Check in was very easy and quick. We had an issues with our toilet right away as jt did not flush. Maintenance workers were quick to reply and arrived at the room. However the toilet needed a replacement part and needed authorization from the owner to replace. So we had no working toilet. Because I booked through trip.com the hotel said there was nothing they could do as far as moving rooms. So we were stuck in a room without a working toilet! I contacted trip.com immediately and was back and forth on the phone with them from checkin at 3:00 pm -my last verbal call at 11:00pm that night I was informed there would be a resolution by the next morning at 11:00am…….I have now stayed the 2 nights and checked out and still have not received a call back. We had to go to the lobby and use the restroom for our entire stay. Extremely disappointed with this experience and visit. Please be aware if you are booking any type of “private owner” type of room ie: timeshare, suites, studio

The room is large and suitable for family travel. However, the elevator is next to the room and it is noisy. I contacted the housekeeper but was unable to change the room. If you have to leave early in the morning and have a car, you may have to go to another building to pick up the car.

Thanks to a review from a friend on Ctrip, it was this review that made me decide to book this hotel. The actual room size and facilities are similar to those of Jinjiang Inn and Ibis in China. However, one shouldn't have high expectations for European hotels. Cleanliness is the most important factor. The hotel is in the former Soviet style; although old, it's very clean. The breakfast is also very plentiful, and even Chinese people who aren't used to Western food can enjoy it. Cleanliness and breakfast won us over. When we checked out, we saw many exhibition or conference attendees checking in together. Each floor has a shared iron and ironing board in the corridor. The hotel also provides sauna vouchers, which you can try if you have time. The sauna and spa are located inside. It's very convenient to get to the city center by taxi, about ten minutes. This city is the famous Florence of Russia, known for its numerous 16th and 17th-century churches. It also has its own ceramics specialties. There are many excellent restaurants along the Volga River. It's definitely worth a visit, and I hope to have the opportunity to come again.From€72

The service attitude is very good, the hygiene is clean, there is a faint smell of soap or washing powder. The lobby is also good in the local area.
The room is too small, the sofa against the wall is basically on the bed, there is no introduction of more than 20 square meters, it should not exceed 16 square meters. Because I just lived in Moscow for 16 square meters, I couldn't stand this and changed to another hotel. The nominal 23 square meters is the same as this one. (paid but one night less)
The surrounding morning is the road, the sound of the car is loud, and the smell of the window is also coming in. It may be that my room is on the road.
There is an iron river ironing board on each floor, which is good. The bed is slightly soft.
If it doesn't matter how crowded, this price is suitable for short-term business trips, and there is very little time in the room.From€77

Провели два дня в любимом нами Ярославле. Для проживания выбрали Ибис. Отель не новый, при желании можно придраться к свежести ковролина, желтым подтекам на стыках душевой кабины, грязному окну и ещё по мелочам. Перетягивает в положительную сторону качественно работающая сантехника, хороший напор воды, наличие геля для душа, шампуня, тапочек, швейного набора, чайника с набором чая, удобная белоснежная постель, достаточное количество идеально белых полотенец, а также наличие кулера на этаже.
Вежливый приветливый персонал. Приятно удивил презент пои выезде. Местоположение лучше не бывает.From€67

Good hotel for your money! Location excellent! Rooms get different, this time got with old repair, and before that lived in the room with new. I want to express my great gratitude to the staff of the hotel!!! They are such kind, pleasant, delightful! Everyone helped, everybody told, responsive!!! Location is the best! Everything is in the pedestrian availability. The hotel is incredible beauty, the work of art is some. Breakfast is ordinary, as everywhere, eat delicious . Rooms are clean. The rooms were all busy, but such silence was) next to the bars, with the open window you can hear noise from the street, but we didn't interfere. In general, it would be 100 to put, would be 200 points! Thank you very much to the staff, it was all very incredibly comfortable ❤️From€62

Были сутки, Отличная гостиница. Номер небольшой, но уютный. Чистое бельё, тапочки, комплект полотенец- всё на уровне. Есть буфет- неограниченное количество чая, кофе, сахара,. Good breakfast.Everything is fresh,deliciously cooked.Delicious coffee, next to the car are paper glasses with a cover,the coffee can be poured on breakfast with you.
What didn't really pleased was the price for the room on the weekend.Clearly overstated.Luxes on the 2.3 floor,Well it's not quite luxurious of course)).Matches need to be replaced.

Бронировала онлайн на сайте trip.com номер Эконом. Было 2 варианта на выбор: в блоке или просто Эконом. Выбрала второй вариант, чтобы жить отдельно, однако когда мы приехали, нам сообщили, что Эконом = блок. Я не стала долго выяснять, тк нам нужно было бежать на мероприятие, но было неприятно. Потом хотели принять душ, а из душа и крана полилась черная вода с кусками грязи. Обратилась на ресепшен, нам сказали, что нам вообще повезло, что у нас в принципе есть вода. При заезде нас никто не предупредил, что воды может не быль или что она может быть какое-то время с грязью.
Сам номер и душ чистые, мебель приемлемая. Если открыть окно, сильно слышно машины, но хорошо, что когда оно закрыто, машин не слышно.From€28
