Everything is very good, the only downside is that there is a problem with the hotel’s room card, and the door will not open the next day; in addition, the air conditioning noise on the ceiling of the room is relatively large.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

הגענו זוג ללילה אחד.לאחר המתנה של 5 שעות וללא קבלת שיחה על כך שהחדר מוכן ניגשנו מיוזמתנו לקבלה.היה דין ודברים לגבי המע ”מ עם המנהלת, שהפגינה יחס בוטה ומזלזל מאוד (לא רק אלינו). בריכת מי הים היתה קרה והג'קוזי מלוכלך ולא במלוא ההספק. ביום השני היה עמוס ויותר סביר. האוכל טוב ויש מבחר די מספק. סך הכל נהננו, כי המלון גם נמצא במיקום מרכזי ונגיש רגלית לים ולמרכז, אבל הרושם הראשוני העיב על השהייה קצת.

It was a bad experience. We have transferred 3 times from one room to another. The elevators are too slowly
The spa is in a bad condition and needs a better maintenance.
The meals are so bad and there is a very bad variety.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop, there are shopping malls nearby, 5 minutes walk, life and shopping are very convenient! The hotel has its own beach and pool, perfect for soaking the hotel! The downside is that the room facilities are a bit old.

!!! We really enjoyed the two days at the hotel
!!!The service is kind and fast (a fault with the TV was fixed within 5 minutes...), the breakfasts are amazing with plenty of food and all the dishes are extremely delicious

The shower is not well built (the entire floor area is completely wet...) but the rest of the room is wonderful. The cultural evening (a performance by the ”Hebrew *****es” was extremely exciting (we danced until we were exhausted...), although the second evening was weak in comparison.

We booked a room for a triple room. After the store, we only gave us a room with a large double bed. There was only one bathrobe, towels and bath towels were double configuration. We went to the front desk to ask, the front desk said to contact us for a solution, but when we came back from the dead sea, there was still no change. Considering that the car was opened for one day and we stayed for one night, we were too lazy to go to theory. But I hope that your company can get justice for us.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in anywhere. It's like stepping back in time. The room was a bit small, but it was just the two of us so it didn't matter. The bed was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower head system was a bit too complicated and there really wasn't enough pressure for all the different shower heads on it, but I was able to figure it out. Still I would have preferred a simpler shower head.
The lobby, the bar, the pool...everything is beautiful and classy. The new renovations look great!

The San Luis Resort and Spa is the best 8n Galveston PIRIOD!!!! Every time I bring my family we always stay here and every time they exced our expectations. All the stuff is very polite, attentive and always want to go the extra mile for you. On this particular trip we came here because it was my daughter's Nationals Dance Competition as well as her birthday and on top of that my wife's and I Aniversary and when I was doing the check-in I mentioned to Connie at the front desk and she suggested it tonnage something n8ce done for my wife and daughter.. Connie and Camille the concierge took care of everything, they got a dozen of red Roses and Strawberrys cover in chocolate for my wife and a birthday cake and small flower bouquet for my daughter and made me look like the best!!! So thank you so much Connie and Camille you guys are great!!. I wanna thank to all th3 Resort stuff too, the Vallet Parking guys whole were always polite, the waitress lady at the pool. Sorry I didn't get there names but they were great too. I recommend this resort very much. Tips: Those with balconies are facing the sea sideways, and the floor positions are not ideal. It is recommended to have a high-rise sea view room. Although there is no balcony, a front view of the Gulf of Mexico is still very good.
Evaluation: The front desk service is very good, the hotel parking building 2F directly leads to the front desk, the room facilities are complete, the sanitation is good, the Lexington aircraft carrier is 5KM away from the aircraft carrier, and the South Texas Art Museum designed by Philip Jensen is within walking distance. The hotel is right by the sea, full of a strong holiday atmosphere. When I left the hotel, I crossed the road to the beach and the sea. At night, I heard the sound of waves beating gently. The breakfast is rich. To take the carnival Cruise, you can park the car at the hotel and have a shuttle to board the boat, which is cheap and convenient. This is the more difficult Yilin Hilton I have ever lived. Compared with Hilton, compared with other Doubletree Hilton, the service is really bad. Two waiters, knocking the door twice and entering the house directly! twice! The front desk clerk is also awkward, don't say hello (I have lived in many different places, Hilton or Doubletree Hilton, hospitality is their common point, except this one). An umbrella cannot be provided throughout the hotel. The bar was closed very early at night, as if it was closed at nine or ten, which happened to be during Christmas. There are very few breakfast dishes, but the breakfast waiter has a good attitude and the only one is as passionate as most old Americans.FromIDR 2,275,049

The front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.FromIDR 939,484
