A Fantastic Stay at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn JBCC, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Johor Bahru, right above Komtar JBCC Mall and within walking distance to City Square Mall and the immigration checkpoint to Singapore. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. Rooms & Comfort: The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I particularly loved the large windows with a stunning city view, which added to the overall ambiance. The in-room amenities, such as a smart TV, coffee-making facilities, and a spacious bathroom, were thoughtful touches that enhanced the stay. Service & Hospitality: The staff at Holiday Inn JBCC were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient. Special mention to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Very bad experience from this hotel specially room toilet shower was broken as I open shower it fell on me thanks I not got any injury or blood on my head I can sue or call police if I got hurt on my head with shower two times I call reception for repair nobody came then again call 3 time boy came it's really very very shocked I got save from head injury I need my refund from this hotel kindly refund the amount I already again don't want to book kindly refund amount as soon as possible not half full amount

There is free parking which is good. Room and bed super clean. However needs a kettle, mini fridge to make it complete. Booked a room that stated it has window but they ran out of rooms thus got the one without windows which is really small. Really just need a kettle and mini fridge. Suitable for a night stay maybe. Hair dryer is almost as good as No hair dryer. This hotel has potential if the amenities are better. But overall a very clean place.

Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm . Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road

Musky smell in the entire building, dim lighting and pretty shady looking from the outside. Small room. Bedsheets weren’t very clean and some stains were visible. Toilet is bare minimum.

The room is very good, the surrounding environment is also good, the food court downstairs is not expensive, it's quite good. Especially Xiao Chen who received me was both considerate and professional, very good!

Fast check in, easy to check out too, owner will whatsapp once booking is confirmed. Friendly guard will assist to show where is the letter box to collect the key. view from balcony was amazing as well, many restaurants and massage place to roam about.
