At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

The location is fantastic, perfect for relaxing and taking a stroll. You can easily walk or bike to Qinhuang Alley without needing a car. Location has always been Shangri-La's strong suit, which is why even if the facilities are a bit dated, I still prioritize staying here when I travel. While the facilities are a little old, they are well-maintained. The cleanliness is acceptable. The environment is absolutely wonderful. I even caught a wedding during my two-day stay. Since I was just relaxing anyway, I spent the whole morning watching from the balcony – congratulations to the happy couple! Breakfast was mediocre, crowded and chaotic, and the food was just so-so. The service was okay.

I was very satisfied with this trip. I booked a high-floor, east-facing sea-view room. Room service was prompt and responsive. It was hot in summer and we spent a lot of time in the water, so we asked for extra towels several days in a row, and they were delivered quickly. It's less crowded than Aranya, and if you go for breakfast around 8 AM, there's no queue; it does get crowded later. We only made it to the dinner buffet once (available Thursday to Sunday), and it was quite good value for money. There are KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Lawson, as well as cafes and cultural/creative shops nearby. Within a few minutes' drive outside the complex, there are restaurants with generous portions and affordable prices. Overall, it's quite convenient. The water in Beidaihe is fine for wading and collecting shells, but it didn't look clean enough for swimming.

Choosing the Sheraton for our Beidaihe vacation was absolutely the right decision! The moment we stepped into the lobby, we were struck by its spaciousness, grandeur, and bright natural light. Even amidst the summer buzz, it never felt crowded, and my mood instantly relaxed. I especially want to commend Joey at the front desk; her service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. We had originally booked a family room through another platform without breakfast, and honestly, we didn't expect much. But Joey proactively helped us coordinate within the hotel's policies and arranged breakfast for us for the entire stay. This gesture truly surprised our family of three, and we felt valued and welcomed right from check-in. Our room on the sixth floor had a well-designed family layout. The large, bright floor-to-ceiling window brought in the greenery of Beidaihe and the refreshing sea breeze. What surprised me most was the thoughtful addition of a dehumidifier in the room – a perfect touch given Beidaihe's high summer humidity. This detail maximized our comfort, making our stay dry and worry-free. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The hotel offered both the professionalism of an international brand and such warm, personalized service. Our Beidaihe trip started exceptionally comfortably, thanks to the Sheraton and Joey. 🌊

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It reminded me a little of my childhood holidays by the seaside in Poland in the early 2000s. The furniture is beautiful, made of solid wood, and everything is clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, and the view is fantastic. Oto naturalne tłumaczenie: I'm adding a photo of the room taken on the day I checked out, so the mess you see is mine, not the hotel's! Most importantly, the room did not smell of cigarette smoke, which is quite rare in China, even when you book a non-smoking room. Here, they really made sure the room was completely free of cigarette smell, and I truly appreciated that. You can also use the hotel's restaurant and order dishes from the menu for an additional charge. The food is good, and it's a lovely place to have dinner while enjoying the sea view. The only downside is that they don't serve wine. Having a glass of wine would make the experience even better, especially for European guests. There is direct access to the more commercial beach via the stairs right next to the hotel, while a quieter, less crowded beach is just a 5–10 minute walk away. I highly recommend this place.

You can see the sea right outside the window, and it's only about 20 meters down to the beach from the side of the building, very close to the hotel. The breakfast selection is rich. We arrived around noon, and there's also a hotel restaurant nearby where you can eat at any time. There's also a dinner buffet with mini hot pot and a wide variety of seafood, including all-you-can-eat oysters. Many dining tables offer sea views, which is very relaxing. Next door is the 'Qin Huang Seeking Immortality at Sea' attraction, and it's only about 800 meters from Xigang Garden. A morning stroll on the beach is very pleasant. They also offer complimentary fruit, free coffee vouchers, and dining discount coupons.

There are touts outside the hotel and train station. Cab is around 10 rmb to the hotel from station. Touts will charge 20rmb. Touts will ask u to go to the further great wall at 20 rmb. Then when u are there they will aggressively tell u that it's difficult to get a cab. They will try to bring you to further places or get u to book them for a day for 100 rmb. Avoid! They will be rude when U want to go with your itinerary and they drive recklessly. There seems to be a gang of them outside. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some maintenance. The shower handle was falling off. So is the lift railings. Other than that it is clean. supper and breakfast was disappointing if u are from Malaysia or Singapore.

Traveled with my son and wife, so there were three of us in total. It was great that the hotel was so close to Jinmeng Coast. There's a fantastic seafood restaurant near the hotel, and it's also very close to the city center and Qinhuang Xiaogang, making it an excellent base for sightseeing. Prices were much cheaper compared to Beijing, offering great value for money. Breakfast was decent. Overall, we had a wonderful trip staying at this hotel.
