Villa Luna is a beachfront property, on the beach, and has 2 amazing pools, and an amazing view of the Caribbean. With direct access to 2+miles of walkable beach and a big terrace in Cancun's exclusive Hotel Zone your every-desire will be fulfilled with our private pool, pool beds and couches, BQQ, hanging lights, and torches. Our 24/7 private security, and award-winning chef & staff will also ensure luxury
The gated-community and the house counts with private security 24/7. Our private pool can also be used 24/7. The water trampoline is available upon request in advance, an extra fee, and subject to availability.

Additional to our beach and private infinity pool, on which you can actually choose up to 120 different color combinations and a light show to accompany music, guests also have unlimited access to another pool, and a tennis court. We provide the house with complementary tennis balls and rackets for guests who would like to play tennis.
We also count with hanging lights, a BBQ, torches, and candles on our beachfront outdoor area, and so if you are looking to have a celebration, special evenings, dinners, or cookouts, this would also definitely be the place to have it, along with the pool's light show and the most magnificent sunsets in Mexico!
With Direct Access to the Beach and just 18-minutes away from the Airport, we are located in the most exclusive area of Cancun—the hotel zone, on the beachside too, not the lagoon side. 1-minute away from the restaurants of the beautiful Puerto Cancun Marina and Shopping Center, the pirate boats’ sail, dinner and show, and the yacht charters, catamaran tours, etc, and just under 10-minutes away from all the rest of the world class restaurants, bars, and night clubs. The bus stop is 20 seconds down the block and the service is of top quality. Taxis can also be requested at the main gate 24/7.
We also have direct access to the cycle path and offer complementary bikes in case you’d like to explore the city this way too, or use it to get in under 20 seconds to our GoMart, down our block to buy drinks, snacks, some food, or even alcohol at “La Europea” section of the high-end convenience store, which should have any alch you might need.
Similarly, the house also counts with a paddle board and kayak for people who would like to adventure on our part of the Caribbean Sea.
The house also counts with board games, and access to Disney +, HBO+, Amazon Prime, and Netflix.
We do offer the house with a chef and staff at an extra fee to guests who want to ensure their stay goes as smoothly as possible!
The chef is from the Grand Velas Resort, famous in Mexico for its award winning food, and will cook three meals a day for you, of your choosing or from her menu, and prepare drinks and snacks for you throughout the day. From 1-6 guests the chef comes at a price of $149 per night plus tax, and has a fee per night of $25 dlls per extra guest plus tax after that. With this comes a maid who will help the chef, clean the kitchen and dining areas to ensure everything stays neat, cater the meals, and can bring the drinks and snacks the chef prepares for you to enjoy at our beach, tennis court or at any of our two pools.
Additionally we offer a luxury concierge service who can help you make reservations for experiences at a significant discount like the sharkwhale visit, massages on our beach, sail on the pirate boats with dinner and show, yachts, zip lining, jungle and cenote tours, house decoration for special occasions or a special set up for a special dinner at our beach (Valentine’s, Bachelor parties, etc) or provide access to the best restaurants and nightclubs in Cancun, among others.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 55 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.
