The parents who graduated from college decided to live with them at the graduation ceremony, and they were recommended by friends at the beginning. Generally speaking, the parents are very satisfied. They even said that they are better than the more expensive hotels in other cities. They are also close to the gymnasium where the graduation ceremony was held. There are also convenient supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If the situation is similar to mine, it will be more recommended. Freshmen can also be considered for admission. (There is a train track behind the hotel. If there is a train passing by, it will be noisy, but there will be no train in the United States for a few days)

Heartland Inn in Coralville is a nice and clean place to stay. It is accessible and near restaurants. There is a fridge and microwave inside the room. Extra pillows are available upon request. Staffs are friendly and warm. Overall an amazing experience. Surely recommended.

Low class service, subpar amenities. They serve only coffee or juice for breakfast. No extra pillows or eveb complimentary stuffs available. There's a lot of noise going on. Well you actually get what you pay for.

This is slightly above average for Quality/Comfort Inns. It was clean but not spotless. Everything worked, but appliances, plumbing, furniture, etc. were showing age and use and lack of consistent maintenance.

The motel was clean, beds and pillows so comfortable, and the shower was to die for. The breakfast buffet is $22 but we’ll worth the price. EP’s Bar and Grill was tasty, but know food has a spicy kick! Delta’s Diner is to die for! All areas of service were wonderful! Every night at 9 pm hot cocoa and peanut butter sandwiches are put out for snacks. There is a beautiful chapel and fire pit outdoors. There is absolutely nothing I could complain about! Be careful to avoid pitfalls when it comes to breakfast. The hotel I booked with Ctrip in China included breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was a set meal. I spent more than $200 on breakfast for three days...

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem.
But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.FromUS$76

It's within walking distance of Beale Street and FedEx Forum and the route is easy to find (I used a taxi at night).
The opposite side of the entrance faces the main street, and there is a drugstore nearby.
Hot drinks are available at the entrance and inside the room, and it was quiet and comfortable. I could hardly hear the noise from the next room.

This is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍FromUS$107

Overall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎.
The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.FromUS$141
