I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Accorind to price it was ok. But let me tell you its a diviosion of one big apartment into three king sizr bed not whole apartment ( take it as a studio) as u dont get a lounge and they dont have tooth brushes,Iron facility.

The hotel itself was nice, however they had a sports team staying here. They cordoned off areas and path ways, it was a lot of bother up until they left. I would suggest if you are staying here, check before hand if there is such an event going on. They give priority to the athletes and make you stop from crossing even the lobby and going to your room. I did wish I stayed at some other location instead while the team was here but as soon as they left things got a lot better.

They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. What stood out most was how thoughtful and full of care they were. They went out of their way to assist us, accommodate our requests, and make sure everything was taken care of. Their attitude and willingness to help truly made our experience much more pleasant.
