Near causeway, near many yummy food. The apartment was also very clean, however the reception for Internet is quite poor. Data can’t receive, Wifi only can be used in living room. Overall, still worth the price and stay.

The places was amazing, very beautiful and spacious house. I love the overall condition of the house and all the amenities are all available. My favourite will be the Private pool & Karaoke room The whole places is fully air conditioned which is a plus point of the trip. The place is easy to locate and easy to access. The host is very friendly, she keeps in contact time to time to make sure everything is ok for my stay. Highly recommend a group of friends or family to give it a try to stay at this place 👍🏻

Might have over expectation for this hotel. Check in late that night after late dinner. Bathroom water heater was not working, maintenance team came over spent an hour and didn’t fixed. Was told to leave the shower tap and basin tap open for 30-40mins, still warm/hot water are not available for shower. Didn’t manage to get to change my room due to hotel was full that day. Room 16-46 So end up that night, shower with cold water. Toilet seat was dirty too. 🥲 Overall clean, but some hidden areas are dirty.

Being so close to City Square Mall and Komtar JBCC was very convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free stay near the border.

The location is great as it’s very near to JB Sentral. However, my experience there was really disappointing TT First, when I was about to shower, the room suddenly had a blackout… The staff took quite some time to fix the electrical issue :’) Then, in the middle of my shower, the water supply was cut off! TT I had to just stand there in the bathroom waiting for the water to come back… and when it finally did, there was no warm water at all. Can you imagine how cold that was…? 🥶 Oh ya — there’s no parking around the hotel. But you can park at the private open parking near the police station (RM20 per day) or at Wisma Vasty (RM16 per day).

Good location with clean and comfortable space. Will book again based on this. What I’m unhappy about is how they keep adding my friends into a group chat and tagging them in msgs when they ain’t necessarily the ones going into JB with me… and it’s a loooooooot of msgs they forward to the group chat, granted they’re all check in and out details, but my friends are unhappy at the spam they’re getting.. and I also don’t get why they’ve to tag me in the chat countless of times, seriously multiple times!, just to get my attention to respond to their msgs🙄😪 why the bloody spam?!😤

There is free parking which is good. Room and bed super clean. However needs a kettle, mini fridge to make it complete. Booked a room that stated it has window but they ran out of rooms thus got the one without windows which is really small. Really just need a kettle and mini fridge. Suitable for a night stay maybe. Hair dryer is almost as good as No hair dryer. This hotel has potential if the amenities are better. But overall a very clean place.

Though the external building block appeared pretty rundown, the unit that we stayed was exquisite in furnishings for a very comfortable stay.
