First of all, there were extra fees involved beyond the full trip. Com price which was supposed to include all fees. The explanation was that using trip.com causes this which you find out when you arrive. There is a sign at the front desk explaining it and is only around $20 with tax but would have been nice to know about when I was comparing hotel options.
As for the room, it is older, but was clean. The ocean front view was great as is being next to the beach and they have a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast option was not awesome. For myself, I would look for other options next time
Love the place but needs a deep clean! The hotel is in a great location very convenient for the beach. However the motel could use a really good deep cleaning but I do understand this is a high-volume place sometimes those are not allowed overall decent hotel.

This hotel is awesome with the location right on the beach, within walking and driving distance to many restaurants, shops, and bars! This hotel is great for families especially the awesome pool. I would go back for sure!
Laundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms.
I loved my trip everything was perfect I was just disappointed that I had to pay $80 at front and they said it was refundable and they still haven’t paid me back
