A wonderful place! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The service is beyond excellent! At the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach – everywhere you're met by friendly, polite staff ready to help with any issue. We stayed in a suite with a lake view. Good coffee in the room. Comfortable bedding, and the room was cleaned well. Quality toiletries. The only drawback was the lighting; the hallway light turns on with motion, which was disruptive at night. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious pastries and grilled meat! We stayed for 5 days, and the food in the main restaurant was incredibly tasty, and the waiters were very attentive. The lake is magical! We will definitely come back here. Thank you all!From€130

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Astana and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel fully lives up to its 5-star rating: stylish modern interiors, spacious and very clean rooms with comfortable beds, quality toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I particularly want to highlight the high level of service — the staff is always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request. Breakfasts are diverse and delicious, with a large selection of hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages.
We really enjoyed the spa area with a pool, sauna, and hammam — an excellent place to relax after a busy day. The location is also convenient: close to major attractions, restaurants, and a shopping center.
The only minor drawback was the rather high cost of breakfast if it's not included in the room rate.
Overall, the Sheraton Astana is an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure. It's a modern, comfortable, and cozy hotel with a high level of service. We would gladly stay here again.From€135

The hotel is right on the road, in the opposite direction of the airport, which was a bit of a mistake! Coming from the airport, I passed through the Bayterek Memorial Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, which was a mistake!

I accidentally left my hair straightener in the room, and I distinctly remember leaving it in a very visible spot. A few days later, I sent a friend to pick it up, but the hotel said they couldn't find it. Either the housekeeper didn't notice it (which is odd), or they didn't bother to report it. For a hotel of this caliber, you expect more honesty or at least attentiveness. It's disappointing that the staff didn't return my item; it was quite valuable to me.From€101
