We are staying at the Intercontinental hotels as our main hotel and have been most impressed. Our stay at the Amstel was so pleasant! The staff was absolutely amazing, every person we encounter was so helpful and kind. It is impossible to single out anyone as each team member was great. We ate at the hotel all of our meals except one and the food and service were perfect. We were so grateful that although the afternoon tea was full they were able to accommodate us in another beautiful location where our view was spectacular. We are in hotels 150 nights a year and our experience at the Amstel was one of the very best. The staff members were such nice quality people. They thanked us for allowing them to provide assistance to us. We were so humbled by the generosity of the hotel staff. While dining everyone pitches in and help one another and whatever we could want was provided immediately. Thank you very much with complete sincerity and gratitude. The management should be commended for encouraging such terrific service. We look forward to our next visit to Amsterdam and staying at the Amstel.

Super five-star hotel, take a free ferry from Central Station 10 minutes to the North Shore, enter the NDSM Art District, 10 minutes to the hotel, a total of only three rooms, are independent, very refined and comfortable, super vision. From the top to the top of the night, you can take photos on the tower crane, which is very exciting, the only crane hotel in the world.

Awesome, location is invincible, you have to buy something to walk within 5 minutes to buy. Very new hotel, the whole hotel is less than 20 rooms, people are not mixed, the lights can be magical. The 2018ams hotel is topped. I will come back next time.

This hotel is awesome. The loft house I chose to live in is full of high-tech sinks. There is a TV in the mirror. I can use the whole hotel. It is like a museum full of literary atmosphere. When a gentleman leads me to visit the hotel. And the history of the hotel was first explained by a bank and later became a conservatory. The hotel was renamed as the current hotel. The location is especially great. The National Museum Van Gogh Museum walks for 5 minutes. It has a great seafood walk 2 minutes back to the room and finds the bed to help sleep. The fragrance spray and the weather conditions of the next day will be especially intimate and will choose this hotel.

It is an excellent hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, service and facilities. If I go to Amsterdam again, I would definitely choose this hotel. The only problem is that the gym is very small and there are no lockers in the rooms, but other than that, we had a very pleased stay.

I am so glad that I spent a few more dollars to stay at this truly wonderful hotel. I was travelling solo for the first time in Amsterdam and lucked into a great price for one of their smaller rooms (which was still luxurious). The area is perfect for getting around the entire city (with a nearby tram stop if your feet give out). And the hotel itself feels warm despite its grandeur -- definitely because the entire staff are amazingly kind and helpful -- including the wonderful people bringing your delicious breakfast or pouring the perfect drink after a day of museums! If your budget can stretch to afford this glorious place, it is truly top-notch and will make your stay in Amsterdam extremely comfortable. I honestly cannot recommend it enough! The hotel is near the river, you can see the scenery when you go out, but it is a bit inconvenient to play. To make the front desk reservation, the hotel design is a bit artistic, and it is a good staying experience.
