Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Fresh apartments are clean, comfortable. A little closer than the pictures seem, but it fits perfectly for 4 adults. Location on the first line with excellent access to the Batumi centre, but a little noisy from cars with a loud exhaust and karaoke right under the windows.
The service is good, but the instructions for settlement and search of the apartment are desirable to add to the description or to direct in advance.

Waiting for the elevator was a disaster; we could wait longer than half an hour. It's a very crowded place. Other than that, we were generally happy. Being in a central location was a big advantage, and the view was fantastic.

Очень вкусная еда, отличный, чистый отель, отношение персонала хорошее, всегда помогут, ресторан на крыше хороший, выбор не такой большой, но сама еда вкусная, близко к морю, рядом есть и магазины и рестораны
Из минусов расположение, хотя не так критично, т.к ехать до Батуми будете стоять постоянно в пробке 40-50 минут примерно.
+ Места на парковке ограничены, всегда находили, но протискиваться приходится часто.
Но в остальном отель во всём отличный. Брали номер с собственной душевой.

Брали панорамные апартаменты с видом на море, вид в итоге на стройку в основном. Карту от номера дали одну, очень неудобно конечно, естественно, электричество без неё не работает, если надо куда-то обоим в разные места, ну как-то приходится решать. Если вас ещё и больше двух, может стать проблемой.В остальном все ок- при заезде всё было чисто, хозяин апартаментов всегда на связи, всё работает, никаких доплат сверху заявленного не просили. Очереди в лифты бывали, но не критично

Собственник адекватный. Расположение отеля прекрасное, напротив есть столовая, вкусно готовят, и магазин со всем необходимым. Апартаменты убрали, но не быстро, в итоге заселили спустя 2 часа (в 18.00). Персонал вежлив, приветлив. Лифты всегда забиты, ждать долго, так как гостей в отеле очень много.

The hotel is located in the new Batumi, in a building area, with a developed infrastructure, very noisy atmosphere, close to the city beach. Silence and calm is not available either day or night. Проживали 3 ночи. В номере все есть. Матрас удобный. Приходили только ночевать. Также из удобств хотела бы отметить, что в апартаментах есть и холодильник, и СВЧ печь и плита. Можно принести еду с собой и погреть. Жили на 13 м этаже. Утром быстро уезжали на лифте, а вечером приходилось ждать долго, приезжал переполненный. Стаканы и тарелки есть. Из пожеланий хотелось бы чтоб ставили 2-3 пакетика чая, чтоб утром до выхода можно было попить.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely delighted!
From the moment I stepped in, I felt well taken care of. I was greeted with a warm smile at reception, check-in was quick, and they even upgraded my room and gave me tips on the most atmospheric cafes and interesting attractions nearby. The staff are incredibly attentive and responsive – if you have a question, they'll immediately provide detailed information and assistance.
The hotel's interior is meticulously designed: stylish details, a pleasant color scheme, and a cozy atmosphere. The exterior is equally impressive: the building looks elegant and blends harmoniously with the city landscape. The hotel also has its own parking.
The location is simply excellent: within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Very friendly staff.
Indoor and outdoor pools, spacious family room – everything was very good.
However, there were some nitpicks.
The hotel seemed a bit tired. I understand that can happen to anyone, but you still expect top-notch service from a reputable chain hotel. The sink in the room didn't drain properly; we only stayed one day, so we reported it to reception upon checkout. I can't comment on how quickly they fixed it. In the pool, you occasionally step on chipped tiles – not a big deal, but a nitpick. In the morning, you could hear pipes humming somewhere… Generally, if you're picky, you'll notice these kinds of little things everywhere.From€129

The arrival experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 12:30 PM, completed the registration, and signed all the required forms. After that, the receptionist simply stared at me awkwardly before asking, ”Do you know that check-in time is 3:00 PM?” I replied, ”Yes, I know.” He then remained silent, leaving me unsure of what to do next. Eventually, I had to say, ”Okay, I'll find my way.”
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of hospitality. There was no offer to store my luggage, no suggestion of a place where I could wait, and not even directions to the lounge. I ended up sitting in the lobby until I approached the Front Desk Supervisor, Polina, who was exceptionally professional. She completely turned the experience around by delivering the level of genuine five-star service I had expected from the beginning.
Another concern was the absence of a concierge service. Even more surprisingly, the receptionist did not seem to know what a ”concierge” is.
My overall ratings:

In Las Vegas, the Black Sea in Batumi, this hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the sea. I booked this hotel for 2000 rubles a night, come on! Then I read a bunch of bad reviews saying it was a waste of money, dirty, etc. But for me personally, everything was great. My room was nice, they checked me in kindly, and they were always reachable. (Block K) The only inconvenience was the casino music 24/7, but that's the only downside.
