Great hotel in Tehran, but high prices, Encourage the room service and the housekeeping staff to learn English for better communication with guests, or please hired qualified staff, the night shift staff in the room service less qualified in comparing with the day shift staff, I mean the staff who answer the phone and get the order. Thank you

Very good hotel. One bedroom apartment is so good. The best breakfast I've ever had.

房間和床小。額外送礦水收費的。早飯看着多，但都齁甜齁甜，不符合中國人養身標準。附近有小超市。酒店大堂工作人員英語不行，但態度還可以，比較主動幫助打車等。去大巴站坐出租車25分鐘左右。收千把塊提供這樣的設施和服務，那是無奈之選。

The location is a bit out of the way, but overall it is relatively clean and the surrounding area is relatively close to Darband

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, right in the city center. It's within walking distance to the subway station and major shopping malls, which saved a lot of time whether I was there for business or leisure.

Advantages: Very cost-effective, compared to other hotels in the same price range, it is really not as good as West Mofu. The room was very tidy and although not very big, it was enough for 2 people. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, and there are really many varieties of food to choose from! Disadvantages: It's a little far from the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway station!

As a regular guest , hotel should know and especially after mention it while booking they should not offer us a smoking room. Arriving after a long flight the receptionist offered as a smoking room with kind discussions we were offered a non smoking room for the first night and had to move again on the second night. This whole mess could be avoided if we would have been offered non smoking room from the beginning.
