The location is very good, there are many restaurants downstairs, perfect to solve the problem of eating, very close to the Causeway Bay subway station, the traffic is very convenient, the hardware facilities are very good, it is worth mentioning that the quality of the service staff is very high, it is a very satisfying experience, 👍🏻

Stayed one night. The room on the 14th floor was tiny, and the soundproofing was absolutely terrible. Whenever the room next door turned on their water, it was incredibly loud. The constant humming of the water made it impossible to fall asleep. To make matters worse, the people next door took a very late shower. In the middle of the night, I could also hear the people upstairs dragging chairs around. There was no bath mat outside the bathroom door, so my feet were always wet after showering, leaving the floor all damp.

Before coming to Hong Kong, I was a bit worried after seeing various reviews online about Chungking Mansions and the surrounding buildings, so I didn't book a hotel in advance. Instead, I waited until I arrived, checked out the surroundings and the hotel's cleanliness, and then booked through Ctrip. First off, I have to commend the guy at the front desk – he was enthusiastic, attentive, and very considerate. The staff I met in the hallway were also very friendly and responsible, and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV, and it provides disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, towels, tissues, and plastic slippers. There's a water dispenser with disposable cups in the hallway. The best part is the hotel's excellent location. It's right on a bustling street, very easy to find, and convenient for coming and going. Downstairs, there are buses to the airport and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port, and the MTR station is just a short walk away. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Jenny Bakery's famous butter cookies are just across the street; it only takes a few minutes to buy them, drop them off in your room, and then head out again – it's incredibly convenient! There are security guards downstairs in the building 24/7; at least, they were always there when I left early and came back late. Although there's a constant flow of people from all over the world in the building, the hotel itself has an extra glass door with a password. You need a password to access the elevators, and the room door has a keypad lock that can be double-locked. Even though check-out is at 11 AM, you can store your luggage for free! It was so convenient to drop off my bags in the morning, pick them up in the evening, and then head to the airport or border bus stop. Next time I visit Hong Kong, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. The value for money is just incredible! It made my trip to Hong Kong so much smoother.
