You can also contact for deep diving. You must contact one day in advance for deep diving. There is also a turtle breeding place behind the hotel, and turtles will be released regularly, but we missed it. Service: The service is not as good as in China. There are a few waiters who are very enthusiastic, but it feels okay overall. Overall evaluation: It is especially suitable for people like me who like to lie down. It is best to have a few families together, enjoy the sea breeze, play cards, swim, and watch the sea. The hotel is basically the same as the sand house in Maldives. The service is not that good, but I still like it overall.

This is the only hotel on Pearl Island, and since we visited during the off-season, there were only two people in the entire hotel. After placing the reservation, the hotel emailed us the boat dock, and we called to confirm our itinerary. We asked several people, but they couldn't clearly explain the dock's location. We went to the wrong dock that morning, and immediately asked again, fearing we'd miss the boat pick-up time. We had originally planned to stay at this hotel so we could hike in the nearby National Forest Park, especially from the top of the mountain overlooking Pearl Island. The day before, we contacted the front desk, and they said we'd book the boat the next morning and pay the boat and guide fees separately. The next day, they told us there were no boats to the National Forest Park, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is certainly nice, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Starfish and small fish were clearly visible on the seabed below our room. However, snorkeling requires walking to the other end of the hotel, and you need to be careful when descending the steps to the diving area. The water is cool and there are a variety of small fish and starfish. We even saw a sea turtle on the way to dinner. The meals, while free, were mediocre. Overall, the service is lacking and needs improvement.

Overall atmosphere is to be recommended, but the negatives bring it down when you are paying for a luxury experience.

The family room is great. The water house is clean, well-equipped, and has a beautiful environment. There are two safe water play areas, one of which is a wild fish pond where tourists who are not good at swimming can watch closely. There are also recreational activities. If you bring your own snorkeling equipment, the hotel has a free boat to the coral reef. When you go to the island, you are required to pay a 10 Malaysian ringgit tourism tax. Fortunately, I downloaded the email containing the tax receipt when I booked the room online, so I avoided double payment.

This was our first trip to Semporna with our son, and we absolutely loved our stay at Sky Water Villa! The Deluxe Villa offered a beautiful view, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming us with warm, courteous smiles. We felt so lucky to witness a sea turtle that appeared around midnight—such a memorable experience! Although the food was a bit spicy for our son, he still enjoyed it very much. We truly appreciate the chef’s kindness in preparing a special fried egg for him at no extra charge. The staff also accompanied us for snorkeling around the villas, as well as kayaking and stand-up paddling. Their thoughtfulness really made our stay extra special. We loved everything about Sky Water Villa and hope to visit again soon!

You can go hiking and take in stunning views of the emerald-green sea; make sure to seize every opportunity. Booking island hopping tours through the hotel was very cost-effective. We got two snorkeling sessions, each lasting about half an hour, and it was incredible! We saw countless fish and vibrant coral reefs. We ended up staying in Semporna for eight or nine days. The sea fishing was fantastic! We actually caught fish – small groupers and redfish, medium-sized, and plenty for a delicious dinner! We even added an arm-long mantis shrimp to our meal. It was a perfect experience! I haven't fished in ages, and I was so surprised to actually catch fish here, especially since I'd rented a fishing boat on another island in a different country before and caught absolutely nothing.
