This is an all-inclusive seaside resort hotel that is definitely underestimated by Chinese people. There are very few Chinese compatriots, Koreans, and Japanese. Most of them are European and American tourists. The hotel environment is very good, the Red Sea is very beautiful, and it is very clean. It’s just too cold to go in the water. The swimming pool water is hot. The hotel has six restaurants, various bars, ice cream shops, and snack shops, all free! There are also many activities, very lively! The service is also very good, and they are responsive, but they are still more enthusiastic towards white people.

Very very very beautiful hotel Recommend the grilled crabs in the all-day restaurant Salt is full of atmosphere, and reservations for the next day are required after midnight The lamb chops in the Brazilian barbecue restaurant are super delicious Recommend the performances at the diamond bar every night🍻 The hotel charters a boat to go out to sea, it's fun, the private boat costs $350 for four hours, you can snorkel, island hopping, chase dolphins, and fish freely

🚤I really love El Gouna and Casa Cook. This is an adult hotel, which is good news for those who are afraid of babies🔕. The hotel rooms are few and scattered, and the privacy is extremely high. The brand's slogan is to meet wild luxury and interesting soul. This home is where desert 🏜️beach 🏖️ coexists. 🏨Hotel Room/P4 You can choose a glass of champagne at check-in, and Reception will drive an electric car to take you to the room. We chose a desert view room, 💰1500+RMB, but there is no big difference between sea view and desert view. They both have small courtyards, and the beach is If it is closed at night, small insects may fly into the room, so take anti-insect measures. 🍴Hotel Catering/P5-8 The hotel's restaurant is available for different periods of time, and all the straws are made of bamboo, which is very luxurious haha. Breakfast and dinner: The main restaurant next to Reception, breakfast is especially recommended. There are many options, from 🍞bread to 🥭fruit, 🥩pasrami is especially delicious❗️ Also try not to sit outside as it is easy for birds to take your food away. Lunch:Beach Club Much like the Addison, there will be a lot of people lying around the pool sunbathing at noon.

I came to Egypt for a trip and found this hotel on Xiaohongshu. Although it was far away, I still booked it and stayed there. I can say that I was very satisfied. The hotel's service and details were very thoughtful, and the food was delicious.

This chedi is really not recommended! The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes. The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means. The public area of the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

It is worthy of the quality of a well-known holiday chain in Southeast Asia, almost forgetting in Egypt. Pushing the door is the beach and the sea, the staff's service awareness is excellent, and the spa is also an Indonesian technician who was specially found. el gouna is much less than the neighboring hurghada, the first choice for a few days in the Red Sea!

The hotel is not big, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the end. I didn't expect it. It shares a beach with another hotel. There are so many people for breakfast that you need to queue up. The swimming pool is overcrowded, which is not a good feeling. We also stayed in another hotel at the same price, and it is obvious that the catering service of this hotel cannot keep up with its room price. Only stay this time

Compared with other Egyptian hotels, it is much better. The room facilities are average, many of them are broken, and a puddle of yellow water appears when the tap is turned on. However, the overall style of the hotel is not bad, and the food is also good.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The twin room I booked is probably sold out, and we were upgraded to a family room. The resort is very big, but friends who are traveling with us feel that it takes too long to walk. This is not the hotel's problem, but the friend's problem. If you are the kind of person who likes to play in the hotel, it is still very comfortable to live in this kind of all-inclusive resort. We didn’t play the other rides much, because our friends thought it was too far away from their dive shop, so we moved to the old hotel on the street after staying for two nights🙄

A well-equipped resort hotel, with its own water park and private beach, and many in-house restaurants to choose from. I changed from a superior room to a sea view room, but found little difference. The overall feeling is still great, and there are different activities organized every day.

During our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings. Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured. The Good - The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids. - The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience. The Not-So-Good 1. Questionable All-Inclusive Facilities & Timings The biggest disappointment of our stay was the deliberate clash in operating times for different amenities. For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM. This left us scrambling to enjoy everything in the tiny time-slots available and made it nearly impossible to take full advantage of what's included. Even more frustratingly, theme park rides for adults were bizarrely restricted, with only one ride open per night as a rule. This limited options and left us wondering why the resort would restrict its own attractions. 2. Artificially Prolonged Queues Breakfast became a daily test of patience. The focus on one egg station for omelets—not even offering options like scrambled or fried eggs—created unnecessarily long lines. It often felt like the resort intentionally used these extended wait times to waste your morning, essentially cutting into the time you could use for exploring the resort’s facilities. Not ideal when you're already struggling to balance overlapping schedules! 3. Staff Attitude & Service Another major letdown was the attitude of many staff members. We found them to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and sometimes even outright rude. When raising questions or trying to understand how things worked, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. Customer service is key in any resort, and unfortunately, Jungle Aqua Park missed the mark on this front. - Better alignment of operating times across the resort to allow guests to enjoy all-inclusive perks without a rushed experience. - More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark. - Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety. - Training the staff to prioritize customer service and handle guest inquiries more politely would greatly enhance the guest experience. While Jungle Aqua Park showed flashes of potential in terms of its facilities, the inefficiencies and poor management of schedules made it difficult to fully enjoy what was offered. What should have been a stress-free, family-friendly vacation often turned into a logistical challenge, filled with avoidable friction and unnecessary waiting. With improvements in scheduling, staff attitude, and a more guest-centered approach, this resort could truly shine. However, as it stands now, I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing time.

I have been traveling on all-inclusive vacations annually for the past 15 years, and unfortunately, this was the worst check-in experience I have encountered. I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult. While I understand that policies may vary, this is clearly an issue that should be resolved between the hotel and booking agent, rather than placing the burden on guests. Instead, I was asked to pay an additional $900 USD to “upgrade” my 15-year-old niece. After lengthy discussions, including with the manager, we were pressured into paying $450 USD. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative. This was not only disrespectful but also left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. It is unfortunate because the hotel itself does cater well to children, and most of the staff we encountered outside of check-in were polite and helpful. However, the food was average, with limited variety, and drinks were basic, with only two cocktails available that were of poor quality. While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

Conclusion first: I don't recommend going to Hurghada to spend money and get humiliated. All the staff discriminate against Chinese people. If you have to go, you can consider this hotel 1. Service: The restaurant staff is OK, but – The staff on the beach will chat with white people very enthusiastically and ask what they want to drink, but I just skipped it. According to my observation, Chinese people all get their drinks from the bar. Interesting, the main purpose is to secretly disgust you. After complaining to the manager, there was no improvement (the management team apologized sincerely, but Egypt's structural discrimination may be unsolvable) – I was yelled at by the staff on the beach for moving an unused fence (the white people next to me used two without any problem) 2. Facilities: It is said that there are four restaurants, but it is impossible to make an appointment, which means that there is only one restaurant, and the food is at the level of a cafeteria. Only the barbecue bar is OK. Anyone who has stayed in all-inclusive hotels in other places can't praise it 3. Room: The decoration is very poor, the level of domestic cheap and fast hotels, and the three words ”guesthouse” are the most accurate description In short, Hurghada is not recommended at all, and this hotel has a relatively good evaluation

The room equipment is not luxurious but comfortable. Towels are not soft. There is no phone in the room, which is inconvenient for the waiter. Servers are more proactive. However, the shampoo and shower in the room are not complete. There are many restaurants to choose from, but dinner reservations are too popular and I didn't grab them. The menus of several Chinese restaurants are the same. The underwater landscape of diving is average. This hotel is quieter. Enjoy access to sister hotel facilities. There are many children in the sister hotel. It is 3 kilometers away from the airport, it is more convenient to call Uber, and it costs 75 Egyptian pounds to the airport. The hotel arranges transportation for 15 euros per person, which is outrageous. After check-out, you can continue to enjoy the facilities and take a bath until you leave the hotel, which is convenient. It may be more favorable to book through the hotel.

It's a hotel I like very much. I didn't expect Egypt to have such a good place! The hotel service staff is very friendly. From the welcome drink upon check-in to the free bars everywhere, it is a great experience. We also played golf on the par-3 holes twice. Except for the balls that we had to buy, everything else was borrowed for free, which was very convenient!

Instead of a five-star resort, the room felt more like an upscale chain hotel. The room size was decent, but there were absolutely no amenities! No slippers, no disposable toothbrushes, no shower caps, and the mini-bar was empty. While we always bring our own, previous hotels we stayed at like the Fairmont, Old Cataract, and Steigenberger all provided these things, even cotton swabs and facial pads, which we didn't even use. The front desk's line was that they had given us a free upgrade, but the room we got looked exactly like the pictures of the room we booked. The sea view from the balcony was also obstructed. The pool downstairs was the coldest I've ever experienced in any hotel. It was hilarious watching everyone, mostly foreigners, touch the water and then shiveringly walk away. Only I, as a 'strong Chinese woman,' gritted my teeth and persevered. I was the only one in the water for over an hour… The bathroom sink was designed so poorly that you couldn't place anything on it. The room only had ample space; thoughtful design was clearly lacking. It wasn't entirely without merits; this was the only hotel in our 10-day Egypt trip where we didn't need a power adapter to charge our devices. My companion felt unwell yesterday and didn't want to go down for dinner, so we ordered room service. We ordered 1270 EGP worth of food, and it took 50 minutes to arrive. The bill was 1275.80 EGP, but they charged us 1300 and didn't give any change. And they didn't leave a receipt! We called later to ask for it, and they said 'Ok,' but no one ever brought it to us… It's about 10 kilometers from the airport, and my companion is timid and worried about haggling with taxi drivers, so we booked the hotel's airport transfer for 1190 EGP… a taxi would probably only cost around 100 EGP. All in all, I personally don't recommend it… The Red Sea is beautiful, but if you're not going out to sea and just experiencing the hotel services, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The beach views were limited, and the beach itself wasn't great. My overall impression from this Egypt trip is that hotel front desk staff generally aren't very good. On the other hand, the security personnel, luggage handlers, and pool lifeguards were all very enthusiastic and polite.

there were some services I was amazed of like a person coming with you with a signaling stick when you want to cross the street in front of the resort so that cars would be aware and reduce the speed in time and providing refreshing towels at the pool. Everything else was amazing, nice people with a good attitude. What they can do as improvement is to replace the slower gel and the shampoo as the current products are not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

I believe the Meraki hotel is allegedly the No. 1 party central hotel in Hurghada. They have a great entertainment team who makes sure there are endless parties. The staff is always attentive and offers great help when needed. There’s one special person who I MUST give a special shout out to, and that’s Naglaa from the wellness and spa team, she is always smiling and serving an incredibly welcoming energy and has been the kindest to us. Others incredible staff includes Osama from front desk; Shady from the Munchery buffet; and Dasha from the entertainment team too. My favorite spot in the whole hotel is definitely the shisha tent, all of their staff were extremely nice, polite and efficient. The only side note I have is the Greek restaurant, although the staff there is attentive, the food can also use an upgrade, other than that, I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, perhaps with a bigger group so we could enjoy the parties more.

I booked a superior room with sea view for three nights, and was given a room in the corner of the second floor. The view from the balcony was blocked, and I could hardly see the sea... I immediately went to the front desk to change the room that day, but the front desk said that the room was full and asked me to change it the next day... The next day, after many communications between the platform and the hotel, I was finally given a room on the fifth floor, but the view was still not that wide, and I could not see the sunrise from the balcony! I met other Chinese people in the hotel, and they also encountered this situation. There are many rooms on the first floor of this hotel, but there are only a few rooms with a wide view. The balconies of many rooms are small, and the rooms on both sides are particularly noisy! The all-inclusive three meals are really worry-free, and the meals are also changed every day, and the taste is not bad. There is a swimming pool and a snorkeling area in the hotel. Except for the room problem, everything else is very satisfactory

A very large amusement park, almost all of them are Russians. The restaurant is big but there are not many choices. The cuisine is Russian and the seats are hard to find. The room I stayed in was very newly renovated. I was replaced with an old room. I was given room fruit and a late check-out. I didn't get the price difference back. Strictly speaking, most of the rooms face an artificial sea view, which is a T-shaped line. The horizontal line is the Red Sea, and then a vertical line is dug. The rooms on both sides face this vertical line. You can see angry guests almost every day at the front desk. I don't know why ordinary front desk staff can't handle a simple check-in. It must be handled by a manager. The manager often handles several things at the same time and keeps making calls. It took more than 40 minutes from the beginning of my check-in to getting the room card. I had a reservation.

PART 1! please, check on the other ones after for full review Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hurghada – A 5-Star Resort That Feels Like 2 or 3 (depending on the topic). Before booking Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hurghada, we did our research—watched videos, checked reviews, and set our expectations accordingly. Listed as a 5-star hotel on Google and TripAdvisor, we expected a premium experience. However, once we arrived, we quickly realized that the reality fell far short of the rating. 1. The “All-Inclusive” That Isn’t Quite All-Inclusive The hotel advertises six restaurants, but the all-inclusive package only grants access to three—and even that comes with strict limitations. You must stay at least five nights to even qualify for reservations; otherwise, the buffet is your only guaranteed option. But even if you meet the criteria, getting a reservation is a struggle, and once inside, you’re pushed to pay extra for items outside the package. The upselling is relentless, from premium wines to certain dishes, turning what should be a relaxing meal into a sales pitch. Oh, and if you were hoping for fresh juice with breakfast? Extra charge. 2. Facilities: Decent, But Not 5-Star Worthy ✔ The pool, beach area, and lounge are well-maintained. ✔ Bars are available all day, and staff work hard to keep areas clean. ✖ Some rooms show clear signs of neglect, making this feel nowhere near a true 5-star hotel. If this hotel were truly 5-star, there wouldn’t be visible maintenance issues, questionable service, and inconsistent quality across the board.

The hotel is slightly off the beaten track but it is super big. There are almost no Chinese tourists. There are many and big restaurants. The three meals are included and it is really good. We stayed in a two-story villa room, which is right in front of the stage. There are different performances every night. It is quite lively and fun. We need to take a shuttle bus to leave the hotel. This bus is very unreliable, especially when we have to rush out early in the morning. We called three times to urge them, but they didn’t show up. Finally, I ran out to catch the diving bus by myself😂 I asked the taxi at the front desk the night before I booked the airport shuttle. They said it was 15 US dollars. The next day at noon, they changed the person and quoted 20 US dollars 😡 This is a random price. I was in a hurry to catch the diving bus that morning. My wallet was not locked up and 100 US dollars was stolen😭😭😭 I didn’t notice it at first, and I confirmed that 100 US dollars were missing when I came back because it was the last 100 US dollars. It’s really speechless. There are many people who cheat money in Egypt, and they also steal money, and they are in the hotel!

The room has a view of the sea and the waiters are very friendly. The hotel has its own beach, which is family-friendly. There are shopping stores and restaurants nearby. It is not far from the port, less than 6 kilometers. Uber is convenient and the food is average.

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Bellagio, the hotel is about twenty minutes from the center but with Uber prices it is very accessible! The hotel has everything you could need, a huge swimming pool, as well as others for the little ones. Activities are present every day. The meals are diverse and varied, but still very fatty, it takes a little time for your stomach to get used to it! We had an electrical incident in our bungalow and we were upgraded to a jacuzzi room at no extra cost. Thank you to reception for this gesture! Just one negative point, the manager of the cosmetics shop near the swimming pool is a crook, he never gives the same prices, one time €10 then the next day €25. For a moisturizing cream bought at the small shop near the reception it was €5 and he wanted to sell it to us for €25 even though it was exactly the same! And we had the same experience with him for a bracelet sold for €1 that he wanted to sell us for €5! A piece of advice: don't buy anything from this person who is just dishonest, go instead to the reception shop or the 3 pyramides store next door! A small negative point also on the nuisances committed by the children in the swimming pool, it is horrible, they play with their balls and people get shot in the head, they splash everyone, the lifeguards although very nice do not say absolutely nothing, we are obliged to intervene ourselves to calm the children, we should create a space for ball games that would allow people wanting calm to rest! Otherwise the hotel is great! Everything is there for a great vacation!
