The Oar and Fir is newly-renovated with all new furniture, including a large dining table for up to eight people. Relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs or treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub (professionally-cleaned between each guest's stay) after a full day of skiing or other outdoor adventures.

For parents wanting some space from their kids, or groups of friends traveling together, you’ll enjoy how the house is divided with two wings and connected with a large open-concept common space. You can easily gather together or have some quiet time apart. While staying in the oversized main bedroom, you can enjoy a soaking tub with views overlooking the peaceful pine forest.

The kitchen is fully-stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, baking dishes and trays (even pizza trays!). Essentials like dishwashing soap, garbage bags, plastic wrap, spices, coffee and tea, hot chocolate, granola bars and condiments are well-stocked. The kitchen also has both a coffee machine and drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, Foreman grill, a milkshake blender, and a pancake griddle. Our personal favorite is the Cuisinart Convection Bread Maker (just load in your ingredients, set the timer, and wake up to fresh baked bread - Yum!)

The house is equipped with three SmartTV’s with Netflix, Amazon TV, and Fubo for sports. There's a high speed gigabit internet connection to accommodate all of your work-from-home or distant-learning needs (and it's been tested and approved by the most demanding of gamers, our son).

With families in mind, we have a Pack and Play, baby high chair, toddlers' dining set, kids' bikes, and tons of toys for you to enjoy: nerf guns, basketball, baseball, puzzles and board games. We also have two youth bikes and two bikes for adults.

We have 10 unlimited SHARC passes (passes to the Aquatic center and gym) available to our guests. The majestic Mt Bachelor with incredible skiing and mountain biking trails is 20 minutes away, and many famous fly fishing spots are also nearby.

This 3 bed/2 bath home is a Sunriver favorite in a quiet secluded neighborhood. With just over 1900 sq ft, this home is perfect for relaxing or enjoying all Central Oregon has to offer. Located in close proximity to bike/walking paths, minutes from SHARC & The Village at Sunriver, 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, 4 minutes to golf, & 25 minutes from Bend!

The space

Enjoy the open concept living with a large living room, sitting area, dining room and kitchen. Watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV while the chef of the group uses the fully equipped kitchen to make a delicious home-cooked meal. The kitchen has all the appliances and everything you'll need to create a feast - crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware, blender, roasting pans, utensils, and coffee pot, among other things. There's also a great BBQ located on the upstairs deck, with plenty of patio seating, so you can grill up a delicious meal while soaking in all of the natural beauty Sunriver has to offer. The lower deck offers more patio seating and a large hot tub. The hot tub is surrounded by pine trees and the occasional deer is spotted snacking just outside of it, it is the perfect beginning and end to a good day of golfing, skiing, climbing, or any of the other numerous activities Sunriver has to offer.

There are 3 private bedrooms and 1 open sleeping space on the lower level. The large master bedroom boasts large windows and a king size bed, a quiet sitting area with large flat screen TV, giant walk in closet, and a master bathroom. Bedrooms #2 & #3 have comfy queen size beds with closets and dressers for you to unpack into to make yourself feel at home. The open sleeping space has a twin bed and twin trundle with flat-screen TV and multiple board games to top off a fun night before retiring to your cozy rooms. Off of the sleeping space is the 2nd bathroom with a full bathtub to clean off the day from your outdoor fun in Sunriver.

The house is equipped with free WiFi and smart devices providing Hulu & Netflix on all 3 flat screen TVs. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Air conditioning is also in this home, a rare find in Sunriver, an added bonus on those hot days of climbing and biking in Central Oregon. Sunriver incorporates a system of bike/pedestrian paths connecting the entire community together. Local companies provide bike and trailer rentals so your whole family can enjoy a ride through the beautiful scenery. This home comes with 8 SHARC unlimited use passes, just minutes away!! Awesome two-story Great Room with large dinning/gaming table, wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with floor to ceiling windows on 3-sides for enjoying the outdoor scenery.

Additional features include:
• Located on the main level, you will find the master bedroom and a second bedroom both with king beds and TVs
• Upstairs there is a third bedroom with queen bed and TV

House comes with ten (10) reusable SHARC PASSES that must be returned to the house upon departure. Guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of any lost SHARC passes.
