A wonderful place! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The service is beyond excellent! At the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach – everywhere you're met by friendly, polite staff ready to help with any issue. We stayed in a suite with a lake view. Good coffee in the room. Comfortable bedding, and the room was cleaned well. Quality toiletries. The only drawback was the lighting; the hallway light turns on with motion, which was disruptive at night. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious pastries and grilled meat! We stayed for 5 days, and the food in the main restaurant was incredibly tasty, and the waiters were very attentive. The breakfast was varied and delicious, everything was fresh and appetizing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. I stayed here with the peace of mind that comes with the Hilton brand. The room was spacious and well-cleaned, but as it was last renovated over 10 years ago, the age of the building and facilities was evident. The weak water pressure in the bathroom and the rather worn-out bath towels were particular downsides. However, for us on a long trip, the free laundry service was a huge plus (detergent can be bought at the hotel shop for 850 KZT). In terms of location, it takes about 25 minutes to walk to Baiterek Tower and the nearest LRT station. That said, there's a local, affordable Kazakh restaurant within walking distance, and their plov was cheap and delicious.FromUS$90

The hotel is right on the road, in the opposite direction of the airport, which was a bit of a mistake! Coming from the airport, I passed through the Bayterek Memorial Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, which was a mistake!
However, unexpectedly, there was a ”Da Tang” Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, where I had two full meals and two nights of beer 🍺, which was also a compensation! There are many literary and artistic landscapes around the hotel, so you can stroll around!FromUS$39

Great location. The breakfast was hearty. However, both the room and the hotel itself are very run-down and a bit dirty. The bed was large, and the linens were clean, but you could feel the springs in the mattress. There was construction for two days, which was noisy. The stay includes spa access, which is located across the street in the courtyard. The spa is also a bit worn out, but I'll praise the massage, it was excellent. Great hotel, probably with the best breakfast we had on our trip to Kazakhstan. There was a huge selection and everything was always replenished. Our room was very large, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping came daily. The pool is adequate and has a good temperature. Additionally, there are separate saunas for men and women, which could be used during regular hours. It takes 30-45 minutes to get to the airport, depending on traffic. To get to the center of Astana, you can only go by taxi or car; it's too far to walk.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, resolving all our issues and assisting with every request (we asked for an iron and smaller pillows, and everything was handled instantly). The location is superb. Unfortunately, our room had many mosquitoes, and I barely slept the last night. It would be great if they provided a mosquito repellent.
