The hotel is by the sea, but it is far from the old city, the environment may be good here, and the personal feeling is built according to the German holiday habits.
The stay experience is particularly bad, the room is too small, the bed pillow is particularly soft and uncomfortable, the construction noise outside started at 6 am, and the water was stopped several times due to the construction pipeline failure. In short, it feels particularly bad.
The restaurant includes three meals for morning, noon and evening, and the tableware is not cleaned in place.

The hotel rooms are clean and neat, both inside and out. I requested an early check-in in advance, and they prepared it well. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, but it wasn't too bad. The rooms were large enough, and the bathrooms were large and clean. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main tourist attractions, but if you think of it as a walk, it's not too far. If you're traveling around Zadar for a night, this accommodation is very good value for money. Parking is convenient, and there's no parking fee.

В очень хорошем месте расположен отель, недалеко пешеходная улица со всеми ресторанами и магазинами. Отдельно хочу отметить ребят которые работают на ресепшине. Очень быстро и дружелюбно обслуживают, во всех вопросах помогают решить вопросы. Отметить хочу Марио.

地理位置極佳，離海風琴三分鐘走路。處在老城尾端，鬧中取靜。雖是小型酒店，設施齊全，衞生間寬敞明亮舒適。
特別是早晨服務非常貼心，現磨espresso 味兒特醇。還有現點雞蛋的各種烹飪breakfast specials，因為好吃，我連着兩天早餐都點了牛油果+煎雞蛋吐司 fried egg with avocado toast。
很不錯的體驗，下回來的話，還會選擇這家。
唯一不足的是，攜程貼示説有免費接站服務，提前跟攜程預訂了，然後提前一晚和酒店進一步電話確認時被告知他們根本無此項服務，我們衹能自行打的到酒店。

Room 003 on the first floor is very small and closed, there is no window to open, the air is not circulating, so that I don't want to stay in the room at all, except for the sleeping period. It feels much simpler than Jinjiang Star. Really, foreign stars cannot be spoken in the same day.
When booking Hotel bastion heritage this time, there was no room for three consecutive nights. On the last night, I could book another Teatro Verdi hotel with this door.
The strange thing is that neither hotel provides bottled water, which is estimated to be the practice here. Fortunately, the supermarket is not far away, and it is not a euro to buy a bottle. It was a hot day. When I arrived at the room, I didn't even have a bottle of iced mineral water. As a four or five-star hotel, it was a bit stingy!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Sea Organ. I went there three times to enjoy the deep and beautiful sound of the Sea Organ! Other major attractions are also not far away and are within easy walking distance. The room is clean and tidy. Parking is in the reserved parking space on the side of the hotel.

Ottima posizione, il centro storico di Zara di raggiunge in 5-10 minuti a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, quindi niente da dire sui servizi ma sulla pulizia non ci siamo proprio. Polvere ovunque, anche sui comodini che sono le superfici più utilizzate e visibili, ma soprattutto la parete dietro il letto rivestita di carta da parati ruvida era interamente ricoperta di polvere. While more like a restaurant with hostel rooms and a small common area / kitchen, it’s in amazing location. 20 minute walk from the bus station, in the center of the old town and 15 minute walk from the beach. Rooms are great, with so many storage things, beds are good. WiFi is very good. Staff was great and friendly even though they pay more attention to the restaurant. Common space which is the kitchen is small, with a couch, few chairs and a table. It’s a small but functional kitchen, however it could use a cleaning. All in all if I were to return to Zadar I would stay again, it doesn’t really have anything bad; the only slight thing is there’s no door handles to the showers and there’s nothing really stopping random people from walking into the halls, although the common space does have key card access if the door is closed.FromKRW 16,455

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to saluting the sun and the sea organ. The peninsula is not very big. The old town has a lot of attractions, and it is not far from the hotel. The hotel room is fully equipped, the house is spacious, the owner is very enthusiastic, and patiently and carefully draws every possible sight for the map for us, so we have arranged a very reliable taxi driver to pick us up on time the next day station. Guests staying in this hotel must have basic English conversation skills. The hotel does not have a reception desk. It was a pleasant stay with all the staff been friendly and thanks to the young lady in the breakfast room.
She ran the wholebreakfat on her own, always smiling and having nice things to say. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff.
The young girl at reception was equally friendly and insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. She explained everything about the hotel and things to see in Zadar.SOLD OUT

The Hotel Donat offers a very fair deal with an excellent price-performance ratio. The rooms are a little old. However, they are very clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. The food is down-to-earth and tasty. There is always a large selection of freshly prepared dishes. You can easily walk to the city center of Zadar. The approximately 4 km long route follows the coast and is pleasant to walk. There are several bus stops nearby. You can reach the hotel from the city on lines 5 and 8.
