The bath on the rooftop floor for sale is good, but it was difficult to open and close the keys to the clothing locker in the bathroom changing room, and ３ bathers including me were struggling. Specifically, when closing the undressing locker with a key, you need to press a small button attached to the keyhole, and many people don't notice and can't close the key here. I was in trouble. I struggle to understand why I need to press a small button under the keyhole to close the key. Furthermore, it is difficult to open the key when the bath is finished and the key is opened, and why is it like a locker in the dressing room of the bath, and it is troubled with such unnecessary security 々? I can't understand. Finally, the solution was to use the locker without locking it. Does the hotel manager know the actual situation of such troubles? I guess I'm not looking at the site as a streamlined IT. Customer first concept is to walk around the site even with a locker key in the bathroom like this. I will send an email to Mr. Fumiko Motoya separately because I presume that the person in charge of APA Nagoya Marunouchi will not care about this matter.

I stayed in a single room, which was just the right size for a solo traveler. The hotel also has a hot spring, making it a very comfortable place to stay for a business trip. The staff were very polite and it's a hotel I'd like to use again.

I have a lot of opportunities to go to China on business trips, so the size of the room and the amenities service in Japan are small and bad, but this is especially small. Breakfast is buffet style and is satisfactory.

We had a great stay at Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel with our family and really enjoyed our time there. The location is hard to beat — it's right above Nagoya Station and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, department stores, and shopping malls. It made everything so easy, whether we were heading out for sightseeing, grabbing a quick meal, or doing a bit of shopping. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a busy day exploring Nagoya. The hotel itself was very well maintained, and everything felt clean and welcoming throughout our stay. The staff were also great — friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The only small downside was the parking, which was a little confusing to figure out at first. Some clearer directions for hotel guests would make the experience even smoother. Other than that, everything was excellent. Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and lots of dining and shopping options right at your doorstep. This is my second stay at a Mitsui Garden Hotel, the last one being in Tokyo. The hotel chain consistently offers great service. This particular hotel is very close to Nagoya subway station, about a 5-7 minute walk. There's an underground shopping area right below where you can eat and shop, and a 7-Eleven across the street for breakfast or snacks. Within about a 5-minute walk, you'll also find popular eateries like Sekai no Yamachan, Isomaru Suisan, and Torikizoku, which is very convenient.

My friend stayed here last year and recommended it, saying that while it's not new, it's very well-maintained. After checking in, I can confirm that's true. Built in 1987 and renovated in 2018, the hotel is indeed well-kept in all aspects. The staff also have an excellent service mindset. For instance, on several occasions, when returning to the hotel, lobby staff would quickly go ahead to press the elevator button for me. When leaving, the doorman and lobby manager would always greet me with a smile.

Even though it was closer to Christmas and the annual conference season, and the hotel occupancy was much higher than in late October, the price was over 300 RMB cheaper per night compared to my stay then. Overall, there's not much new to say about the hotel; it's not my first review. The room is very spacious, and the location is super convenient for getting around and transportation.

This might probably be the best hotel view we have stayed so far in Nagoya! We were deeply impressed by the stunning day & night scene - where we could view the entire Nagoya city through our eyes:) We even have tried out their morning and dinner buffets on L31, both were far more than just up to the mark, and likewise, we were able to catch the best view of Nagoya there. We were well taken care of by the front desk and room cleaning services. Though the gym room is a lil bit tiny, it's neat and tidy and the equipments are well-maintained - overall, it's a highly effective workout space. And not to mention that the availability of car park slot within the hotel building was adding some extra points, especially for us with a young kid. Highly recommending this hotel👍🏻

This is a Meitetsu Inn property, so the rooms are on the smaller side, with typical Japanese unit baths. At night, the street below transforms into a vibrant, neon-lit entertainment district. The location is excellent, very close to Nagoya Station and Nagoya Castle, and right by Hisaya-odori Subway Exit 4, just a five-minute walk away. The breakfast on the first floor, though simple, is quite good. The restaurant offers complimentary tea and coffee all day (until 9 PM) and has a microwave. Vending machines are located on the 4th and 11th floors. There's also a self-service laundry. Amenities are available for self-service right next to the elevators on the first floor, facing the front desk. The front desk service was the most 'Showa-era' (old-fashioned, warm, and attentive) hospitality I've ever encountered – incredibly friendly. Perhaps because it was a Saturday, the price I paid seemed to be about double the usual rate. However, overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

Lawson is available around the corner. There are also restaurants and izakayas around the area. ROOM Not spacious but doable. Try not to get all things out of your luggage. Just perfect for solo travelers. SERVICES Coin laundry are available at the 3F. Free coffee in the lobby. They also have free donuts or other patries until 1900H. This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We were able to send our luggage to another hotel at Matsumoto without any issue with the help of the hotel staff. From Chubu Airport, just take the airport bus (Centrair Limousine). Alight at Nagoya Kanko Hotel Bus Stop and a walking distance of less than 5 mins will reach Diawa Roynet Hotel Fushimi.
