The hotel is by the sea, but it is far from the old city, the environment may be good here, and the personal feeling is built according to the German holiday habits.
The stay experience is particularly bad, the room is too small, the bed pillow is particularly soft and uncomfortable, the construction noise outside started at 6 am, and the water was stopped several times due to the construction pipeline failure. In short, it feels particularly bad.
The restaurant includes three meals for morning, noon and evening, and the tableware is not cleaned in place.

The Zadar Hyatt enjoys a prime location in the Croatian coastal city of Zadar. It's right next to the beach and within walking distance of the famous Sea Organ and Sun Salutation. Zadar's Old Town is also just a short drive away, allowing visitors to explore the history and local culture. Opening in 2025, the hotel boasts brand new facilities and is highly recommended.

The hotel rooms are clean and neat, both inside and out. I requested an early check-in in advance, and they prepared it well. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, but it wasn't too bad. The rooms were large enough, and the bathrooms were large and clean. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main tourist attractions, but if you think of it as a walk, it's not too far. If you're traveling around Zadar for a night, this accommodation is very good value for money. Parking is convenient, and there's no parking fee.

В очень хорошем месте расположен отель, недалеко пешеходная улица со всеми ресторанами и магазинами. Отдельно хочу отметить ребят которые работают на ресепшине. Очень быстро и дружелюбно обслуживают, во всех вопросах помогают решить вопросы. Отметить хочу Марио.
В номере в интерьере присутствует стена , наверно часть истории

地理位置極佳，離海風琴三分鐘走路。處在老城尾端，鬧中取靜。雖是小型酒店，設施齊全，衞生間寬敞明亮舒適。
特別是早晨服務非常貼心，現磨espresso 味兒特醇。還有現點雞蛋的各種烹飪breakfast specials，因為好吃，我連着兩天早餐都點了牛油果+煎雞蛋吐司 fried egg with avocado toast。
很不錯的體驗，下回來的話，還會選擇這家。
唯一不足的是，攜程貼示説有免費接站服務，提前跟攜程預訂了，然後提前一晚和酒店進一步電話確認時被告知他們根本無此項服務，我們衹能自行打的到酒店。

The hotel is located on the main road in the center of the old city, the old city is not big, so it takes a few minutes to walk to any scenic spot, and the location is very good. If it is a self-driving car, the car must be parked outside the old town, contact the staff in advance, the staff will come out to pick you up, and it will only take two minutes to walk in. The decoration of the hotel is very new, I like the modern and simple style very much. The room is not big but the bathroom is not small, the bath water is large and comfortable, there is no kettle, but there are slippers but the quality is a bit poor. Breakfast is of course simpler than a four-star and five-star hotel. The staff are very warm and friendly.

酒店位於扎達爾老城中心位置，步行街，需要走路進去。周圍停車位很多但是也比較滿，停車費比較便宜。酒店乾淨，房間也挺大，位置太中心了，樓下就有一個日本餐廳，早餐也在那裡吃。工作人員都很nice。走到海風琴10分鐘左右。

Ottima posizione, il centro storico di Zara di raggiunge in 5-10 minuti a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, quindi niente da dire sui servizi ma sulla pulizia non ci siamo proprio. Polvere ovunque, anche sui comodini che sono le superfici più utilizzate e visibili, ma soprattutto la parete dietro il letto rivestita di carta da parati ruvida era interamente ricoperta di polvere. While more like a restaurant with hostel rooms and a small common area / kitchen, it’s in amazing location. 20 minute walk from the bus station, in the center of the old town and 15 minute walk from the beach. Rooms are great, with so many storage things, beds are good. WiFi is very good. Staff was great and friendly even though they pay more attention to the restaurant. Common space which is the kitchen is small, with a couch, few chairs and a table. It’s a small but functional kitchen, however it could use a cleaning. All in all if I were to return to Zadar I would stay again, it doesn’t really have anything bad; the only slight thing is there’s no door handles to the showers and there’s nothing really stopping random people from walking into the halls, although the common space does have key card access if the door is closed.SOLD OUT

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to saluting the sun and the sea organ. The peninsula is not very big. The old town has a lot of attractions, and it is not far from the hotel. The hotel room is fully equipped, the house is spacious, the owner is very enthusiastic, and patiently and carefully draws every possible sight for the map for us, so we have arranged a very reliable taxi driver to pick us up on time the next day station. Guests staying in this hotel must have basic English conversation skills. The hotel does not have a reception desk. It was a pleasant stay with all the staff been friendly and thanks to the young lady in the breakfast room.
She ran the wholebreakfat on her own, always smiling and having nice things to say. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff.
The young girl at reception was equally friendly and insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. She explained everything about the hotel and things to see in Zadar.SOLD OUT

The Hotel Donat offers a very fair deal with an excellent price-performance ratio. The rooms are a little old. However, they are very clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. The food is down-to-earth and tasty. There is always a large selection of freshly prepared dishes. You can easily walk to the city center of Zadar. The approximately 4 km long route follows the coast and is pleasant to walk. There are several bus stops nearby. You can reach the hotel from the city on lines 5 and 8. The hotel is in a prefect location which is just 5 min walking distance away from the beach which you can swim and enjoy sunshine. If you like to go for sightseeing. The old town is about 25 minutes walking distance from the hotel. One extra advantage is that a big supermarket Interspar is only 3 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is well managed and you can see from the details that the management has tried his very best to make a prefect stay for his clients. It is highly recommended.SOLD OUT
