Facilities: It's an old hotel, so you can't expect top-notch facilities, but they're well-maintained. It's clean and comfortable enough, making for a pleasant stay. Food: The variety is quite limited, but everything tastes great. I feel their pastries and breads are the best things the hotel offers. View: This is definitely a highlight. It's fantastic to feel the breeze and watch the sea from the room. Just cross the street downstairs and you're at the beach, perfect for a stroll. Service: Overall, the service is pretty good. Perhaps because it was a busy weekend, the front desk was swamped and a little less proactive than usual. Executive Lounge: It's almost non-existent. The only real benefit was the open balcony in the afternoon to look out at the sea.

The hotel is located in the development zone, about 8 kilometers from the Beijing-Harbin Expressway toll booth. The road is excellent, wide with little traffic, and no jams, so you can get on the highway in just over 10 minutes. It's much more convenient for travel than staying in the city. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. The hotel itself is clean, bright, and spacious, and the bathroom is large with a separate wet and dry area. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is good.

The bathtub area has sliding doors, which is a flexible design. There's also live music at the bar upstairs at 7:30 PM. **Value for Money:** It's a bit more expensive during holidays, but usually, it's fine. **Breakfast:** There's a wide variety, including stir-fries, wontons, shredded chicken noodles, various breads, and even lamb offal soup, among others. **Wi-Fi:** Guests can connect by entering their room number and last name. **Bed:** Standard king-size bed, very comfortable. **Service:** Very attentive. The bedding was tidy and soft, and the tables, chairs, and bathroom were all meticulously wiped down – great attention to detail regarding cleanliness. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout that allowed me to open my luggage without feeling cramped and move around freely. All the in-room facilities were complete and in good working order; the air conditioning functioned perfectly, hot water came out quickly with stable pressure, and a full range of toiletries was provided, all very convenient to use. The soundproofing was also good, making for a quiet night's sleep. I was very satisfied with almost everything, with only one minor drawback: there was some trash piled outside the room window, which occasionally detracted from the view. If these external items could be cleared away promptly, the overall experience would be even more perfect. However, the indoor environment was unaffected, and after closing the window, I barely noticed it, so it's an acceptable minor issue.

I was very satisfied with this stay. I've stayed in many hotels under Marriott, InterContinental, Hilton, and Jinjiang. **Cleanliness:** The hygiene here was excellent, even in the details and hidden corners. Even the power outlets were clean, showing that their regular cleaning schedule is diligently followed. **Service:** I must commend Ailsa and the housekeeping staff. Their service was just right, not overly enthusiastic, and they proactively arranged a room with a better view. **Facilities:** Both the soft and hard facilities in the room were well-maintained. The pillows were even labeled for softness/firmness, which I haven't seen in any hotel below a luxury level. It's truly commendable for a mid-range InterContinental hotel to achieve such a standard. Guests can feel that the hotel team is genuinely dedicated to running it well. I hope the hotel maintains this standard, and I will definitely choose it again next time I visit Qinhuangdao.

The hotel staff were incredibly dedicated. They called us a few days in advance to confirm our itinerary, and on the day of check-in, since we were arriving late, the front desk called again to check on our arrival plans. They even upgraded our reserved Deluxe Twin Room to the 11th floor. The room was huge and super clean, with plenty of charging outlets. The minibar even had complimentary drinks! The bedding was high quality and the mattress was comfortable. The 1.35-meter single beds didn't feel cramped even for two people. In the morning, you could open the curtains and see the calm sea. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. It was a truly high-quality stay.

You can see the sea right outside the window, and it's only about 20 meters down to the beach from the side of the building, very close to the hotel. The breakfast selection is rich. We arrived around noon, and there's also a hotel restaurant nearby where you can eat at any time. There's also a dinner buffet with mini hot pot and a wide variety of seafood, including all-you-can-eat oysters. Many dining tables offer sea views, which is very relaxing. Next door is the 'Qin Huang Seeking Immortality at Sea' attraction, and it's only about 800 meters from Xigang Garden. A morning stroll on the beach is very pleasant. They also offer complimentary fruit, free coffee vouchers, and dining discount coupons.

The room felt new with no lingering smells, and despite being on a main road, it was remarkably peaceful, reminding me of hotels in Japan—not luxurious, but with meticulous attention to detail. The tea bar offered Lisu black tea, green tea, Pu'er tea, and coffee, all delicious and served in a serene setting. The tea-making tools were clean, aesthetically pleasing, and simple. We had planned to go out, but my friend and I were so comfortable that we ended up spending the entire afternoon in the room, enjoying tea. The front desk even extended our check-out time to 4 PM free of charge, which was incredibly kind of them. Last night, I came back from the beach around 1 AM and asked the front desk for a plate to wash some fruit. The staff member immediately went to the restaurant to find one without hesitation. So touching! I will definitely stay here again!

Traveled with my son and wife, so there were three of us in total. It was great that the hotel was so close to Jinmeng Coast. There's a fantastic seafood restaurant near the hotel, and it's also very close to the city center and Qinhuang Xiaogang, making it an excellent base for sightseeing. Prices were much cheaper compared to Beijing, offering great value for money. Breakfast was decent. Overall, we had a wonderful trip staying at this hotel.
