Enjoy stargazing while roasting smores in the firepit and relaxing in the adirondack chairs surrounding the fire.

The kitchen is a chef's delight with a large island for preparation and serving and a 5 burner gas range for putting together a truly gourmet meal including a pot-filler for large pots. A large convection oven helps to make meal preparation quick and easy. A French door refrigerator provides ample storage for as many lobsters as you would like to eat! Baking is enjoyable with a mixer, food processor, and blender all at your fingertips. Oh, and beverages! Our beverage station provides a great way to chill your cold drinks in the beverage fridge or make a delicious cup of coffee for sipping. Enjoy your dinner at the large dining room table or on the covered porch.

Drink your morning coffee on the large, private deck overlooking Boothbay Region Land Trust conservation property and then head out for a short walk (.70 mile) to the harbor to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and activities that Boothbay Harbor has to offer. You’ll also find easy walking access to two beautiful hiking trails that take you into Land Trust woods and marsh areas - one being just right across the road!

You’ll find all new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer in this lovely three bedroom home (two queen and a daybed with a trundle), as well as a full bath, and a basement washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a spacious closet, television, and luxury bedding, including down alternative comforters. There are also blackout curtains for each bedroom so that you can spend mornings sleeping in, if that's your preference!

The fully functional kitchen offers a breakfast bar where you can relax and sip your morning coffee. Or if you prefer, head outside to relax on the spacious deck. The deck is secured with a gate so that your children and/or canine friend can safely chill with you.

We welcome one well-behaved, house broken dog at the home with a small $50 pet fee deposit. Just a 5-minute leisurely stroll to the harbor, restaurants and shops, the house has high grand ceilings and comfortable beds. This is a renovated historic building with the convenience of downtown living and enough distance from the rowdy bar "triangle".
This downtown building has a retail store on the first floor with a spacious and bright 2 story living space above with 2nd and 3rd floor decks. The main floor has a kitchen with deck access to a grill, two master suites with their own bathrooms, a living room, a powder room and a spiral staircase that leads to the 3rd floor. The top floor has another large bedroom with two double beds and a queen bed, another full bathroom, a ping pong table, mini bar, and a "daybed" area that has two more double beds. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles.

A completely renovated waterfront home in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, The Sea Eagle is steps from the ocean with a private dock and balconies overlooking the sparkling harbor. Drink morning coffee on the porch while listening to church bells and distant fog horns. Walk to art galleries, shops, restaurants, Mama Di’s bakery and the iconic Footbridge. Swim and kayak from your dock. Adventurous guests may sleep in the unique cove-side bungalow perched on the rocks at the top of the tide. Relax in a newly installed 3 person teakwood dry heat or steam sauna.
The space
This home was in major disrepair when we bought it in 2020. Extensive renovations from the foundation up were required. My wife and our team of talented craftsman curated every detail, adding in old home charm with antique newel posts, period corbels and restored windows. No part of the home went untouched. The waters-edge shack was ramshackle when we bought the house. This too has been fully restored with a main floor and a loft that can accommodate 3 or 4 adventurous guests who want to sleep inches from the water. Guest access
The whole home is available to you. This includes a garage for one car with room for additional cars bedside the house or on the nearby side street.
Other things to note
Our home has a tidal dock out back. Great for using the kayaks provided, swimming, or just enjoying a glass of wine in the Adirondack chairs while the tide rolls in. There is a first floor full bath with a pull out sofa in a den nearby, making one floor access an option for disabled guests. Please note, the house is very close to a busy street out front and has no fence at the shoreline.
