Let’s talk about the biggest surprise first: On the first night of my stay, when I was sleeping soundly in the middle of the night, a hotel staff suddenly broke into the room by swiping my card and I was kicked out. Later, I checked with the front desk that he had mistaken the room where he should send the things. The customer service manager and security director each apologized and compensated for US$200 in hotel consumption. In fact, they were still not satisfied, but they did not pursue the case because they did not want to make any more noise. Service points were deducted because this incident should never have happened in the first place.
Other than that, the overall experience is actually good. The hotel facilities are considered luxurious in the United States. Although the sea view balcony of the room is diagonally facing the coast, the view is still good. Most of the service staff are very welcoming and can call me by my name accurately. The performance of HSKP is relatively poor, the cleaning speed is slow and not particularly clean.

Great. Best St. Regis ever. The top 10% of luxury in the United States. The room was great, the cleaning was extremely good, and even the charging cable was stored with a clip with a logo. you get what you pay for.
The resort is still small overall and the facilities are not abundant. Already good in the United States.

Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)!
Prive and reputation did not match the expectation

Nice place but they are all about charging you. A $38 drink is a robbery. $309 for a cushion by the pool is absurd. Nice place and well kept main areas. No coffee pot is a big deal. They never reloaded the room refrigerator.

The environment is very good, and booking on Ctrip is even cheaper than the official website. The check-in experience is also top-notch, and you will get personal service all the way from the hotel entrance when you report your name. The only fly in the ointment is that you have to check out at 11 o'clock

It is indeed a category 8 hotel under Marriott, with a great location and beautiful views of the rooms. Walkable to the Bar Harbor Shopping Centre, perfect for a holiday. Breakfast is buffet and 0:00, and there are still few people during Christmas.

The room is large and the bed is comfortable and suitable for family vacations, but the supporting items in the room are lacking. The location of the hotel is good, and many shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby. The beach is better, the swimming pool is small, and there is a comfortable hot pool.

This hotel is pretty good, but unfortunately it was very busy when I came, it was Christmas time. This hotel can go directly to the beach, there are two pools, there are various swimming rings, balls, etc. There are also tools for babies to dig sand on the beach. It seems that all Americans are coming for vacation at Christmas. The beach is full of people basking in the sun, and the color of the sea is beautiful. It feels a bit like when I went to Madai. When I checked in, the double room reserved by Ctrip was gone, and the front desk gave free parking and free breakfast. But ordinary rooms are relatively small, if you mind this, you must book a deluxe room.
