On a business trip in Europe, I passed through Prague, Czech Republic, and chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel near Charles Bridge on the Vltava River. The hotel is great, old-fashioned traditional hotel style, exquisite rooms, excellent restaurant, serving breakfast, dinner and tea. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the famous Old Town Square. There are various types of power switches in hotel rooms, and it takes some time to figure them out.

Exceptional stay at the Fairmont Prague. The welcome was warm, the service outstanding, and the staff consistently attentive to every need. Amenities were excellent and true to the Fairmont standard. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the overall experience left us feeling relaxed and well cared for. A perfect complement to the charm of Prague. If you wish to elevate your Prague vacation experience, the Fairmont is an exceptional choice

The room is comfortable and of moderate size. The shower room is spacious and clean. The bedding is comfortable and makes you sleep well. The hotel restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. It is only 10 minutes away from Charles Bridge, which is very convenient. However, the deposit of the hotel has not been returned yet. I don't know what is going on.

Not recommended! Very not recommended! This hotel has a big problem with the system. First of all, I paid the room fee online, but when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk asked me to pay again and again, and finally communicated and solved it. Then on the second night of check-in, we received an inexplicable consumption deduction. I communicated with the front desk and the system swiped my authorization again. It was midnight when we left, and the front desk asked me to pay the room fee again. We communicated repeatedly and said that we had paid it, and sent them the conformation email. In short, it took a long time to let us go, and finally delayed my tax refund time. Then the hotel service staff are actually quite professional. Then their hot spring experience is very, very good, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. But the room window cannot be opened, and the toilet exhaust system is not good and stuffy. Although the staff are very cute, I don't recommend this hotel.

Staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Hotel was so charming but still clean with modern amenities. Bathrooms had heated floors!! Beautiful views and adorable courtyard. Would highly recommend.

Overall it was very good, the front desk service was responsive, enthusiastic and proactive, taking our luggage and guiding us. But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice.

The decoration style is beautiful, very clean and new If you have remark, you need to check in early. When we arrived at reception, we quickly arranged the room for us. The service is really good and the breakfast is delicious The hotel's Cafe is first-rate The location is nothing to say, it’s very close and convenient to all the major attractions. It can be reached by walking I will definitely book this hotel again, the price/performance ratio is too high

The new hotel has good facilities, environment and hygiene. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Prague. The location of the hotel is also good and convenient to go anywhere.

Very favorite hotel, baroque style, chocolate delivered every night is delicious, service is timely. The location is very good, basically you can walk to the main attractions, we walked 10 minutes to Charles Bridge at 7:30 in the morning, avoided the tourists, took pictures casually, then queued up at the National Library to buy tickets, returned to the hotel to enjoy the courtyard breakfast and rest comfortably, very leisurely continue to set off.

There was no AC in the room ( there is a small fan that turns off every hour so you need to wake up to turn it on again!)😭. Location is perfect in the middle of the center I walked to the old town, Charles bridge and all the attractions are within a walkable distance 😍 Macdonalds is in front of the hotel + different supermarkets & train station. Overall I liked the hotel & staff❤️
