Special requests we didn't get...saw 4 other rooms to accommodate our nice view .2 wine glasses...2 chairs to sit at window to see a view...had to take last offer as this point it was 5.30pm....room had sour smell in it.catpet all stained..cups all stained.winfows broken handles .. condensation in windows...1 bath towel...linen was spotless...lovely friendly staff..very chatty...to compensate us we got a free drink .free breakfast....

Staff were excellent and service friendly and responsive. Bedroom was not made to 3 beds as per the booking but the sofa bed was made up while we had dinner. Pool and gym were good too and staff very accomodating. Food at dinner was maybe a bit expensive but otherwise good. Breakfast was excellent and staff did a fantastic job.

Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and the hallway ceilings are quite low, making it feel somewhat dated. The elevators are also small. Although it's a five-star hotel, it might be a letdown compared to the Le Méridien downtown. We initially booked a twin room, and the space felt very cramped. We later requested to change to a larger king room, and the view of the hotel's village from the window was quite nice. Ambiance: Its strong point is the private beach, which is perfect for a family vacation. Across the street is the Galleria Mall, and the night view is really stunning. The village has many restaurants, a pool, a gym, a lawn, and even a small pond with lots of turtles. Service: My family said the breakfast was good.

This hotel is the tallest building around, so if you get a high-floor room, the view should be great. However, it seems that the glass exterior walls aren't particularly clean, possibly due to dust. The hotel has its own rather large parking lot and offers valet parking, which is quite convenient. Across the street is the beachfront with water fountains and regular fountains, perfect for enjoying the view or going for a run. Just a few kilometers down the coast from the hotel, there's a free beach. You can find it by searching for 'Corniche Beach' on your navigation. Regarding parking in Abu Dhabi: learn how to pay for street parking and recognize the different curb colors that indicate parking prices. Also, if a parking spot has a green line at its entrance, be aware that after 9 PM, only locals are allowed to park there, to avoid extra fines. Additionally, parking is free on public holidays and weekends. I was so lucky that the airport closed due to the Iran attack the day after I left the UAE. I hope all hotel staff and guests are safe, and I wish for world peace!

This W Hotel is centrally located on Yas Island, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the island. They offer shuttle buses to all the major theme parks, so the location is definitely a strong point. The only minor downside is that waiting for the return shuttle can be a bit of a hassle; we often had to wait a long time, which wasn't a great experience. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and varied, and the restaurant itself is spacious with a comfortable dining environment. The hotel's biggest highlight is its proximity to the F1 track; you can occasionally feel the race day atmosphere, and it's super easy to access any F1-related activities. The facilities are excellent, including a dedicated pool and gym. The gym is exclusively equipped with Italian Technogym equipment, which is top-notch quality, providing a fantastic workout experience. The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the room decor is so cozy. The front desk offers free coffee and a variety of desserts that go perfectly with breakfast. Dinner features fresh fruit. Drinks at dinner cost extra, but the breakfast coffee service was excellent, and the staff worked hard. I was very satisfied and they even helped me extend my check-out to 2 PM. I booked a room with a balcony, which was great because I could smoke there. So happy!

Fantastic resort! The breakfast was amazing, and the beach was absolutely stunning. They have multiple pools too. Every day when we returned, our room was tidied up and spotless. A taxi to Ferrari World was 50 AED, and to the Louvre Museum, it was 16 AED. Taxis were readily available right outside the hotel, which was super convenient. Just before we left, we discovered that we could also order takeout, which was incredibly handy. A taxi to the airport cost 66 AED.

We recently stayed at Sheraton Khalidiya for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, with a convenient location, clean surroundings, and spacious rooms. The breakfast selection was also good and provided a nice start to the day. On the downside, sound insulation could be improved as we could hear noise from the upper floors. We also experienced some issues with the bathroom during our stay. The shower drainage was not working properly, causing water to accumulate, and the shower holder was loose, making it difficult to keep the showerhead in place without holding it. Despite these maintenance concerns, the hotel remains a comfortable option with friendly facilities, good breakfast, and spacious accommodations.

The hotel has a gym and a pool, and there's a good selection of exercise equipment. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for a business trip. The breakfast was also excellent, and the cheese croissants were particularly delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. Choosing the half-board option (breakfast and dinner included) saved a lot of time looking for places to eat. The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

I don't know why some online reviews claim there's a free shuttle service, because there isn't. And anyone who says it's a 5-minute walk is talking nonsense and will mislead you. I tested it today: after landing, I expected a pickup, but there was none! I called the hotel, and they told me to take a taxi myself. It cost me 59.59 in local currency using Uber. The next day, it was just over 30 to get back to the airport. It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport to the hotel, so definitely don't be fooled into walking there. The hotel itself is quite clean and seems perfect for a layover. There's a Costa downstairs, and the hotel also offers meals.

Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind . If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa . Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai .
