Relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs or treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub (professionally-cleaned between each guest's stay) after a full day of skiing or other outdoor adventures.

For parents wanting some space from their kids, or groups of friends traveling together, you’ll enjoy how the house is divided with two wings and connected with a large open-concept common space. You can easily gather together or have some quiet time apart. While staying in the oversized main bedroom, you can enjoy a soaking tub with views overlooking the peaceful pine forest.

The kitchen is fully-stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, baking dishes and trays (even pizza trays!). Essentials like dishwashing soap, garbage bags, plastic wrap, spices, coffee and tea, hot chocolate, granola bars and condiments are well-stocked. The kitchen also has both a coffee machine and drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, Foreman grill, a milkshake blender, and a pancake griddle. Our personal favorite is the Cuisinart Convection Bread Maker (just load in your ingredients, set the timer, and wake up to fresh baked bread - Yum!)

The house is equipped with three SmartTV’s with Netflix, Amazon TV, and Fubo for sports. There's a high speed gigabit internet connection to accommodate all of your work-from-home or distant-learning needs (and it's been tested and approved by the most demanding of gamers, our son).

With families in mind, we have a Pack and Play, baby high chair, toddlers' dining set, kids' bikes, and tons of toys for you to enjoy: nerf guns, basketball, baseball, puzzles and board games. We also have two youth bikes and two bikes for adults.

We have 10 unlimited SHARC passes (passes to the Aquatic center and gym) available to our guests. The majestic Mt Bachelor with incredible skiing and mountain biking trails is 20 minutes away, and many famous fly fishing spots are also nearby.

This spacious home can easily accommodate a large family or group of up to 14 friends or family, who can enjoy all that sunny Central Oregon's premier resort has on offer. The family dog can join the fun as well, as this home is dog-friendly (2 dogs max., under 50lbs each, aggressive breeds restrictions apply).

Start your day by relaxing on the main deck (one of three) located on the side of the house, cup of freshly brewed coffee in hand. When you start to get hungry, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, lots of cabinets and counter space, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast, including two electric griddles for those homemade pancakes in the morning.

Eat together at the adjacent table for ten, or step back out onto the deck, which features two picnic tables for alfresco dining. After breakfast, gather the crew to begin exploring.

Your home comes with 12 SHARC passes, giving you access to tons of shared amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, tennis, basketball and more, and you’re an easy walk on the bike trail to the SHARC Aquatic Center.

Sunriver has tens of miles of bike trails. The home comes with ~8-10 bikes if you want to explore on two wheels, but guests should bring their own helmets and ride at their own risk.

There is a Tesla Universal Charger in the garage, available for charging during the night time.

Mt. Bachelor is just 20 miles away and offers great skiing and snowboarding in the winter and exciting mountain biking in the summer. For a day trip, head to Bend for some great local boutiques and fun restaurants for the entire family to enjoy.

After a day of exploring, return home and enjoy your lovely outdoor space. Relax on the main deck and fire up the gas grill for dinner. The deck between the garage and front door is completely enclosed for little ones, and the private hot tub to soak in while watching the sunset.

Back inside, get that gorgeous wood-burning fireplace crackling (wood is provided) and snuggle up together in front of the TV while you stream your favorite shows and movies, or play a game of foosball. At bedtime, you've got six comfortable choices: five of the bedrooms are on the main floor; four feature pine-log queen-size beds, and the fifth has a set of pine-log twin beds. The upstairs bedroom has two sets of metal bunk beds, with three singles and one double. Note that upper bunks have a 100-pound weight limit. The upper bedroom has a private bathroom and a balcony.
Modern bathrooms downstairs equipped with warm seat/warm water bidets and stunning showers provide a luxurious experience.
