A wonderful apartment in the heart of the Old Town. I can't find a single complaint. It has everything you need: appliances, electronics, plumbing, and air conditioning—all new and in excellent working order. There's a kitchen with a stove and utensils, if you'd like to cook your own meals. The room is stylishly and tastefully decorated, with light, eye-pleasing colors predominating. We arrived at the apartment late in the evening (our flight from Paris was delayed), but a very friendly and polite receptionist was waiting for us. Check-in took less than five minutes. The only downside I could think of is the noise at night, but that's unavoidable in the center of the Old Town. If you close the windows and turn on the air conditioning, street noise is almost inaudible; the soundproofing is good.

The location is the best, and walk to the main street in five seconds. The room is large and has a kitchen. Because I didn't know the place of the hotel and didn't want to have anyone waiting at the front desk, the cost was high, but I asked for a transfer from the airport and was able to register smoothly. Recommended location (because you can stay in the old town).

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and it was very well equipped, coffee machine, wine opener - all the essentials! 위치가 일단 너무 좋습니다. 올드타운에는 계단이 참 많은데, 계단을 거의 오르지 않아도 되는 숙소에요. 세탁/짐보관도 가능하고요, 식기세척기, 요리할 수 있는 공간 모두 갖추어져 있어서 편했습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 잘 관리된 느낌이에요. (침구 깨끗 폭신) 단, 유럽의 옛날집들이 다 그렇듯 방음은 그렇게 잘 되지 않지만, 시끄러운 위치가 아니라 문제되지 않았습니다. 체크인 체크아웃 과정 간편했습니다. 보통 여행의 막바지 일정으로 두브로브니크를 잡는 경우가 꽤 있는데, 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르지 않아도 된다는 사실만으로도 이 숙소는 충분히 가치가 있습니다.

We've just returned from a weekend in Dubrovnik, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is ideally located in the peaceful Lapad area, with magnificent sea views. The setting is truly superb and very relaxing. The grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.
Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and very pleasant, with a splendid view.
The staff were professional and welcoming throughout our stay. It's clear that the establishment is well-managed and that the customer experience is taken seriously.
We also really appreciated the easy access to the seaside promenades (via the lower level of the restaurant) and to the Lapad district, which is very lively in the evenings while still being much calmer than the Old Town.
The only area for improvement would be the external noise from the ventilation system.
In summary: a beautiful hotel, well-located, with an exceptional setting, a fantastic breakfast, and pleasant staff. We would definitely return on our next trip to Dubrovnik.FromMXN2,397

I had the best hotel experience during my stay in Dubrovnik. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Dine (or Jane) — she was absolutely wonderful, proactive, and a true asset to the team. I sincerely congratulate the hotel for having her.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable — 100%. The location was also perfect — 100%. Services were of a very high standard.
Breakfast was a joy, and the restaurant team was outstanding. They greeted every guest warmly and genuinely helped make each morning a pleasant start to the day.

The environment is invincible, and the hotel is very cost-effective. As soon as you enter the lobby downstairs, you will be shocked. There is an invincible sea view and a private beach. There is a small beach club in the hotel. Some marine activities can be played in the private waters. The hotel also has a brochure recommending various local marine fee projects, which can be booked through the hotel. The restaurant food is very delicious. I booked a dinner at the Monteni restaurant on the sixth floor, which is 40 euros per person. The appetizers and desserts are self-service. The cost-effectiveness is very high. Super incredibly lucky! The front desk staff heard I was only staying one night and told me I'd love it here and want to come back! I didn't understand why she said that until I got back to my room and found she'd upgraded me to a suite!!!
The views from this hotel are truly worth everything! I watched the pink sunset from my room, quietly observing the sun dip below the horizon and the bright moon rise from the sea. Sharing photos and videos with family and friends, I marveled at the unparalleled beauty of 'the bright moon rising from the sea, illuminating the ends of the earth at this very moment' (a poetic Chinese idiom).
The hotel also has a rich array of facilities! There's an outdoor swimming pool for sunbathing, and you can go scuba diving or snorkeling in the sea by taking the stairs down on the right. Indoors, on the top floor, there's another swimming pool, as well as a steam room and massage spa. During the day, the indoor facilities are usually empty, so you can have them all to yourself, hehe.
The hotel also has its own various restaurants and bars. The restaurants feature live performances at night. There's also a gym, tennis courts, and a seaside walking path, among other things.
In short, it's definitely worth exploring! One day is simply not enough!
Personally, I think this hotel rivals the strong sense of happiness I got from a five-star hotel in Tenerife. I hope to have the chance to come again next time! 🧡🧡🧡FromMXN5,028

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a bus stop, a small supermarket, several restaurants, and a bakery nearby. It's only a 30-minute walk to the Old Town. You *must* visit Bellevue Beach, it's absolutely beautiful!
The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the room was very tidy. Although there were no complimentary toiletries, luckily I brought my own. Disposable slippers were provided. The air conditioning was sufficient. Soundproofing was good; I barely heard any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway.
Even though the pool is small, everyone really enjoyed it, sunbathing, swimming, and spending some relaxing time there.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.FromMXN2,045

Location: About a 20-minute walk to Old Town—far enough to be peaceful, yet still very convenient.

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting the Dubrovnik Old Town, just a couple of minutes walk to the Pile Gate. Thus you can visit the Dubrovnik Old Town during different hours of the day to avoid the crowds and see the Old Town during day time and night time. Also convienenantly located near bus stop for buses to LAPAD region which have less expensive dining options.
The breakfast is good. Besides the buffet, you can order your choice of breakfast, like Egg Benedict, Omellette etc.

Although this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night.
My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly.
Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic.
The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person.
As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums.

Come to Dubrovnik in winter, it is really right to choose the Kaupas Hotel! As a seaside hotel, its environment is completely beyond expectations. The classic double room has a balcony. The door is the blue view of the Adriatic Sea. The warm winter sun is sprinkled on the sea, and the atmosphere is directly full. The service is also online throughout the whole process, from check-in to check-out.
The most surprising thing is the breakfast, which is rich in variety, from fresh toast, local cheese to freshly squeezed juice, hot omelets, and quality is not lost to a first-line five-star hotel. Although it is winter, the occupancy rate of the New Year's Day holiday is still very high. The breakfast period is particularly popular. It is recommended that you go early to enjoy this rich breakfast slowly, otherwise you may need to wait for the location. Our stay at The Pucic Palace was truly magnificent. The room, location and atmosphere were wonderful, but what really made it special was the exceptional service. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring in the room and Niko at the front desk went above and beyond to help us: he arranged an Uber so the ring could reach us before our next flight and kept calling to make sure everything was fine.
