This is slightly above average for Quality/Comfort Inns. It was clean but not spotless. Everything worked, but appliances, plumbing, furniture, etc. were showing age and use and lack of consistent maintenance.

Unlike most short term rentals, this home feels like just that - a home and not generic hotel feel. The home is perfect for gatherings of two or three couples or families meeting in Memphis. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with upscale cookware and dishes. There is seating for 10 in the kitchen and the formal dining room seats 8-10. The den is cozy and has a large flat screen TV. All the bedrooms have TVs and updated bathrooms. Nexflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime available on all TVs. There is a deck with seating for up to 10, dining for 6-8 and an outdoor fire pit. In the master bath is a spa room and in-house massages can be arranged for guests. Please note that this is a seasonal home for the owners and personal belongings are in the master closets, but there is plenty of space for guests to put their items. Guest House was beautiful. It felt as if I was walking into a movie scene. Very beautiful place. They have a movie theater with free Elvis movies each night, food was excellent and service was superb. Location is great and very secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Be careful to avoid pitfalls when it comes to breakfast. The hotel I booked with Ctrip in China included breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was a set meal. I spent more than $200 on breakfast for three days...

The hotel have some good and bad advantages.They need to hire some more employees that cares about the hotel not just getting a pay check. They didn't have any good but vending machines. Some not all of the staff is helpful and they need to learn how to clean.SOLD OUT

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.

The hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. It's within walking distance of Beale Street and FedEx Forum and the route is easy to find (I used a taxi at night).
The opposite side of the entrance faces the main street, and there is a drugstore nearby.
Hot drinks are available at the entrance and inside the room, and it was quiet and comfortable. I could hardly hear the noise from the next room.

This is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍FromPLN 398

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . Staff super friendly love this place . Bar is awesome love the video games to play in lobby . The staff is super friendly an helpful . Food is delicious . Dog friendly our puppy was so happy . Room is awesome bed is super comfortable. The shower is amazing staying another night for sure one of the best places ever !!!
