The location is superb except there is no drop-off at front. The car can park 30 mins about 2 meter away from the front door. And there are many birds at front making it looks very dirty and non hygenic. The room is big and nice. All promised amenities and machines are there.

I lived in this apartment three years ago, and I chose this one when I came back to visit. You can cook, and there are a full set of kitchenware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer and refrigerator), washing machine and dryer. It is very close to the subway, and downstairs is East Boston Park (the park when William and Kate came to Boston), where you can see the entire Boston skyline. There are many playgrounds nearby, which makes the children very happy.

Bunk beds, good location, first time staying in this kind of hotel, quite convenient, public bathroom, everyone keeps it clean, quality is still OK, greet each other when you meet. Right next to Boston Park, a few steps downstairs to the subway, a few stops to Harvard, Massachusetts, very convenient. A little walk to the city center, and then walk to Quincy Market. Will stay here next time

The room is very nice and the location is very convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel can also receive express delivery and there is a public laundry area, but you have to pay with coins to operate it.

The staff was so so, not something which I would expect from Fairmont. Having stayed in Fairmont few times before, this was the worse experience of all times

I decided to come to Boston for three days on short notice. I didn't want to rent a car, so I had to consider a hotel with a very good location. I considered Langham, Mandarin Oriental, and the Hilton at the airport entrance. I finally chose Langham because Mandarin Oriental was full. Service: I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, the waiter took my luggage, and the check-in was smooth. The front desk was very friendly. Hygiene: It was clean and hygienic like a five-star hotel, and the restaurant was also very clean. Environment: The location is in the commercial district, there will be many people on business trips, and there will be many people in and out of the hotel during the day. Facilities: The gym and swimming pool are both indoors, with windows, and very bright. I had breakfast at Grana in the hotel on the first morning, and the quality was very good. The hotel's drinks were also amazing, but the dinner and room service later were much worse. It is probably because the hotel was unusually busy this week and the kitchen was overwhelmed. I told the front desk about my dissatisfaction when I left the hotel, and they handled the problem very actively.

Chinatown and Macy's are a 5-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Decent. Value for Money: Alright. A good choice if you prioritize saving time and feeling safe. Room Size: The twin room was a suitable size. Soundproofing: Decent. Room Amenities: The beds are high and the mattresses are quite soft. The bathroom has a bathtub (low and small), the showerhead is a bit low, and the water pressure is average. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. No slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. The room has a microwave and a mini-fridge. There's a free ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway. Service: Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out at 12 PM. Early check-in costs an additional $50. Luggage storage is available in advance (free). A $100 per day deposit is required at check-in (held on the bank card, refunded within 2 hours after check-out). The hotel is conveniently located right out of the building, across the bridge, and you'll find the JFK metro station. You can take the Red Line from there to Harvard, MIT, and downtown, which is really handy. There's a Star Market near the subway station, good for grabbing some food, though there aren't many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff, especially the sweet young lady from Guangzhou who wears glasses, was quite enthusiastic. The other Asian-looking staff, I'm not sure if they were Chinese, weren't as friendly, so I didn't get to chat with them. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. The foreign drivers are also very friendly. I booked a pickup when I landed, and even though it was just me, they still came to get me, saving me a good few tens of dollars. The room was quite spacious, and you can get two cookies from the front desk every day. Overall, it was a good stay, but hotel prices in Boston are seriously expensive!

If you stay long, they will provide room service once every 2 days. The heater in the room by the window works very quickly but can be too noisy if you have turned it on while sleeping. The reception area provides free water, coffee, and biscuts all day, and the reception staff are always around. Breakfast is extremely good with many Western culinary choices. The metro station Washington Street is just 5–10 minutes’s walk away downhill. There are also a few shops and restaurants in the neighborhood around the station.

This motel is located near the airport but a bit far from the city center. The nearest metro station is about a 30-minute walk away. Conveniently, there's a bowling alley/game room right across from the hotel that's affiliated with it. Guests staying at the hotel get a free game of bowling. The motel itself is clean and well-organized, with an excellent and comprehensive breakfast. The staff are kind and welcoming. A big plus is the availability of the breakfast room for guests to eat food bought elsewhere or takeaway. They even provide cutlery, water, and a microwave in that case. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside in our room was the bathroom; the faucets were loose, and more notably, the toilet was unusually low, which I found unsuitable for an adult.

It was $62 dollars a night. You can park at another garage across the way and cross a couple lanes of highway and save $22, though. Crazy. Otherwise, great hotel.
