The rooftop bar was gorgeous and Breakfast was good value for money.
But the room next door to me had their TV on till Midnight most nights.
I wear hearing aids and could hear everything
The walks may be very thin but it was not good.
So with this is mind I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding changed everyday.
A bottle of water left in our room every day also tea and coffee.
We only had breakfast but the selection was great cooked,continental, cereals, fruit coffee and juices.
Staff were all very pleasant and happy to help.
Pools were clean but cold
Only down point was the distance to bars and restaurants Hotel is in a quiet part of Torremolinos so a bit of a walk. However right opposite a lovely beach

A good hotel for anyone wanting transportation links nearby. Train station is less than 5 minutes walk and it’s close to lots of bars and restaurants. The beaches are nice too , either get the lift or there are 2 lots of steps to use also .
Good variety of breakfast and dinner menus each day . Plenty to choose from . Pools are outside and inside and a sky bar on top for beautiful views at any time of the day . Gym is small but functional too . I would recommend here and I will return in the future.FromVND 3,258,901

Then they ask you for your credit card when you arrive from where you get charged the money from the deposit you have to be very careful that if you don't ask for it back they don't give you the money from the deposit. Then when I made the reservation on the App he wrote that breakfast costs €10 while in the hotel they ask you for €15!  As for the beds, they don't have double beds but only two beds pushed together. The floors of the rooms are a bit ruined and obviously the whole hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The location is also very nice because I have a sea view room which in theory is 25 m², it has 25 m² because the corridor from the door to the room is longFromVND 4,104,517

I’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience.
When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes.
I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available.
I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.42 Reviews

I liked the budget hotel especially the lobby, breakfast, staff and atmosphere. 🤗 Just expecting at least a kettle in the room or hot water for flask's or something similar.
Appreciate the complimentary bathroom extras but couldn't identify what was within the bottles? Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion?

The sanitary ware is all from Roca. There are performances in the evening. It feels like a reception point for European groups. The buffet restaurant is full of grandpas and grandmas in the evening. We stayed for two days and didn't see any compatriots. We only saw two Asians on the second day. They seemed to be from the Philippines. The hotel's breakfast is also rich, 15 euros per person. In the evening, all kinds of seafood, fish and steak are available. Breakfast is 25 euros per person. The price-performance ratio is very good.FromVND 8,475,460

As expected. Busy as end of half term.
Great value including breakfast and dinner.
Probably better for families but we only stayed 1 night as on way to airport.
Room was large and clean. A but old fashioned but fine.
I noticed that a lot of glass in the hotel wasn't clean with finger prints everywhere so not so great !
Check out is 11am not 12 as Trip. Com specified but they kindly said we could stay until 12.
