Good for business but too far from all exciting spots with the traffic in Mumbai it’s hard to see anything else

Excellent location. Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting. Impressive views. Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class. Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel. Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

Unsurprisingly the No. 1 hotel in Mumbai with numerous reasons, from the tip-top service to the exquisite dining experience (breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar), from the high quality linens to the great architecture of the palace, this is the hotel that you must experience at least once in your lifetime. Bravo!

I truely feel that here at The Taj, it is customer care not just routine customer service, everyone is so nice, friendly and kind.  My stay here has been more than just the hotel building itself, the people here made it extra special and a place I can’t wait to come back too 10 out of 10, would rate it even higher if I could 👍

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. It is so close to marine drive, I mean I just have to walk across the street and the sea is just right in front of me. Besides that, my room got the sea view so I could see beautiful view in sunset and sunrise. Also the restaurant has a balcony so you can enjoy the view while having your breakfast

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Too good for vacation type trip n service are also very good location is nice to enjoy by beaches

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

We had the most amazing 2 days at Taj Lands End. We had previously been in Bandra for 12 days and our return flight got postponed due to Typhoon Ragaga. By this time we were over the noise and chaos of Bandra and needed a peaceful luxury retreat to decompress and recharge. We had amazing massages, food, service at Taj. The hotel was first rate and the staff amazing. We will be back.

Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you.
