Our experience at Grass Serviced Suites was truly top-tier!
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted at the front entrance and assisted by multiple staff members. Everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating, and they clearly explained everything we needed to know during check-in.
After verifying our booking and passports, we were personally escorted to our room by Wannisa. She was very friendly and approachable, and she took the time to explain everything inside the room and make sure we were comfortable. She was also very helpful when we checked out, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. They provided all the basic necessities, including coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and bottled drinking water. The bathroom amenities were also impressive—they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, vanity kit with cotton buds and facial cotton, and even earplugs.
Overall, we had a really great experience at Grass Serviced Suites. The cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and especially the friendly and helpful staff made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely consider staying here again!
