It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...

The only negative point is that most of the staff (at restaurants especially) are a bit cold and not friendly. To book services and restaurants you have to be very patient, they are a bit confuse and lack organization and practicing to the guests.

Most of the waiters can’t communicate well in English, causing many things to go wrong. The restaurant requires an appointment except for the two buffets. The food in the international restaurant is very dirty. My friend ordered an appetizer. There were more than 10 bugs on the table. The scene of climbing out of the food is shocking and the restaurant is very inefficient but the hotel is well located. A taxi from Punta Cana Airport is 30 dollars, downtown is 10 dollars, and Blue mall is 25 dollars.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful sea water, comfortable beach, golf course, football field, tennis court, basketball court, and many recreational facilities on the sea. The hotel has eleven dining halls, providing different food services.

This was our family trip to celébrate my daughter anniversary and everything was good, but what we enjoy the most was our daughter and mother day spa.
The group in tha spa (Yaridis, Juliana and Olga) were very professional and they were very aware of making us fill a pleasant and unforgettable vacation and celebration. We went to the spa for services twice during the stay.

I’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others.
My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!

Service was horrible should’ve known before we arrived it would be a disaster tried calling resort to schedule pick up and drop off in advance to and from the airport no one answers and when you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you to so many other lines then hang up. I had specific directions in my booking for birthday cake and decorations our room had nothing. We couldn’t book the restaurant because it was full and it was no other option for us other than to go to the buffets each day. Teresa said she would accommodate us for the inconvenience well guess what she didn’t. This place is a joke. Concierge was the same we call for different problems they don’t answer when I walk over they still take hours to send service to our room for water issues and mini bar refilled. Front desk have attitude. Needs more staff and work on customer service skills.

Came here to celebrate my birthday my fiancé advised the customer service about it and they said they will bring something to our unit however nothing came. Also the TV was nit working also there’s something dripping in our room. The service in the restaurant and at the bar was good. Was looking forward for my birthday to be memorable but sad to say I was disappointed.

It's normal, but it's not worth waiting for anything special. Cleaning and changing towels every day. Breakfast is only 3 options for choice, one of which is always absent. There is your small beach club with a bar at the second hotel on the beach in a pedestrian accessibility. The staff is very slow, as well as everywhere in the country. Before New Year's Eve, they asked the tug to clap the dress, we never brought it. And the room is a large closet and no shoulder hanger. No refrigerator. Big balcony, no chair on the balcony.
