Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and the hallway ceilings are quite low, making it feel somewhat dated. The elevators are also small. Although it's a five-star hotel, it might be a letdown compared to the Le Méridien downtown. We initially booked a twin room, and the space felt very cramped. We later requested to change to a larger king room, and the view of the hotel's village from the window was quite nice. Ambiance: Its strong point is the private beach, which is perfect for a family vacation. Across the street is the Galleria Mall, and the night view is really stunning. The village has many restaurants, a pool, a gym, a lawn, and even a small pond with lots of turtles. Service: My family said the breakfast was good.

1) House keeping throw things that is not dirt for example plastic tools.. 2) never change towels even if u put it a side on floor and was wet. 3) Drinking water is not enough in room. 4) always late services at the afternoons due to check in and check out timing… however, it is not our problem. 5) restaurants in hotel are good 6) big room big hotel very good gym.

Gymn room is large with wonderful view outside. In addition, there are a lot of machine. There is rich of food for breakfast while the restaurant is large enough for guests to relax with the meal. The hotel provides free bus to the main attractions and with the request the hotel also provided us return bus back to hotel, which is great.

I was hesitant after reading some reviews, but decided to give it a try. The hotel isn't far from the bus station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite extensive, and the staff were quick and responsive. The hostess at the restaurant was very friendly. The water pressure in the room was decent, but it was a bit tricky to control the hot and cold water – it was either scalding hot or too cold, making it hard to find the right temperature. No need for a travel adapter, the hotel provides them. The room was spacious and felt very regal. There's an airport shuttle stop less than 3 minutes away. My only real complaint is that the hotel needs to better manage guest behavior. Today, I saw a woman in a headscarf washing her feet in the sink in the LG restroom. The staff tried to talk to her, but she ignored them. Guests like that should really be blacklisted.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the soundproofing isn't great. However, it offers good value for money, and the location is quite convenient. Still, for some reason, there was always a damp, musty smell in the room. The selection for the buffet breakfast and dinner was also limited.

Room: The room was spacious and clean, though amenities and facilities were definitely showing age with no sign of upgrade / update (including outlets, water boiler, lighting, gym facilities). There was no hot water in the showers - after speaking with several different people at reception I was told to ”leave it running for 20 minutes or so”, which (1) was shocking considering the amount of water that would waste; and (2) did not ultimately work anyway. Several outlets were also not working in the room. F&B: There is a restaurant and a cafe (Costa Coffee) on 1/F and both have decent food with reasonable pricing. Given the hotel is located around the airport with nothing else around, those were the only choices for F&B without venturing into the city. Breakfast options were decent and if your flight is before the breakfast hours, you can ask for a breakfast package to be prepared upon checkout. Facilities: The gym was small with sparse machines (e.g. three treadmills). Location: Although it is the only airport hotel in Abu Dhabi, it is not all that close to the airport. Except for the benefit of the airport shuttle (which runs only once per hour), there appear to be better hotels in the vicinity at a similar driving distance and similar price. The mark-up in the pricing seems to only be attributable to the monopoly it has over the airport zone. While the staff is friendly and food is decent, the value for money on this occasion felt poor.

The room was quite clean, though a bit small. There were no toiletries provided at all. Getting around was not very convenient, but then again, transportation in Abu Dhabi in general isn't very convenient. The only public transport option is taxis, which are very expensive. A taxi to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque costs around 60 RMB.

When I checked in they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room, which was really nice of them but after we got to the room and it’s was sorting so many things the hot water didn’t work properly, the hand shower and tap didn’t work the technician tried fixing and it was a bit better, than the air-con in the bedroom was a trouble I was so jet lagged that I just slept but when I woke up I realised it was super hot and I asked the staff and they did fix it, but all of this just felt like I’m fixing my apartment 🤣 also cleaning wise they are okay cuz on the last day before the check out it was done roughly, they would keep the toiletries/ towels/ water bottle as per the number of guest, we had to request all of this on the phone. The location was excellent definitely the highlight and breakfast is good has great variety. May be I just expected a bit more attention to detail but the staff was friendly and helpful for sure. They tried their best!

Staff were really friendly and hotel overall was great. However, I will say that the service was appalling. Particularly the room service. Several times over several days, I had called up as not mugs were put in the room, radio didn’t work, no spoons/stirers were there (for example), but no one came. Two times I had to go down to the desk and ask personally and other times, I just forgot about it. This is just a few issues we had. My thoughts and opinions were shared with staff on checkout and an apology was given, but a good will gesture would have been nice, particularly since I had a list of bad experiences.
