Stopped for 2 nights with the children in December.The location is perfect.Inside the heat,all clean,there is all the necessary items.The kitchen is equipped,there is a coffee machine and capsules for her.Everything was very enjoyable.Thank you very much.

There was a huge blunder by trip.com. Our reservation was not found. Nonetheless the gentleman at the front reception helped us out. It was stressful especially after driving up for so long into siena. Hotel location is abt 10-12 min walk into the main square. Parking within hotel is limited. There is a public parking just outside before entering the ZTL zone.

I visited with my family during vacation. I took a young baby and the location price breakfast was all good. Parking is free within the hotel I was worried about a lot of bad reviews, but I wasn't bad. The price was cheap and the breakfast was good The hotel is elegant, old-fashioned and cozy

The location is great, the historical center is nearby. I liked the room in general, it is clean, the bathroom is big, but the mattress was clearly missing some part, you could feel all the springs. Good breakfast. If you are traveling by car, keep in mind that the hotel is located outside the ZTL zone, and therefore you will not be given a pass, choose your route carefully.

Cute hotel and room atmosphere with modern utilities. Good for visiting the town, parking is relatively ok just outside the ZTL, renovated bathroom, good bedding overall. Would consider staying again if visiting the area

No deposit for check-in There is nothing to eat for breakfast, yogurt croissants are very simple, not worth buying, you can not decide. The room was small and generally clean, and it felt smelly. The bathroom water pressure is large.

I stayed only one night for a medical visit at the hospital in Siena . I was really good .Nice personal accommodation comfortable parking and nearby hospital. I didn't eat meals . I will certainly return for the next visits
