Very conveniently located in a residential area with markets, restaurants and even a hospital at 5-6 minutes walking distance. Rooms are neat and clean. All basic amenities are provided. Staffs are very polite and took extra effort to attend our additional needs. Also breakfast served was very delicious. Overall a delightful experience staying at cassiopeia guest house. Would like to visit again

One thing i would like to mention if if you want to have dinner in that hotel, you must inquire about the time of ordering because when we contacted at 8. 30 p. M. To place our order, they said time for order is over which was unexpected. Other than that everything was perfect.

Overall it is a very nice property and very well maintained .A glitch however happened .. ordered lunch.. there menu says phoolka.. . I ordered 4 phoolkas . They missed telling me that as per them phoolka has 2 units and also this is not written anywhere in their menu... so overall 8 chappatis came which were very much in excess. I never want to waste food and decided that will consume it in evening after getting them heated up. But on calling them in evening to get the chappatis heated they refused even though I told them that I ordered them from their restaurant only for lunch .They could have easily done it. It is not a big thing . Food should not be wasted, is a simple and good thing to imbibe. Hope they are more considerate in future or do some corrections in their menu card.From€58

Stayed 3 nights, 5 rooms for 12 ppl. The suite & junior suite are specious, luxurious room with balcony too nice, but other rooms were okiesh. Avoid ground floor room it's at the end of lane & getting our traveler here was not possible. The caretaker did help to get our luggage from the traveler parked at the end of the small lane. There is no dedicated dining area which is challenging if you have a group, especially in rains. House keeping is good, nice beds & clean bedsheets, no complaints there, rooms are equipped with tea & coffee maker. Breakfast is not good for vegetarians. Caretaker can't keep up sometimes with big group he needs to be trained in that department but have knowledge about poi in & around shillong ( it does comes handy to plan the day. There was a boy i think math-use very polite & quick to align with guests requests kudos to him. All in all a good experience best ho sakta tha!0 Reviews
