Although we book this place, they don’t tell me which rooms ,which lobby ,where is this actually????!!!!We booked it bcoz we can’t go back to Singapore by that time, One of an aunty picked up my phone and answered well.
The only problems are
- one of their staff (a boy) doesn’t show his good service,no patience, no hospitality. Treat us the way the people rent a house. No smiling.
- all of the guards don’t know this place, all of them can’t speak in ENGLISH well also they got drunk high , they treat us the way the police talk to thieves, almost guards drunk alcohol and just only know how to open the gate when residents enter the gate.No friendly and very scare to see their face reaction when we asked our residence.
- They made a group chat suddenly in WhatsApp without telling me everything. (They must use by the email or make a message directly by not creating a group) bcoz I am a person who always busy like a bees with my business.
The place is so nice to live,stay, so tidy so many equipments like a home. That one we like it.
Overall is if you don’t have a local person(Malaysian) or if you can’t call physically (without data) don’t book this one at all.
