Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

Located far from the beach but quiet and suitable for just staying in. Only accept cash for both room rent and deposit. But you can choose either giving 1,000baht deposit or let them have your ID card. Room is well furnished and clean. There's family mart nearby and also a local Thai restaurant. Wifi periodically gets slow and i had to re sign-in. Having said that, its speed is ok and one password can be used with 2 devices.

We stayed here for five days on a working vacation. The rooms are small but very nice. The internet was fast enough to have quality online calls and there were ample spaces that provided work stations. The kids play room was great as the kids were entertained for many hours while we worked. The breakfast had a good selection of western, Thai, Indian and other asian options. The only issue we had was other guests who would eat with their hand and then go touch all the serving utensils. Very unsanitary. Overall we had a very good experience

After staying for eight consecutive days, the house is just right for a family of three, about 500 yuan, which is much more spacious than a hotel of the same price. The apartment is in a high-end community, with strict management, good hygiene and facilities. The transportation is convenient. It is a five-minute walk from the Hilton Mall. You can get to Terminal 21 with a two-car line at the door for 10 baht. Apartment service is convenient and fast, I will choose next time

Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

Great experience with this property. The property is near to the beach. The rooms are clean n tidy. We love the location of the hotel. It has a swimming pool at 2nd floor. The toilet and shower were good. Bed was spacious and comfortable same with the air conditioning unit. Wifi is excellent. I just wish the staff can communicate in English. We had a hard time communicating with them but overall, the experience was so good. If I'd be back in Pattaya, I would still stay in this affordable hotel.

Beach front Hotel in Jomtien. Good location, good value for money. I also got a free room upgrade to a pool view. But the hotel needs some modernisation. Room was a bit run down, they was a bit of a odd smell when I arrived in the room but to fair it did seem to go away after a bit. I had not a bad nights sleep and overall if you are on a budget not a bad place to stay.

We are very satisfied. We originally booked a two-bedroom apartment, but they gave us a three-bedroom apartment. The environment is clean, hygienic and comfortable. The pretty lady at the front desk is hospitable and polite and understands Chinese. There is no problem with communication. Every employee is very nice. The facilities are complete, including a kitchen with tableware, a coffee machine, a washing machine (bring your own laundry supplies), a clothes drying rack on the balcony on the second floor, a picnic table next to the swimming pool for smoking, and a very good sound system in the living room. We didn’t even want to go out to play after we moved in😂. The children had fun playing in the swimming pool while listening to the music. If they were hungry, they could order takeout. There are no convenience stores or restaurants outside the hotel, so you have to take a taxi. Nearby attractions include the Tiger Park, Elephant Park and Floating Market. It takes about half an hour to get to Central Festival Pattaya Beach. In addition to the beach, there are also large shopping malls, restaurants, massage bars and everything you need. No mosquitoes were found in the villa, only one or two small geckos 👍. There were more tigers on the exterior walls after nightfall, which is normal for suburban areas. However, the mosquito control was done well. I will definitely come back next time I have the opportunity. 🥰

I stayed in M Place in March 19 period as 5 nites. Owner is very helpfull to its guests. Gives all tarif around Pattaya. Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area.Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Regularly per day rooms beds, sheets are changing, cleaning everyday. The biggest shopping Mall (BIG C) just 150meter walking distance away. excellent staff. Highly Recommended to stay. Not disappointed.

Great hotel, great location. Terminal 21 Pattaya mall downstair. Roof top restaurant and pool side restaurant both provide buffet breakfast. (Only downside is needed to line-up for table. But within 10 mins. ) Bubble party on Friday & Saturday at kids pool. Kids are very happy. It's a great hotel for family.

The hotel is clean, the housekeepers come to change the sheets, towels, collect the garbage every day. The service is very good. The staff are ready to answer their questions and give good advice. Nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds Amazing Stay 🤩 and super wow. The room small but comfortable and very clean. I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

They were at the end of November - early December 2023. The hotel is a good three. Located in a convenient location: relatively quiet and not far to the center (15 min on tuktuk), and to a good beach at the Seaview Hotel next to the Temple of Truth - 10/15 min on foot. At 5 min on Nakula road a cool crab bar. The population really first into the old long-distance building, but if politely asked - they will be moved without problems. Contingent: mostly Thais and Chinese, but we were almost alone. As a result, it would not be possible to choose, but if in the tour and inexpensive, then quite normal option.

It's a nice budget Hotel. More than a hotel it gives a look of big apartment complex. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are ok type. Nothing fancy but pretty neat and clean. The lower portion of the walls is tiled, don't know why...Bathrooms are also clean and tidy. The balcony is good overlooking to swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice, new hotel with some amenities, Gym is good, pool is ok with a small deck. more than 8 people is crowded. Staff are extremely helpful and top notch nice. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the beach down a private road that it's light at night. Room is ok, Most rooms don't have an incredible view however higher floors can see the ocean and beach. Overall it's good, and the price is good I would likely definitely staff there again.

Bear in mind that when you are set up, you will take 500 batts for cleaning, there is no information on this in the booking. It was unpleasant to know that, because the app has already paid in advance and we did not plan to spend cash on cleaning. The apartment is good. There are dining appliances, breakfast table on the balcony. The view to the pool, not apartments opposite, but office. To the center is not close, about 20 minutes on a bike, if you rent for a short period, you will have to choose transportation. Tuk-tucks don't travel practically.

They lived on the villa N10, at the very end of the pool. The villa went out with windows to the wall of the nearby hotel, not to the pool. But the windows could be kept open in the day. In the rest of the villas the windows were curtained because the swimming pool was a room. There are no safes in the rooms - they are in the corridor behind the respiratory, locked on their locks - take away from the house. Very good location - opposite the beach of Dongtan. On the left and right two excellent cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch. 7/11 Next, behind the corner - Krungsri ATMs, tuck-tucks in the center of Pattaya.
