beautiful sunset over the sea. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious; we enjoyed both the Chinese and Western pastries. We also indulged in the hotel's sea salt bubble bath and booked a handmade essential oil soap workshop. Our sole purpose was to revel in the tranquility, elegance, and full sea-view environment – a peaceful escape within the bustling city of Macau.

Chose to stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Macau for New Year's Eve! As a long-time fan, I absolutely adore the style and service at MO. They even upgraded my room since they knew I was celebrating the New Year, and sent a New Year's cake in the evening. The room view was absolutely stunning, with a direct view of the Macau Tower. Even the breakfast was delicious! When I checked out, it just so happened to be the morning of Chinese New Year, and I got to see the lion dance. My good fortune this year was brought to me by the Mandarin Oriental, and I definitely want to stay here again next time!

I've stayed at this hotel both times I've visited Macau. The environment is lovely, away from the casinos, and it's great value for money. You get direct views of the sea-crossing bridge. However, transportation isn't very convenient. When I was leaving, a taxi I'd ordered was taken by another guest, and I couldn't get another one. I ended up having to take a bus to the Grand Lisboa and then a taxi from there, almost missing my ferry back. The hotel's homemade egg tarts are delicious, sold on the ground floor, 60 for half a dozen.

The room facilities were a bit dated, but very clean, and the towels were of good quality. All the basic amenities were provided, including a phone charger, mini-fridge, iron, and hairdryer. We booked a sea view room, and the view from the window was great, though it rained both days we were there, which was a shame as it would have been even prettier. The hotel breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a rich variety, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. Even the jam for the bread was homemade, and the juice was high quality. From the front desk to the baggage services, gym, and spa, the hotel staff provided excellent service. The gym was small but had basic equipment, and the swimming pool was outdoors. The massage therapist at the spa was from the Philippines; I highly recommend Michelle, she was fantastic (I got a promotional deal: 60 minutes for MOP 599 including service charge, plus tax, so the total was MOP 680-something, originally MOP 890). When leaving, the concierge helped call a taxi, but the waiting time was a bit long, especially in the rain. The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance of attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, the souvenir street, and St. Lazarus Quarter. There's a 'Geng Ji Dim Sum' right outside the hotel; if you cross the street and turn right, it's delicious and affordable – highly recommended. Also, the ice cream shop in the picture is excellent. Macau is small, and I recommend experiencing local transportation. This time, I unlocked the public transport mode. You can enable overseas travel on Alipay, search for Macau, and use the travel code to scan and pay for rides, which are a flat MOP 6. For the light rail, you need to buy tickets at the counter; scanning is not an option.

Location: It's a 20-minute walk from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, and a 30-minute ride from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge border gate on the Sands Hotel shuttle. After getting off, Artyzen Grand Lapa is right next door, which is very convenient. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach attractions like Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Lotus Square, and the Grand Prix Museum. There are many elevators on the streets of Macau for crossing overhead walkways or underpasses, which is very user-friendly. Macau cars drive fast, so be sure to follow traffic rules and make the most of escalators and elevators on the roadside. You can take the Sands shuttle next door to places like The Venetian in Taipa. Walking to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Grand Lisboa takes 30-40 minutes. Public buses are also very convenient; use a ride-hailing app to automatically convert currency and pay. Ambiance: The hotel is indeed a bit old, with a retro feel, but it's very clean. There's a slight damp smell, but it's not bothersome. The room windows are sealed, offering a decent view but not much airflow. We booked connecting rooms with a double door in the middle. We had staff open it beforehand for access. It was essentially one king room connected to one twin room, perfect for families. However, be sure not to close the door to the twin room, as it can't be opened once shut. If you need soundproofing, just close the door to the king room. You can use mainland chargers directly in the room, and the hotel also provides adapter cables, which is a thoughtful touch. Although a bit old, it's clean and tidy. The toiletries and bath products are high-quality, with a white tea scent. There's a capsule coffee machine and tea bags, and two separate bathrooms are very convenient. Service: The hotel management is very organized. From the moment we entered, the service was excellent. During our two-night, three-day stay, I never had to open the lobby door myself; the doormen were always friendly, greeting us and offering help. Check-in was orderly, and every staff member was very nice, automatically switching languages for each guest without any arrogance or discrimination. They listened patiently to guests' needs and offered excellent suggestions. Luggage storage was also very organized, with room numbers on tags for each piece of luggage, so there was no worry about mixing them up. The staff were very diligent and friendly. At check-out, they proactively asked for feedback and didn't pressure for good reviews, sending us off with smiles. Complaints: The room's soundproofing isn't great. We could clearly hear conversations from next door, not to mention the sound of flushing toilets, which was even more noticeable. Light sleepers should consider this carefully. Because I didn't want to be disturbed, I pressed the 'do not disturb' switch every day before leaving, but upon returning, I found that someone had still entered and cleaned the room. While I appreciate the cleaning service, since I had already pressed the 'do not disturb' button, I hope the cleaning staff will pay more attention. Regarding smoking, the hotel has clear no-smoking signs, and there's a designated smoking area outside the lobby. On the streets, 'no smoking, fine' signs are everywhere. Self-awareness is key! Overall, the check-in experience was good value for the price. The hotel isn't as lively as some casino hotels but is more suitable for guests who prefer a quiet and quality stay. I would choose Artyzen Grand Lapa again on my next visit to Macau.

The food options are quite convenient, and the hotel's location is great for catching the House of Dancing Water show. However, the soundproofing isn't great. You can clearly hear children running and shouting in the hallways, which I don't think is up to par for a five-star hotel; that was a real downside. The complimentary water and minibar drinks were decent. There's a bit of a view from outside, but unfortunately, the Ferris wheel was out of service for maintenance when I visited, so I didn't get to ride it.

I spent a few days in Macau during Chinese New Year and chose The Parisian Macao. The experience far exceeded my expectations – it's definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway and picture-perfect moments. 📍 **Location & Transportation**: Located in the heart of the Cotai Strip, it's connected to The Venetian and The Londoner by indoor walkways. You can explore all three resorts without needing an umbrella, even on a rainy day. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the border gates and airport, making travel super convenient. 🏨 **Lobby & Rooms**: The 35-meter high French-style dome mural and crystal chandeliers give you an immediate sense of being transported to Paris the moment you walk in. Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free. 🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious. 📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance. **Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time. Overall, it's perfect for couples and family trips, offering romance, shopping, dining, and convenient transportation all in one place. Highly recommended!

The hotel is ideally located on the peninsula, very close to several major entertainment venues. The downstairs restaurant, Cafe de Coral, has great food. The only downsides were the smoky smell and the front desk service, which could use some improvement.

I had a truly fantastic stay! I usually stay in Taipa, but this time I chose Harbourview Hotel since I was visiting the Grand Prix Museum the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite – the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, it was spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Macau. It's super convenient; you can take the Sands shuttle and just cross the road, or use public transport as there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. There are water dispensers in the hallway, though only cold water, which was perfectly fine.

This time, I made a last-minute booking at Holiday Inn Macau. During check-in, Mr. Wang at the front desk was professional and efficient. After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued. It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall. What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.

The hotel's service was a definite highlight; staff would personally guide me wherever I needed to go, and repeatedly reminded me about steps when going up or down. Whatever I needed, the hotel staff would deliver it promptly, making me feel right at home. Oh, and the hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious! While the variety wasn't huge, every dish was tasty.

Overall, it was a great experience. We arrived early in the morning and stored our luggage, then checked in in the evening. The breakfast quality was excellent. The only downside was that I had purchased breakfast for two on my app, and when checking in, I was asked if my child needed breakfast. The staff told me that a 4-year-old didn't need one. However, when my husband took our child to eat breakfast, a staff member yelled at the child to leave. This really knocks off a star. They could have let the child go in first and then spoken to the father for payment.

My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

The hotel's location is excellent. It was only a 39 MOP taxi ride to the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We arrived a bit late and were upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those traveling with children!

Honestly, for such a central location, the room wasn't bad. The biggest issue was that I couldn't open the window for ventilation, so it felt very stuffy and didn't get much sunlight. It felt quite闷 (stuffy/悶熱) in the room, and I didn't fall asleep until 1 or 2 AM. Everything else was fine. It was very quiet the night I stayed. I'm not sure if the soundproofing was excellent or if there simply wasn't anyone next door, but I didn't hear any noise, which I really appreciated. For someone like me who needs good sleep, this was a huge plus. The breakfast was okay, but the location is fantastic. There are plenty of places to eat right outside. It's also very close to the Grand Lisboa. You can take a taxi to the Grand Lisboa and walk a few minutes from there, which can save you a lot of money. The front desk staff were also very friendly. All in all, I always enjoy coming to Macau.

The hotel service was excellent. The front desk helped us with change, which saved us from an awkward situation with the taxi driver. They also upgraded us to a sea-view room, where we could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Although there was construction downstairs, it didn't disturb our rest; there was barely any noise. The hotel also offered welcome drinks – even if it was just a simple beverage, it was a thoughtful gesture. There's a 'cha chaan teng' (Hong Kong-style cafe) nearby where you can grab breakfast.
