Everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment is available in one stop! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were super friendly, especially Freya, who was exceptionally thoughtful. Every request was handled with care, and she even asked about our stay experience during check-out. That feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! The overall experience was top-notch—definitely my first choice next time I visit Shenzhen!

The food quality is consistently good, and the dining environment is comfortable. As a Marriott five-star hotel, it offers good value for money overall. It's suitable for both business trips and travelers commuting between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. We stayed at this Hilton for a short weekend family trip with our little one. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient. Seeing that we had a child with us, the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, proactively providing children's slippers and extra bottles of water. The room was impeccably clean with no dust to be found, and the power outlets were all fitted with safety covers—a very kid-friendly touch that gave us great peace of mind. Breakfast featured yogurt and steamed dim sum, which are favorites for kids, and the flavors were light rather than heavy. The hotel's security was well-managed, with proper access control making us feel at ease letting our child play in the lobby. First off, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Futian CBD. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, with Futian High-Speed Rail Station and multiple (5!) subway lines right next to the hotel. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, like Link CentralWalk, Star River COCO Park, and Shopping Park. The room itself was very spacious, and it even had a walk-in closet, which I haven't seen in the same room type at Shangri-La hotels I've stayed at in Beijing, Xi'an, Xiamen, Nanchang, Chengdu, Sanya, or Guangzhou. The only downside is that the price is quite a bit higher than those other Shangri-La properties, but overall, it's still a great stay.

I know this hotel is undergoing renovations, and some packages for the new room types even include lounge access and five meals a day, which offers excellent value for money! First, regarding the room, the newly renovated style is minimalist and refined. The room feels very spacious and has excellent natural light. The bathroom amenities include Diptyque shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which was a very pleasant touch. Next, concerning the dining, the five meals included afternoon tea, happy hour, evening dessert and drinks after check-in, and breakfast and lunch on the second day. The afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise. Although the food selection for happy hour wasn't extensive, it focused on quality over quantity. I didn't get to enjoy the late-night dessert session, but I learned that it was a chocolate-themed dessert night, and the themes are updated regularly. It's worth noting that no matter when you dine, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered during this stay were extremely polite and friendly. Especially Miss Sahar at the front desk, the check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and she even followed up afterward to see if I needed any assistance. A male staff member in the lounge also provided very professional service, always greeting us with a warm smile every time we entered the lounge for a meal. Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again after the full renovation!

This time, my Trip.com booking was a bit odd, split into two parts, so I guess I'll write a bit more. The executive lounge service was excellent, and the coffee was great! As for the room, after the upgrade, it was incredibly spacious! From one direction, you could even see the Ping An Finance Centre, Shenzhen's tallest landmark. A small detail, it seems the hair dryer has been upgraded to a Dyson, which is quite good. One evening, I got back late, so I just had a quick bite at the Japanese restaurant on the 6th floor, which was surprisingly good. The ingredients seemed very fresh, and I didn't feel heavy after eating. Breakfast at the 29th-floor executive lounge lasts a bit longer than the 6th-floor, until 11 AM. After my morning workout, I went up at exactly 11 AM, which was a bit late, but Ms. Carrie was very patient and asked the chef to make me an omelette, which was very kind. Check-out was also very smooth. Looking forward to my next stay!

I recently stayed in the Luxury King Room at YingShe Light Luxury S Hotel, and the overall experience was fantastic! The room is spacious, featuring a minimalist yet luxurious design with great attention to detail. It was impeccably clean, and the delivery robot was very convenient. The hotel boasts a prime location within walking distance of Sea World, and is very close to K11 and the Shekou Cruise Center. After finishing work in the evening, I enjoyed taking leisurely walks along the seaside boardwalk. We stayed in the Deluxe sea view king room with a balcony. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly smile from Zoe and Jessica who were always really thoughtful, attentive and ready to help. The front house staff are an asset to the hotel. The apartment features an open-plan design that feels larger than a standard hotel room, complete with home-like comforts including a washer/dryer machine which allowed us to refresh our clothes. A clothes hanger along with detergent is provided by the hotel again providing ease. The views from the balcony were stunning. Large windows across the rooms and the hotel offer fantastic, sweeping views of the surrounding area and waterfront. The sleeping and living spaces are kept spotless and hygienic by the housekeeping team. Situated close to 2 metro stations and local shopping options and residential conveniences, making daily errands simple. This was our first time in Shenzhen and will most definitely won’t be our last a special thank you to all at Hampton :)
