I was a bit disappointed by the limited number of convenience facilities and restaurants within the resort. There are a few more dining options if you drive out, but the parking is so cramped that I hesitated to move my car. The parking, which is limited to ground level and one underground floor, is incredibly difficult to navigate. Especially during check-in hours (3-4 PM), it's a parking war due to guests using the ski & board and water park for the day. A plus point, though, is the mobile check-in option, which helps avoid long waits to get your room number. Also, if you're using a stroller, be aware that when moving to the basement, the stroller path suddenly turns into stairs. So, for convenience, always use the outdoor path on the first floor. If you're going to the kids' lounge with a stroller, go towards Lotteria instead of Baskin-Robbins; it's right on the second floor. (The building itself has no elevator, only stairs.) This was my first time staying in the Green Wing condo, and the iron door closing, soundproofing, and people constantly smoking on the terrace (the smell kept coming in and was really annoying!) made me decide to avoid the Green and Orange Wings from now on.From£25

The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿
We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍

The overall service met our expectations. For beginner skiers like us, this ski resort is more than adequate. There hasn't been any recent snowfall, so all the snow on the slopes is man-made. It took over 2 hours by direct bus from Hongdae subway station to get here. The hotel is located right inside the ski resort. However, even if you arrive early, you still have to wait until 3:00 PM to check in. The front desk won't proactively tell you about the discounts available with your room card for ski passes, hot springs, and many other activities unless you ask. That said, the room was spacious enough and offered excellent views of the ski slopes. The lobby also has a free storage room for guests to keep their ski equipment and take a short break.From£25

We went skiing at Alpensia and stayed at this hotel. The front desk helped us book a taxi for around 13,000 won one way, which was very convenient. The room was very spacious and clean. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to find food and drinks. Overall, a very comfortable stay.From£36

The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby.
Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all.
The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself.
Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip.
We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat.
The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned.
The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski.
During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house.
My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes.
I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly.
Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.From£35

Отель очень понравился. Место спокойное, тихое, идеально подходит для отдыха. Хозяева замечательные — добрые, отзывчивые и всегда готовы помочь.
Единственный небольшой минус — отель находится далековато от горнолыжного курорта, но этот момент полностью решён: с такси всё отлично организовано. Человек приезжает, забирает и отвозит обратно, поэтому никаких неудобств не возникает.
Если вы хотите провести время с друзьями в уединённой, спокойной атмосфере, среди природы — это именно то место. Номера чистые и аккуратные, на кухне есть абсолютно вся необходимая посуда, можно без проблем готовить самостоятельно.

I made a night trip to Gangwon Province, so I made a reservation in a hurry and entered late in the evening and couldn't stop by in detail. The entrance was dark on the night road, so it was a bit hesitant. The counter staff kindly responded. The room was clean and warm and I went to sleep well. There is no convenience store in the hostel, so you have to buy it in advance at a convenience store 5-10 minutes drive away.From£76
