The hotel's location is very central, close to the Pink Church, but it takes 30 minutes by taxi due to heavy traffic. Motorbikes completely block the traffic lights. Just a short walk behind the hotel is the Hilton, and there's a boat dock. Motorbikes are everywhere, making it difficult to cross the road as no one yields. The night view is prettier. I stayed with my child. The room was very old, and the floor creaked. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's a historic place, good for a look, but for a comfortable stay, you need a newer hotel.FromJPY 17,923

Beautiful, clean, stylish hotel with an incredible breakfast provided, and a nice and reasonably priced rooftop bar too. Large, comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Location very handy for the main sites like the war remnants museum and independence palace (easily walkable).
Only (minor) downsides: walls are a little thin, could hear the conversations next door at times. Minibar contents were included but were not replenished once even though we stayed for 4 nights.FromJPY 29,008

Beautiful boutique hotel. It was my birthday and wanted a nice hotel to end our travels in Vietnam. Great location, rooftop pool and terrace bar lovely.
Was up and out so no time to try the breakfast hut looked nice. Fresh towels and water changed daily.
They gave me a cake as a surprise for my birthday that was cute.
Bad points - the room we stayed in the drain was making noises all night sounded like water was running. The shower was awful literally a small handheld one on the wall that if you moved it would soak the whole bathroom, and the bath was a bit grotty round the sides.
When checking out we got accused of taking a towel from the room when we never did! They tried getting us to pay for this towel we refused as we did not take the towel! So please be aware when staying here that they don’t try to charge you for something!!!FromJPY 7,315

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel overall is a bit updated but maintained nice.
Hotel location is perfect on the main street of Ho Chi Minh. Easily access to everywhere by Grab. Walking distance 3 min to Cafe Apartment. 10 min to Opera House and City Hall.
There was a renovation work in the same floor, so a bit noisy sometimes during my stay.

I had a good stay at the Majestic. The building has historical character and there is value in that, but for a five star hotel it is starting to feel a bit too dated. I cannot possibly rate this hotel in any bad way, my stay was very comfortable and the staff was kind and attentive. I was offered a late checkout when I mentioned my flight was at 4pm, which I appreciated, and the breakfast is very complete with a nice view over the river. However, there were also shortcomings. The pool is small, although beautiful. There is no free access to the spa for hotel guests, even sauna and Turkish bath. There was a happy hour sign at the door with a 30%-50% discount for spa treatments but I was told this did not apply to hotel guests. The room is spacious but my suite did not have a view to the river, or any view at all for that matter - it quite literally faced a wall, which also prevented the room for brightening up to its full potential. The furnishings in the room could do with some updates. I believe restoration works are underway, which in my case was a negative because of the noise from 10AM; housekeeping did leave a sign apologising after, but would have been nice to know of the works beforehand. Overall this is a beautiful and comfortable property in a historical location in Saigon, but for the price there are other newer options in a city where you might find a more luxurious experience. Really excellent service, the lobby is very pleasant, the location is really convenient and good. The breakfast is full of good things but the raw materials are mediocre and the cooks are bad, the fried rice is tasteless. In my opinion, the cooking teams that prepare the food need to learn to cook. The breakfast room is full of rude tourists who shout or just take up space to sit. Now for the Room it self; Very very small rooms, 20 square meters per couple, really tiny. The pool was closed for use due to the season. And the rooftop is ugly and boring. Would I stay there again? If I stay alone, maybe. Overall, the hotel is not bad for a single person. It's just a shame that there are no windows in the rooms because it's suffocating. One of the best valued hotel in Saigon Ho Chi Minh. The location of Wink hotel is great in District 1 of the city. The breakfast abd wifi is good too. The reception and restaurant have many spaces to rest and do work if needed. Nice size rooms with clean facilities.
The best part is the 24 hour check in, you can checked out based on the time you checked in. No hassle. The staff are great and helpful. I like to say a special thanks to the lady staff there Trinh for making make stay at the hotel so welcoming.

The staff were so friendly and would do anything for you. The hotel is very clean and the buffet breakfast is large and a good variety of foods. The complimentary afternoon tea was nice. This hotel really amazed me with their superb services from all the staffs. The check in experience was so warmed. The evening snacks very delicious. The room is just perfect for us, as we spend most of time outside. The soundproof may not be good, but that doesn’t bother us much. Ppl may find it inconvenient cos the lobby entrance need to climb stairs, but worry not as the staffs are always there to assist carry your luggages, etc. I’m definitely will be back to this hotel next round.FromJPY 9,904
