At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

180° Cloud Sea View Executive Benefits: The afternoon tea selection was a bit limited, and the desserts were just okay, but the ability to enter and exit multiple times was a plus. Dinner consisted of six dishes with a good mix of meat and vegetables, hot and cold, which was perfect for us who prefer smaller, more frequent meals and enjoy tea and coffee. The room had a large balcony with an expansive view from a high floor, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from there; you had to go out to the beach. The hotel is very close to the beach, which was clean, crystal clear, and had beautiful layers of different colored water. Since the swimming area wasn't officially open yet, the hotel wasn't too crowded, and they kindly extended my check-out time until 4 PM, which I really appreciated! The pool water was warm, but it wasn't a standard lap pool. The treadmills in the gym were good.

When checking in, I was traveling with elderly family members and had requested a quiet, low-floor room in advance. It turned out the hotel was quite busy that day, but instead of just dismissing my request, Anna patiently coordinated and managed to upgrade us to a room that perfectly met our needs, at no extra charge. She also thoughtfully explained the hotel's accessible routes, breakfast times, and convenient local amenities. Later, when I needed to request a late check-out on short notice, she handled it flexibly and considerately. Throughout, her smile was warm and genuine, and she dealt with issues efficiently and with a personal touch. What could have been an ordinary trip became exceptionally comfortable because of her thoughtfulness. This kind of professional and warm front desk service truly made my impression of the hotel skyrocket. Next time I visit, I'll definitely be looking for Anna to help with my check-in!

The room service and staff are very nice and welcoming - thank you!. The buffet style breakfast and dinner are amazing! Access to the beach is strange as there are stairs to the beach, but the door is locked, so you have to walk around the hotel to access the beach which is illogical. I was looking for two rooms with a balcony. We didn't get the balcony but luckily the windows were opening and had a screen against the mosquitos. There is only 8 rooms in the hotel that face the sea and have a balcony. One of our rooms was far away from the hotel fan so it was nice and quiet. The other room was by this huge hotel fan and very noisy. Overall, I can definitely recommend the hotel but be mindful of the room that you a choosing. Staff does not speak English, but is very keen to help.

There are touts outside the hotel and train station. Cab is around 10 rmb to the hotel from station. Touts will charge 20rmb. Touts will ask u to go to the further great wall at 20 rmb. Then when u are there they will aggressively tell u that it's difficult to get a cab. They will try to bring you to further places or get u to book them for a day for 100 rmb. Avoid! They will be rude when U want to go with your itinerary and they drive recklessly. There seems to be a gang of them outside. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some maintenance. The shower handle was falling off. So is the lift railings. Other than that it is clean. supper and breakfast was disappointing if u are from Malaysia or Singapore.

Environment: The room is spacious, and the view is nice. Service: Breakfast was mediocre, not very tasty. When I tried to check in, there was only one person at the front desk, and they were busy with a tour group. I waited for half an hour, and when I finally got their attention, they just told me to be patient. They only processed my check-in when I was about to check out. My patience completely ran out.
