I stayed here for a night during my business trip to Pattaya, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is excellent; it's very convenient with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls nearby, and it's also very close to the beach. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. I actually wanted to extend my stay for a few more nights, but unfortunately, there were no rooms available, so I had to find another place, which was a bit of a shame. My favorite part was the infinity pool on the rooftop; the view was fantastic, overlooking the entire Pattaya beach, and it was lovely to go up there and enjoy the scenery in the evening. If I come back to Pattaya for business again and there's a room available, I would definitely prioritize staying here.

This was a great stay! The room was very clean and tidy, pretty much exactly as pictured, and the bed was super comfortable – I slept really well. The self check-in and check-out process was very convenient and easy to follow. Downstairs, there are restaurants, a night market, and a 7-Eleven, making it incredibly easy to grab food or anything else you need. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the beach and Central Festival mall, so the location is truly excellent. My favorite part was definitely the rooftop infinity pool; the view is stunning, offering a panoramic ocean view of Pattaya. Overall, it's great value for money, with a convenient location and nice environment. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Pattaya and would recommend it to my friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, the market, and all the main attractions in Pattaya. The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything you could need – a washing machine, microwave, stove, fridge, and even smaller items like an iron and hairdryer. The kitchen also had a coffee machine with coffee provided, which was great for making a morning coffee. On top of that, the rooftop offers a public pool and loungers for those who prefer to relax at the hotel instead of heading to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Smaller than I expected for a 2 bedroom. The lounge room area was too small for 4 people. The bathroom plumbing is a disaster. The sewerage smell from the drains was digusting 24/7. We tried cleaning the bathroom and even tried cleaning the drains. Still Volga smell non stop. I assume things a building issue and will affect every room. Won't risk staying again!!!! Sorry

Highly recommend Sky Residence Plage de Pattaya** We spent the Sky Residence Page de Pattaya 4 unforgettable days and it was just a perfect place to rest in Pattaya! Apartments with two rooms spacious bedroom and cozy living room, combined with fully equipped kitchens, where there is an electric teapot and a stove. Everything necessary for self-cooking tea or light dinner under hand, which added comfort to our stay. Especially we conquered the panoramic view from large windows right on the ocean to look at the sunset was unforgettable! The balcony with a comfortable table and chairs became our favorite corner for evening teapots with a view to the sea. The air conditioner worked quietly and powerfully, supporting the perfect cooling even in the heat. The yard pool is equipped with a roller, lying, tables. Elevators are fast, noisy. Location is 5 minutes walk from the beach, next to supermarkets 7-Eleven, massage and cafe. Wi-Fi is stable, speed is excellent for work or video. In general, the 100% price and quality ratio is justified! We will definitely return. Thank you for the warm reception! 🌊🏖️

Our stay was a beautiful one, with extremely gorgeous views of the beach and Koh Larn Island. The location of the hotel was absolutely spot on, with shops, restaurants and being able to rent an ebike within walking distance. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool that looked better online than in person and the extremely noisy air conditioning unit on the balcony which made it difficult to enjoy it as it heated up the whole balcony while being on. Either than those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay. It was a budget friendly homestay apartment.

This apartment has been stayed many times. The only time I have stayed in this apartment is the lowest evaluation. The room is full of Xiaoqiang. The landlord is a compatriot, but it is estimated that we feel that we are easy to talk. He explained that there are many Xiaoqiang in the room. He just wants to tell us to move to his other apartment to make up the difference for me. It was agreed to change the room in the same apartment the next day to us, and it was not changed on the last day. I felt that we didn't chase him, so I was superficial! Handling ability... Poor! The description says check out at 12 o'clock, the hard theory must check out at 11 o'clock, I live in this apartment no less than 5 times, or the first time I met! !

From start to finish, everything about my stay was fantastic, and I cannot recommend this resort enough.The Rooms were sparkling clean and incredibly well-maintained. It was so refreshing to walk into such a pristine and comfortable space every day.The Facilities of resort's amenities are excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed using the swimming pool, and having access to a great gym and tennis courts made my stay even better. There is plenty to do right on the property.The StaffWhat truly made this stay special was the team. The staff were absolutely lovely, incredibly welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made me feel extremely happy and well taken care of throughout my trip.I will definitely be returning to Siam Bayshore Resort on my next trip to Pattaya!

I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our family trip to Pattaya with the kids. I had previously looked at Grande Centre Point Space and Centara Grand. Space is newer and has more water facilities that kids love, while Centara offers more extensive resort amenities, but during peak season, the rates are generally over 1,000 RMB. Then I discovered Garden Cliff Resort & Spa in North Pattaya, with rates starting around 500-plus RMB. Although the decor isn't as modern as the newer hotels, our actual stay proved it to be truly great value for money. Plus, dining and massages at the hotel are much more reasonably priced compared to Space and Centara, and you get a 10% discount just by showing your room key. Both the spa treatments and the food at the hotel were wonderful! First of all, the hotel is right on the beachfront, with its own private beach and swimming pool. My kids spent most of the day just swimming and playing in the sand. Our absolute favorite was the sea-view breakfast—sitting by the ocean in the morning makes time feel delightfully slow. Secondly, the hotel has quite complete facilities. They have restaurants, a spa, and a coffee shop. At the Blue Kirin Ocean View Restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while taking in the sea views. The kids wanted Western food while the adults wanted Thai food, so we hardly needed to go out searching for other restaurants. There is also a daily shuttle bus to and from Terminal 21 mall, running 7 times a day, which makes shopping and strolling around very convenient. Of course, I should also mention the downsides. The hotel has been open for quite a while, so some of the facilities definitely show their age. If you are particularly picky about how new the room decor is, Space might be a better fit. However, if you place a higher value on sea views, a beach, a swimming pool, and your budget, I think Garden Cliff Resort & Spa is well worth considering. Especially for families staying multiple nights, the money saved on accommodation is more than enough to cover meals and massages right here at the hotel. A quick tip: There is another hotel with a very similar Chinese name called ”Pattaya Garden Resort”. Be careful not to enter the Chinese name when using navigation apps, as it's very easy to end up at the wrong place. Just search for the English name ”Garden Cliff Resort & Spa Pattaya” and you won't go wrong!

The hotel reserved a family room away from the elevator as previously agreed, which was an end room. This is understandable, given they needed to fit three beds. Check-in and check-out were both quick, and there was no discrimination against Chinese guests, though the front desk staff spoke a bit fast, making them hard to understand at times. As other reviews mentioned, the air conditioning was indeed very noisy, possibly due to the hotel being older. The water quality was poor and yellowish; a shower head I brought turned black and yellow within 20 minutes, which seems to be a common issue. The restaurant service was excellent; every staff member I encountered greeted me proactively with a smile. The hotel's location is superb, with the restaurant and pool right by the sea, allowing you to easily switch between freshwater and seawater. Because there were many Western guests, the sun loungers were usually full, but you could also sit on the hotel's sofa beds. The staff were very nice, letting you sit there even if you didn't order drinks, and even held spots for you. Oh, and the famous 'Sliver' restaurant (pictured in image 8) is right next to the hotel on the left.

The first night was uneventful; the staff were polite. However, when I wanted to extend for another night, I couldn't get through to anyone by phone – neither the contact number on the app nor the in-room phone. I had to go to the counter in person. On the second night, I requested housekeeping, but it wasn't clean at all; the sand particles on my bed were still there. It seemed like they just tidied the bed without changing the sheets. Nevertheless, the front desk staff were good, and the accommodation itself was beautiful and not expensive.

We stayed at the hotel from July 24th to August 4th. The breakfasts were varied with plenty of choices, and the kitchen staff made sure all dishes were always available. Our room was cleaned daily, and the linens and towels were changed regularly (separate towels were provided for the beach and pool!). The air conditioning, microwave, electric kettle, and hairdryer in our room all worked perfectly. Our room was ideally located with a view of the pool, situated in the inner courtyard, so it wasn't too noisy. For its level, this is a very decent option. We're not picky, so there was nothing to complain about. I recommend this hotel for families with children looking for a quiet holiday. There is some noise transfer between rooms, but during our stay, there were no noisy groups.

The body wash, shampoo, and hand soap in the bathroom were all Dove products. Breakfast was a buffet style. While the selection wasn't huge, there were Thai dishes, bread, and salads. The eggs and bacon were cooked fresh at the courtyard kitchen. The hotel is located along Soi Buakhao, with songthaews readily available right outside the door. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was very convenient. Although I didn't use it this time, there's a coin laundry on the 1st floor, with washing machines costing 60 baht and dryers 90 baht.

The value for money here is absolutely incredible! With three beds, it comfortably accommodated three adults and one child. The sofa in the living room was convenient, and there's a small kitchen with a microwave and four sets of utensils! There's also a balcony where you can wash clothes, hang them to dry, and rinse your feet. The service was excellent too! Not only did they help with luggage, but they also offered an umbrella when it rained. It's conveniently located everywhere. To the left is the largest 7-Eleven, and to the right is a big supermarket. Big C is just a 10-minute walk away. A taxi ride to Terminal 21 and the beach only cost around ten baht, which is super convenient. I truly loved it! I'll definitely come back again!

The textiles in the room are excellent, and towels are provided by card at the pool. The views from the room are spectacular. There's a bar on the 32nd floor with an amazing view. It also has its own direct access to the Terminal. We absolutely loved it!

The absolute best value for money in Pattaya! I will only stay here whenever I visit from now on. First, let's talk about the facilities. Hotels with an outdoor swimming pool at this price point are few and far between in Pattaya, and this is definitely one of them. Plus, they offer free-to-use washing machines, a pool table, and a microwave in the lobby—truly next-level awesome. Cleanliness is also faultless. The room, toilet, and bathroom were all spotless with no weird smells. Housekeeping comes daily, and the bath towels, bed sheets, and pillows were all immaculately clean. As for the service, the Thai staff at the front desk greeted everyone with a smile. English communication was completely smooth, they were super responsive, and extremely polite. If you need coins for the washing machine, you can exchange them at the front desk, and you can also request a hair dryer from them. Notably, this is also the only hotel I've ever stayed at in Thailand that doesn't require a deposit upon check-in. Location-wise, it's very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven right nearby, Savannah Massage is right across the street, and it's a very short taxi ride to Terminal 21. Two funny things happened during my stay here. First, one day I was brewing some durian coffee I brought back from Malaysia in the lobby. The Thai receptionist had a super sharp nose and smelled the durian from far away, asking if we had brought durian with us. After I explained, we all had a good laugh. The second thing was that I noticed the music playing in the lobby and the pool table area was from the GTA V radio stations! I listened to three or four songs in a row straight out of GTA V, so it looks like the hotel staff are fans of the game too!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. We stayed for 15 days in July, and a deluxe room cost 15,500 rubles. This was very cheap, so we didn't have high expectations. Upon arrival, we were offered two rooms to choose from: one with a balcony and one without. We opted for the room with a balcony. The room was small but comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. There was always hot water. It wasn't spotlessly clean, but that didn't bother us much as we only slept in the room. Water and coffee were replenished daily. To get your room cleaned, you need to hang the sign on the doorknob; otherwise, it won't be done. The Thai staff were very responsive and helpful with all our requests. The small pool was in the shade, and hardly anyone used it; my husband and I swam there a couple of times. Beach towels are provided at the reception. Overall, we were happy with our stay at the hotel; we didn't expect anything like it for that price. One more thing: the main entrance to Koji Beach closes after 8 PM, but there's an access path to the sea at the Cozy Beach Hotel, which you can use without any issues.
